The staff were very friendly, in particular Joe the entertainment guy. Very very disappointed that it does not state that it is a residential/care home, made us feel very uncomfortable as they would sit and stare and point whilst unattended and when they were attended to we didn’t want to be relaxing by the pool whilst the elderly would be pushed around in wheelchairs by the nurses, due to this property been a care home we feel that the entertainment was very poor, we also feel very unhappy to say the least that it does not state that it’s a care home/ residential home and everything was mediocre until other guests arrived and they complained and then things changed a little bit but should’ve been like that from the start, would not recommend this hotel to anybody, we feel like we have been mi-sold with this “hotel” and with this been the case I would like someone to contact me back about some sort of reimbursement. Many thanks

Awesome property, beautiful, quiet and clean, away from the busyness of the city. If you want quiet, this is the place to be. You can walk to the beach or a few shops in about 10 minutes , but will need a taxi for anything in the city. Security assists with taxi service, very attentive. All inclusive has its perks but sometimes the food served is all over the place and sometimes doesn’t really go together, but it was good. All else fails or if you miss a meal, there is a bar that sometimes open to serve snacks and drinks. The pool is beautiful, the family room is also all inclusive: tv, entertainment, bar, lots of couches to have smaller gatherings, smoking allowed, and the bar staff are very attentive except 1. Cleaning staff counts everything, and will take your towels away before your wake or shower (they don’t replace with clean towels) and not always supply toilet paper, plan accordingly that you will not take a shower until later in the day and not sleep in. The AC was the best in all my stays in Tunisia, and the bed was super comfortable. The rooms are non-smoking. Otherwise, it was a great property.
