Very expensive parking Not friendly reception The resturant upstairs is a separate company!! We wanted to get coffee at the morning, but they wanted to force us to get breakfast. Not respectful at all! They do not even care about customer satisfaction!

The staff was very nice and friendly, no complaints there. But I called for an iron and they didn’t have it and the elevators wasn’t working for a while. Also we couldn’t control the ac and we were hot at night not too bad.

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr zentral. Die Fähre und die bahn waren zu fuß sehr gut zu erreichen. Sehr nah auch am Galataturm/taksim square/galataport und eminönü. Für Erstbesucher also super. Abends hat man sich als Frau dort sicher gefühlt. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber aber die Duschen waren grenzwertig.

Such a great hotel! Clean, comfortable and modern rooms, great location as it’s so close to the galata tower and so many other attractions. Really friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for you. A special shoutout and thanks to the hotel manager, Rafi, who throughout the whole stay was a delight and even posted the luggage that I mistakenly left at the hotel back to us. Would definitely stay again. I also want to mention that we felt completely safe as two young female travelers alone.

Everything was good overall. The staff was helpful, and the room looks the same as on the photos. The only issue is that it seemed that the room wasn’t completely prepared for us when we arrived, the pillows were not in the pillowcases and there was no toilet paper in the restroom. That was kind of annoying for the price of the hotel, but otherwise it is a very nice place to stay.

Es gibt nur einen Mülleimer im ganzen Zimmer, Von 3 Nächten nur 5 std gesamt geschlafen… da es nicht möglich war, Fenster sind zwar geschlossen aber der Lärm dringt durch wie als ob sie offen wären!!!! Ein wirkliches no Go, im Urlaub! Bettwäsche war verschmutzt teilweise rote Flecken…. Wasser läuft beim Waschbecken runter und raus… aber nicht weg….

Hotel is in a good location to access public transport and for walking but it is on the corner of several busy roads so very noisy especially at night. We only booked a standard room for a 4 night stay but the room was exceptionally small even by European standards. Breakfast was good and restaurant had lovely views.

Very knoweldgeable and helpful front desk people, arrived in the middle of the night, made it easy to check in and get settled. Great location to the Tram to old city, good resturants around and helpful suggestions for a Turkish bath! Have major construction going on nearby which they can't do anything about-but quiet at night. Would recommend -good price and service.

De accommodatie had min- en pluspunten. De ligging is ideaal en op wandelafstand van veel locaties. Het is een zeer proper hotel maar de kamers zijn mini. De poetsvrouwen kunnen geen engels en deden niet wat gevraagd werd. De receptionisten zijn zeer asociaal en willen niet helpen bij vragen. Dubbel gevoel dus.

Such a great hotel! Clean, comfortable and modern rooms, great location as it’s so close to the galata tower and so many other attractions. Really friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for you.
