Das Appartement war schön und sauber. In der Küchenzeile sind Teller, Besteck und Kochutensilien vorhanden. Die Lage am Rande der Altstadt ist sehr gut um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Der Parkplatz ist sehr praktisch, aber schwer zu finden. Wir sind zuerst im kostenpflichtigen Parkhaus gelandet und haben dann umgeparkt. Das Appartement auf die Straße ist wie schon häufiger beschrieben laut, da helfen Ohrenstöpsel aber gut. Das Zimmer wurde gut gereinigt, leider hat es im Bad ziemlich gemüffelt, wir mussten den Abfluss des Waschbeckens immer geschlossen halten, dann ging es. Die Eingangstür des Hotels ist sehr unscheinbar, wir wären fast vorbeigegangen. Wir haben das Schlafsofa genutzt, da wir 2 Betten gebraucht haben. Man kann dort gut schlafen, die Matratze ist aber sehr dünn. Alles in allem sind wir sehr zufrieden. Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt.

Great location - just a short walk to Wrocław Town Square. On-site self-parking was complimentary (for Hotels.com Gold status) but there are only a few spaces available, so at weekends and busy periods make sure you reserve ahead of time and/or don’t arrive too late. Parking access is in a different street, so download the PARKING MAP from the Contacts page on the hotel’s own website (sleepwalker.pl/en). Room and bathroom were both clean, tidy, and comfortable. We were at the back of the hotel, overlooking the car park, so our room was nice and quiet. We were on 4/F which was ideal - the elevator stops at 4/F, but also stops between 2/F and 3/F, so with heavy bags if you are on 2/F or 3/F you have to carry them up/down half a flight of stairs! We would stay here again for the convenient location and the great staff.

Sehr gute Lage, ruhig wenn Fenster von Hoffseite. Parplatz mit wenigen Parkplätzen und eng aber immerhin vorhanden. Leckeres Frühstück, nettes und hilfsreiches Personal. Gutes Preis-Leistung Verhältnis 7nd als kurz Aufenthalt sehr geeignet. Wenn man langer als 2 Nächte plant zu verbleiben, wurde ichbeher aufgrund der Zimmergrösse eher Apartment mit zusätzlichem Schlafzimmer empfehlen.

Zentrumsnah, sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe, sehr viele gute Restaurants. Etwas blöd, wenn man mit dem Auto anreist…. Parkplatz Reservierung ist Pflicht, den und die Einfahrt dazu zu finden grenzt schon an ein Wunder.

Étape pour 2 niits à Wroclaw, proche de Rynrk 450 m à pied... situation parfaite avec possibilité de parking à prendre impérativement. Excellent accueil et service pour nous guider dans la ville. Hôtel à recommander sans hésitation.

Fantastisk flott og sjarmerende hotel meget sentralt. Frokosten var enestående. Egen trygg parkeringsplass med plass til 5 biler, bestill på forhånd. Full score dette hotellet👍👍

Zimmer zwar klein, aber sehr schön und sauber. Heller Raum. Bad wohl gerade saniert und sehr schön. Kleiner Parkplatz auf dem Hof vorhanden für 6 PKW. Gute Matratze! Frühstück sehr gute Auswahl.

Great location, amazing breakfasts! Lovely staff, very helpful and accommodated my elderly mom’s request for a room on a floor with an elevator (not all floors have direct elevator access some rooms have stair access because the elevator stops in between floors). Overall we had a nice time in Wroclaw and a very comfortable stay.

I had a very good stay here. I had a deluxe single room and was happy to find the bed wasn't a single bed but a small double. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, and spacious. The location is great, just a few minutes' walk to the main square and restaurants immediately around. Breakfast was good too. I would certainly stay here again next time I visit.

Ottima struttura, comoda a due passi dal centro e dalla fermata del tram. Il servizio è stato ottimo sotto l'aspetto gestionale e come sostituzione camera dopo a un problema dovuto alla mancanza di acqua nella nostra stanza. Un giorno su 5 si sono dimenticati di rifarci il letto e la pulizia in terra nel bagno non era impeccabile. Ottimo il servizio offerto da loro come regalo per il compleanno della mia ragazza. Consigliato.

Posizione molto comoda per raggiungere il centro città. Per me era la seconda volta in questo hotel. La prima era andata bene, questa deludente: la camera era dotata di terrazzo che non è stato pulito ed era in condizioni indecenti; la tv prendeva pochi canali e addirittura non il primo canale della tv polacca

Lovely hotel in great location. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are a decent size and very clean, beds are super comfortable. We had breakfast there, buffet style with additional choice of some hot items. Very good and decently priced. Would definitely recommend.

