I had a very pleasant stay! The hotel is beautiful, modern, clean. There is a sauna, indoor and outdoor pool, gym. The hotel is with the walking distance to the great mall with great shopping, entertainment and restaurants. I would definitely recommend it if you want to stay a few days for business, shopping and layover!

Hele fijne nette kamer. Er stond iets lekkers klaar in de kamer bij aankomst. Fijne voorzieningen zoals badjassen, kluisje etc. De spa was groot, netjes en rustig. Het ontbijt heeft ongelofelijk veel lekkere keuzes! Bus naar het vliegveld stopt voor de deur.

La mia esperienza in questo hotel era molto negativa. La prima camera che ci hanno dato era sporca ( pavimento, finestre,divano ecc...). L'ho fatta subito cambiare. Vi hanno dato un'altra identica alla prima( per quanto riguarda la sporcizia) . La differenza tra una e l'altra era solo il divano che era più carino. Il bagno faceva pietà ( la doccia perdeva l'acqua,coperchio della tazza solo appoggiato no montato di misura sbagliata, il fon senza copertura dietro quindi devi stare attento quando ti asciughi i capelli perché ti si potrebbero intortigliare i capelli come successo anche a mia figlia.) In camera eravamo in due. Invece gli asciugamani, la trapunta erano solo per una persona. Quindi abbiamo dovuto a richiedere gli altri. La mondezza te la devi portare via tu perché nessuno ti viene pulire la camera. Un esperienza da dimenticare.

Odaya girer girmez içerisinin buz gibi olduğunu fark ettik camları ne kadar kapatsak da klimayi 29 (en yüksek derecesi) dereceye ayarlasak da bütün gece oda ısınmadı. Klimayi kapatmak da bir fayda etmedi odada ısınmak için bornozlarla durmak zorunda kaldık. Çift kişilik queen size yatak diye bahsedilen yatağın fotoğrafını görsel olarak ekledim. İki adet tek kişilik yatağı yan yana koyarak birleştirmişler. Yatağın ortasına yattığınızda yataklar iki yana ayrılıp ortada çukur oluşturuyor. Yatakta yatmak tam bir kabusa dönüştü. Ayrıca aracımızı bırakabileceğimiz bir vale mevcut değildi.

Overall it was a good hotel. Room was very good and comfortable. The only thing we didn't like was WiFi. It was terrible. It was complicated to login with all those infos( room no, name surname etc) and then when finally we logged in it waf very very slow. We didn't have breakfast so I could not say anything about it.

A very quick check-in by Barış who was very kind as we received an upgraded room. The room had a bedroom and separate sitting space and bathroom which were all extremely clean and more than comfortable for me, my wife and daughter. Housekeeping were very prompt in coming to set up the sofa bed. We received a very delicious small dessert which was a nice touch. All amenities were included and fully working air-con made our one-night stay very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was vast and delicious catering for all our tastes. Will definitely stay again!

Very quick check-in. Staff helpful and welcoming. You can park immediately outside the hotel on a small road leading to the hotel and Miracle apartments. Room was very spacious and comfortable. An older hotel, but the rooms were decorated nicely, very clean. The bathroom was very modern with a large walk in shower. We didn't have time to go to the Spa or for breakfast. Location is excellent for the area 5 minute walk to Via Port. Loads of restaurants and shops in the area. Great links to the highways for European side of Istanbul and Ankara. About 1 hour from Mall of Istanbul or Istanbul airport. 10 minutes to Sabeha SAW Airport. Highly recommend.

As a tourist for 9 days in Istanbul. This was the most horrible experience ever. The front desk Mustafa has zero communication skills. When I entered the hotel, I had google translation, it was one night before I catch my flight. First they gave me a clean room but one of the beds didn’t have a blanket (not fussed as it’s summer so I just used thin sheets) when I was coming out Mustafa stopped me and charged 1902 lira for the snacks in the Fridge without even telling me !!!!

The service of the staff is very bad, you don't get the service you pay for. You ask for a cup of tea and you don't even get it. No smile, no professional attitude, people work against their will and you feel this. For a 5 star hotel I would have expected better service. If you pay for a room with heating then you should get this too, not a extra blanket..

I did not use the spa, I just used the hotel room and restaurant. Service here was a mix, most of the staff were pleasant, not all. The guy behind the bar who also waited on me in the restaurant was exceptional. The food was very nice, breakfast had many selections, dinner had good portions. Pricing compared to some other hotels in the immediate area was a little higher here but same quality. The room was roomy and nice, the bed was comfortable. They did have a minibar, I didn't use anything from there, but if that's important to you, it was there with a decent selection of things. For me the overall value wasn't as good as some other cheaper hotels in the area, but I didn't use the spa or other amenities, so maybe these provide more value. Overall it was a good hotel that I enjoyed.

I paid for 2 nights to check in 7 am, the receptionist could not understand that, she keeps telling me the check in is 2 pm, I keep saying I paid for previous night to allow me check in at this time, she keeps calling others, asking me where you yesterday? I told her I was in airplane, she asked again did you checked in and left? she could not understand that guests can pay previous night so that they come to see their room is ready, I was standing for 1 hour for this arguments, we left the next day disregarded my stay, dark hotel, lights are all sensors but it was too much seeing hotel too dark everywhere, bad experience, no upgrades for VIP expedia, we tried only the breakfast for 3 people and it was ok.

The hotel situated 10 mins drive from SAW airport. Tha staff were all friendly and helped with any matters arrising from arriving outside in the taxi to leaving to go to the airport. They even have the airport departure times and check-info at thier reception ! Overall a clean, friendly staff, spacious hotel with lovely Spa/Wellbeing facilities for a good end to your holiday.

This is not a five-star hotel based on the overall service and amenities. This is at most 3-4 star hotel with a great spa. The restaurant is over-prized with a 33cl beer costing 13 EUR, local bottle of wine 80 EUR. We wanted to put our breakfast on a plate and take it to our room, which was not possible. We ended up checking out for our last night and went elsewhere.

A nice hotel near the airport. I didn't really use any amenities as I was there for a layover, but the room service was good, the room clean and they had bathrobes. I only had coffee from the buffet but it looked nice. Ali, Tatyana and Can were really helpful with my checkout and some final travel details.

Upon arrival, i was impressed with this hotel due to it's proximity to the airport and its great customer service. The hotel amenities are top notch and extremely clean. After long travels, it's nice to arrive to a hotel that's well kept and offers such great service. The breakfast buffet was extraordinary. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.
