It’s very convenient to access Lotte Mart, and it takes about 10 min. to MOI. But the Hotel itself is too old. And some hairs remained at the Bath room. The elevator is always full. I had to wait to take it. However from the point of price view, it may be enough.

Shout out to Andi the team manager hotel. He really helped change my view of this hotel. Superb 5 star service. The entire hotel service is good. Excellent breakfast. Everyone is customer centric. The hotel needs an upgrade for room condition. But the ones that were renovated are relatively pleasant. So book Delux grade would be advisable for a good stay.

the smokingarea in loby, is to my opinion NOT acceptable. There is just outside the loby an area were people can sit outside and not inside the area. when i took a drink or something like that in the loby and someone started to smoke i fled away.. This had to be forbidden,inside the hotel,freezone smoking area

Hotel is good for Kelapa Gading area we have stayed in Wizz, Harris and Cabin Hotels and El hotel is best value for money. Plus nice large foyer/ entrance area with a separate bar. Room are a bit dated and poorly lighting ours had a bath and hand held shower, i would of preferred a walk in shower.

Amazing hotel to stay in. The buffet breakfast was amazing. A quick and easy stroll to Lotte mart as well as MOI. The property was a little outdated but the place was clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Do not recommend the massage! We were super offended and shocked when my husband went down for a massage and he was offered “extra services”. I believe that the massage place could possibly be leased to a business as you paid separately too. The massage place is NOT a reflection on the rest of the amazing hotel and the people in the hotel.

Their wifi was very slow me almost nonexistent. They also charged extra fees bath towels if you request one.which doesn’t make sense at all especially when we rented executive suites. When the hotel was full forget it to have decent breakfast as you don’t even have a place to sit. The place is within walking distance to Lotte mart which is a plus but I have to say with lack of Wifi, TV service and quality of customer service I don’t think I can come here anymore. Also if you stay here more than one night beware that you do need to one to registration at the lobby everyday so your card can work