Bra läget knappt 5 min promenad från Gamla Stan. Nära till Galeria Neon Side, ett lite häftigt ställe för kvällshäng. Jättegod frukost och väldigt gott kaffe. Mycket bra och trevlig personal som var hjälpsam. Enda nackdelarna var att det på fredag och lördag kväll/natt körde massa bilar som gillade att gasa och köra fort på gatan utanför vilket kan störa. AC:n var inte så effektiv, vi fick ställa ner den på 17 grader men det var nog ändå 23 grader på rummet hela natten.

Generelt noget mere slidt end vist på billederne. Aircondition virkede ikke og på trods af henvendelse til receptionen blev det ikke fikset. Elendig og nærmest ubrugelig sovesofa, så bliv væk, hvis I er mere end 4. Voldsom larm fra vejen fra både sporvogne og Alm. Trafik. Ørepropper er et must, hvis man booker dette hotel. Morgenmaden var god og hyggelig.

The rooms are beautufully decorated, each room has a different color. The only problem was that the windows are not isolatong windows so the noise and the cold come into the rooms. The heating system is covered by heavy curtains that avoid the heat to get into the room. The heating systems was on a very low temperature so the room was frezzing!! Breakfast and service were very good

Clean tidy room which was a pleasure to stay in . Really comfy beds black out curtains. There was a small amount of noise from the tram and traffic but it wasn't enough to stop us from sleeping really well.

Great stay in a beautiful hotel. Great service from the staff, the location in the heart of the city and free parking in their yard (silver member) Got a huge room, very clean. We live in the city back home in Copenhagen and has a busy road just outside as well, and I wouldn’t call the windows in this room soundproof, you could hear EVERYTHING very clearly, but it was for only one night, so we survived:) but be aware of this when you book. Breakfast was small but had everything you needed.

This is a somewhat old fashioned hotel with large comfortable rooms. Our room was quiet. The breakfast was good, with options (eg omlette) made fresh. The staff were patient with our questions. We found it a little tricky to locate via public transport from the railway station, but it was worth it and the staff helped us after that.

The SleepWalker Boutique Suites is terrible. Should list on their site as "High Noisy Traffic 24 hours a day" It does NOT have air conditioning, and room was very hot! But main problem was loud road traffic keep us awake, fell like we were sleeping on a street! We didn\'t get any rest through the night. I went to complain to the receptionist in the morning, asked for manager, but there was no manager on duty and told that they will notify manager about the issue. Two hours later we were checking out and I asked again about the noise issue and I was told there was nothing they can do. Terrible service, I demand full refund for our booking!

On-site self-parking was complimentary (for Hotels.com Gold status) but there are only a few spaces available, so at weekends and busy periods make sure you reserve ahead of time and/or don’t arrive too late. Parking access is in a different street, so download the PARKING MAP from the Contacts page on the hotel’s own website (sleepwalker.pl/en). Room and bathroom were both clean, tidy, and comfortable. We were at the back of the hotel, overlooking the car park, so our room was nice and quiet. We were on 4/F which was ideal - the elevator stops at 4/F, but also stops between 2/F and 3/F, so with heavy bags if you are on 2/F or 3/F you have to carry them up/down half a flight of stairs! We would stay here again for the convenient location and the great staff.

I was really surprised how amazing the suite was, I was expecting your run of the mill hotel room. It was a beautiful suite and if I could I would stay there for months on end. It also has a great location, it takes about 3-5 minutes to walk to the main town square and the town square is a beauty.

Zentrumsnah, sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe, sehr viele gute Restaurants. Etwas blöd, wenn man mit dem Auto anreist…. Parkplatz Reservierung ist Pflicht, den und die Einfahrt dazu zu finden grenzt schon an ein Wunder.

Great location, amazing breakfasts! Lovely staff, very helpful and accommodated my elderly mom’s request for a room on a floor with an elevator (not all floors have direct elevator access some rooms have stair access because the elevator stops in between floors). Overall we had a nice time in Wroclaw and a very comfortable stay.

Nice staff, but i chose this apartment becouse should have AC. And AC wasn't working (reception said when i asked "just broke yesterday" but i dont believe that, as was already dust on it, not idea/intentions to fix it, and i was there more then one night). And not for example compensation or question for it. Rooms was clean, not 100% maintained, bud good enough. Balcony wasnt cleaned for a long time. For.th3 next visit in Wroclaw i will chose another place.
