Excellent hotel in midtown, right next to Grand Central so handy for everywhere! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, staff went out of their way to be welcoming and friendly, and the rates were reasonable for the area. There’s not really any lobby and no restaurant but there is an amazing lounge on the top floor (27th) with free coffee, ice and water, plus lots of comfy seats and desks/tables both inside and outside, so it’s easy to pop out for breakfast or take out pizza and bring it back to eat at the hotel. Bonus points for the amazing view of the top of the Chrysler building from the lounge (check it out after dark). Staff were happy to keep our luggage for the day after we checked out which was very helpful.

In town for a concert and decided not to return to the suburbs. This Club Quarters is super convenient to Grand Central and is a great value for the quality of the property. Especially good was the comfortable bed. The rooftop terrace was nice by day and night. 24-hour coffee and views.

Good option for a quick stay in NYC. There are very few amenities so don’t expect too much. There is a rooftop where you can bring your often food/relax and a small indoor sitting area (they call lounge) with free coffee/tea. There is no bar or food service option. The gym is extremely small with only a few machine and non adjusting air conditioning. Room was small but clean and had supplies for shower. Only worth the price if you get a deal. Would not spend much to stay here.

This is really good, no frills hotel in a great location. I say "no frills" because you don't pay a lot of money for extra stuff you would never use. Kinda more of a business hotel but good for any occasion. Clean, comfortable rooms that are well appointed (although a bit small). The 27th floor lounge has a fantastic deck looking over Lexington Ave that is really nice plus a great work area and coffee machine. One touch we really like was the hydration station on each floor and you could grab a free empy water bottle. Very nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I'd recommend this place.

This is probably my new favorite property. The location is fantastic, just steps away from Grand Central Terminal as well as multiple bus lines which makes commuting very easy. The property itself is well maintained. Lobby is always clean and the guest hallways always smell nice and fresh and the carpets are vacuumed to perfection. The rooms are also well cleaned and have a nice fresh smell. Shout out to every single housekeeper and houseman because I know how manually taxing it is to keep the rooms clean and tidy but you are all doing an amazing job. The staff is so friendly, everyone I encountered made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Front desk agents are also very helpful. I will definitely be back.

The hotel was in a great location (very close to grand central) and about a 15 minutes walk to Times Square. The room was on the smaller side and didn’t have much room for a big suitcase. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was big. The only negatives were the noise levels outside which you could hear in the room and there was no safe in the room to lock away important documents. Overall, staff were friendly, stored our luggage after check out. We had a great time and stay at this hotel!

Staff were all super friendly and helpful. The roof top terrace was great for views drinks and handy on our last day before our evening flight. Beds were really comfy. Only thing was there weren’t any inroom safes but they had lock boxes available which we didn’t use. Will definitely stay again if we return to NYC.

I needed a place to stay since I was going to be in and out of Grand Central for the trip, and Club Quarters turned out to be a great choice as it was practically next to the station on 45th Street. Rooms are well designed and well appointed and rather generously sized for Manhattan. Free filtered water is available at the water machine on every floor with free bottles. Every hotel should have this. The lounge on the top floor offers stunning views of the Midtown skyline, especially at night.

We were greeting promptly every time we entered the lobby. I don’t remember the name of the gentleman that checked us in, but he was helpful and very pleasant. The 2 gentlemen the next morning, Elias and Manny were fantastic. They directed us to a lovely breakfast and were very accommodating with our checkout, managing our luggage and appropriate transportation. The rooms are a nice size and on the large size for NYC at this price point. They were clean and the bedding quite comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the pillows. Thank you for a great stay on NYC!

The hotel is extremely convenient, particularly when flying into JFK and taking the train to Grand Central (way cheaper and even easier than Lyft or Uber). And the hotel puts you near everything in Manhattan by either walking or taking the subway from Grand Central. We were greeted by an extremely friendly front desk crew who were happy to store our luggage until our room was ready. They encouraged us to enjoy coffee in the top floor lounge. While our room was small (not by NYC standards), it had a nice setup with a wardrobe, lounge chair that could be a small bed and a nice bathroom. The bed was a queen and extremely comfortable. While the hotel is convenient and the room comfortable, what makes the hotel special is the staff. Welcoming, attentive and very helpful with suggestions and responsive to requests. other hotels should learn from Club Quarters how to treat guests. Really enjoyed our stay here for our sons engagement party. looking forward to returning again.

Club Quarters Grand Central has become my "go to" hotel in NYC. It's conveniently located right next to GCT so you can easily go anywhere in the city. The hotel is safe with many measures in place to put your mind at ease. I often travel solo and that is THE most important thing for me. The room is efficiently laid out and spotless with a super comfy bed, great sheets and towels.The living room area on the top floor has great coffee, nice furnishings and a rooftop area with tables and chairs. The staff is warm and welcoming and genuinely seems invested in top notch customer service.

The transportation was super convenient. I took the Airlink shuttle from JFK to Grand Central Terminal, and Club Quarters Hotel was just 5-10 minutes walk away. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the top floor offers excellent coffee and a great view. A perfect place to relax!

Though centrally located, there was little to no street noise in the room. The air conditioner was difficult to operate but we managed. The staff was gracious as we entered and left the hotel and accommodated our request for more towels and hangers. We were disappointed that the last two days we were unable to use the coffee machine and sit on the outdoor space on the top of the building.

Great location right in mid-town, clean and comfortable hotel. The only thing I wish it had was breakfast in the hotel, but honestly, that's not a huge deal with so many other options nearby. Really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again.

It was a nice hotel with an area on the 27 balcony and a coffee only section.. For the price we paid you should have a small breakfast for your customers..at least offer muffins, fruits yogurt along with the coffee and tea
