If you need to cancel, please ensure that you cancel at least 48 hours before your arrival date or you will be charged for the first night of your stay. Family bookings with children under the age of 13 must book private rooms or private dorms, not individual dorm beds. Reservations of individual beds for children will be cancelled. Please call us directly if you plan to travel with children. Groups of more than 6, and stays longer than 8 days (in one or multiple reservations) require a 50% non-refundable deposit upon booking.
