Özellikle Hotel çalışanları her konuşa size yardımcı oluyorlar. Hotelin en büyük özelliğide inanılmaz derecede temiz. Ne zaman isterseniz, odanız büyük bir itina ile temizleniyor. Konum olarak zaten mükemmel her şey ayaklarınızın altında. Otomatik kart girişi ,hızlı asansörü, güzel manzarası nadir bulunan hotellerden biri. Sadece tavsiyem mutfak bölümündeki metal sandalyeleri değiştirmelisiniz.

Ich bin nun das dritte Mal in Istanbul gewesen und das erste Mal im Galata Viertel. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr zentral. Mit dem Tuennel (zweitälteste U Bahn Linie der Welt) ist man schnell am Bosporus und der Istiklal Caddesi. Das Galata Viertel ist sehr touristisch geprägt und damit auch ziemlich trubelig. Der Empfang in der Unterkunft war sehr freundlich. Mein Appartement war wie beschrieben und es hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Die tägliche Zimmerreinigung war top! Dadurch das ich eine Küchenzeile im Appartement hatte, habe ich das Frühstücksangebot nicht genutzt und kann es daher nicht beurteilen. Insgesamt ein wirklich schöner Istanbul Trip und ich kann Louis Appartements Galata wirklich weiterempfehlen. Der organisierte Shuttleservice vom Flughafen hat ebenfalls super gut funktioniert.

Staff were so welcoming and accommodating by offering whatsapp number to help out or answer questions while out and about. English was very good and rooms actually had real soap, wash cloths and soft and thick large towels. Hotel even has an elevator which is rare for a boutique hotel. Location cannot be beat and no pool needed as ameneties like a pool or fitness room would really not be used or needed.

Perfect place to stay in an ideal location! It’s on a quiet corner a block from Galata Tower (and about 1000 places selling San Sebastián cheesecake). It’s about 2/3 of the way up in elevation between Karakoy and Taxim, making it a good starting point for exploration. Staff was friendly and helpful, always there to give advice on destinations, places to eat, getting around, or just to provide a cup of coffee. Simay in particular was great! The room was comfortable and clean, bigger than expected, really a junior suite with kitchenette, sitting area and bed in a separate nook, and a much larger bathroom than I usually expect in a boutique hotel. There’s not many amenities other than coffee and tea in the lobby, but everything you may need is within a block or two. Will definitely stay again next time we’re in Istanbul!

Every day hong was perfect and in such great condition and so clean. I love the view the bed, the bathroom and the place smelled so nice. There was a parking garage or a car park next door and it was so convenient to park there the entire day and then walk around. I everyone was so nice too. Would love to stay there longer next time.

The apartment is located in close proximity to Galata Tower, very cosy and comfortable, clean and warm. Despite the touristy place, it is quiet enough. There are basic kitchen utensils: kettle, coffee machine, cooker, fridge. There is a MigrosJet nearby and other shops with fresh food in case you would like to cook. Very comfortable bed and quality linen. Nice is attention to detail, such as the availability of umbrellas. The reception desk is working, the staff are always very warmly welcoming and were in touch via email and whatsapp before arrival. This is also where you can make coffee and leave your luggage after check out. Close to Galata bridge, Istiklal and public transport (10-15 minutes), but instead of walking uphill from the bridge I would recommend taking the funicular as the height difference is noticeable. What could be improved - the lighting is adequate and quiet, but I prefer brighter one. There is a coffee machine in the apartment but capsules seem to be included in the minibar, although a few a day could be offered to guests at no extra cost. Didn't feel like leaving. If we get the chance to visit Istanbul again, we will definitely stay here.

The hotel was beautiful and conveniently located in Galata district. The property is walking distance from 2 tram stations that made it easy to access the main tourist sites in Istanbul. Staff were friendly and welcoming during check in and provided plenty of useful information to help us plan our itinerary. The room is clean and tidy, bed was comfy and came with a great bathroom.

We really enjoyed our stay here in the Tower Suite. The patio and the view were amazing for enjoying coffee or a drink. The room was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly, communicable and helpful.

I cannot say enough good things about this property. It’s right by the Galata tower. As soon as you get out, you are in the main spot. Surrounded by restaurants, cafes and a 10 min walk to the Galata bridge. We got a room on the 4th floor and it was surprisingly quiet for the location we were in, this place made our Turkey trip. Also, the staff is super friendly and helpful. If I ever visit Istanbul again this will be the place I stay.

It was perfect: quiet and comfortable, with fantastic views from the balcony. The best part of this hotel was the staff. They were efficient and hospitable and made us feel at home immediately. Our room on the 4th floor was spacious and comfortable. The manager, Tufan, and his staff were very kind and helpful. There is quite a lot of sound transmission within the accommodation. Our room was on the road and many passing cars play music very loudly which at times made the room vibrate. The ubiquitous street dogs have a habit of barking at each other much of the night, something that is hard to escape in Istanbul unfortunately.

Staff were so welcoming and accommodating by offering whatsapp number to help out or answer questions while out and about. English was very good and rooms actually had real soap, wash cloths and soft and thick large towels. Hotel even has an elevator which is rare for a boutique hotel. Location cannot be beat and no pool needed as ameneties like a pool or fitness room would really not be used or needed.

The owner/manager of the hotel is so sweet and helped us in any way he can, from helping us with our belongings and recommending places to go see/eat within the area that you will less likely get scammed. Louis Apartments Galata was wonderful. The staff are super helpful and welcoming, and definitely made a huge difference to my Istanbul experience. They’ll help with airport transfers, tour info, directions, food recommendations, and pretty much anything else you have questions about. I’m looking forward to planning a longer trip to Turkey in the future, and will definitely plan on staying here again. So if you’re hesitating, just book it!

Dadurch das ich eine Küchenzeile im Appartement hatte, habe ich das Frühstücksangebot nicht genutzt und kann es daher nicht beurteilen. Insgesamt ein wirklich schöner Istanbul Trip und ich kann Louis Appartements Galata wirklich weiterempfehlen. Der organisierte Shuttleservice vom Flughafen hat ebenfalls super gut funktioniert.

Perfect place to stay in an ideal location! It’s on a quiet corner a block from Galata Tower (and about 1000 places selling San Sebastián cheesecake). It’s about 2/3 of the way up in elevation between Karakoy and Taxim, making it a good starting point for exploration. Staff was friendly and helpful, always there to give advice on destinations, places to eat, getting around, or just to provide a cup of coffee. Simay in particular was great! The room was comfortable and clean, bigger than expected, really a junior suite with kitchenette, sitting area and bed in a separate nook, and a much larger bathroom than I usually expect in a boutique hotel. There’s not many amenities other than coffee and tea in the lobby, but everything you may need is within a block or two. Will definitely stay again next time we’re in Istanbul!
