There were so many issues with this property. The first one is the cleanliness of the rooms. Second, the breakfast options could be much better. And the amount available as well. Thirdly, the front desk agents were completely unaware of how to fix internet issues which CONTINUED to happen throughout our stay. Instead of them getting help, we were directed to call the technician to fix the tv internet. The pool was DIRTY with green all around the inside and the water was so murky you couldn’t see to the bottom. The water burned our eyes. Overall, this was a lackluster experience to say the least.

The sign at the main road gives no indication where to go once you leave the street. We ended up behind the gas station before realizing we missed the quick right turn. There is only parking on 3 sides of the hotel. It is tight. Facility itself is wonderful. Our deadbolt would not operate.

Breakfast was excellent and staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean and updated. It's weird how you have to get to the hotel. It's not right on the road, you drive by store fronts to get to hotel tucked behind. GPS takes you there okay though. Breakfast includes hot oatmeal with 10 topping choices, English muffins, yogurt, apples, bananas, bagels, 3 cereals, grits, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, pork sausage, turkey sausage, frittata, Belgian waffles. Orange juice, apple juice, hot coffee, cold brew, hot tea, hot chocolate. Everything is delicious. Pool was cloudy and you couldn't see your toes in 3 feet shallow end. Seemed ok since none of us had ill effects. Electrical outlets in bedside table didn't work but used wall outlet. Overall very good experience. We would stay there again.

I ended up with bed nug bites all over my right arm. I thought it was misquote bites bit the doctor said it wasn't. The bites started showing up early Monday which is about the time eesearch said they would. The bites are very itchy and uncomfortable. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Hotels was nice and clean. Breakfast was decent. Our room was spacious. Only 2 complaints, if you will, are the tv was small and positioned in a place where it hurts your neck to watch from bed at night and also, we we're woken up by a call at 7:37am from the front desk asking if we drove a Nissan something or other. It wouldn't have bothered us if we hadn't checked in so late being on this road trip. Still a nice place to stay. Just a little bad luck, I guess.

Our room was in the front of the hotel and the the fire trucks and ambulance siren woke us up several times during the night. We requested a room change and it was problem at all to move to back of hotel where you only heard the ambulance sirens. Breakfast was good not great. Service was very good and friendly.

This property was incredibly clean and appeared to be recently updated. The rooms were huge! Kitchenette, living space, comfy bed, and big bathroom. Every staff member I encountered was genuinely friendly and helpful. My only negatives are that I couldn't get the internet or heat working in my room. I tried to call the front desk and did not receive an answer. Normally, when I travel to Columbia for work, I stay downtown, but this trip required a location on the outskirts of town. Reviews were spotty for all the other hotels near Harbison, so I was happy to find this one. Near tons of restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

The room was very spacious and comfortable. There was a king bed, nice bathroom with tub. Full size mirror for dressing. Nice closet space. The kitchen had a full refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, utensils, etc. There was a dinner table for two. Also it has office desk and proper chair. A bed sofa. Nice tv set. Although WiFi was announced and you can connect, it wasn’t functioning.

Amazing place amazing staff. I had Called for early check in they got me in early and called me and said the room was ready for when I got to town. Give them 200% and recommend them to all. It’s nice to be treated kindly these days. Staff was just amazing.

Property was good condition. No covered parking area to unload when raining. We left a computer charger in the room and after numerous calls were told it could not be found? Staff never offered to really go check room carefully. The 10 foot cord could not have "walked off"

Staff was awesome! Young man working the front as we checked in around 10pm was wonderful, friendly and went above and beyond! The suite we had was squeaky clean, no bad smells and everything was perfect! We will be returning here in the future. Also the breakfast was a great option, eggs, sausage, grits, waffles and more was all great! Beds were extremely comfortable and room was very quiet! 10/10!!!!

Clean and easily accessible to all major areas throughout the Columbia South Carolina area. My go to hotel when I visit this area . Breakfast is top notch too! Wish they would put a bar and and small restaurant on the premises to make it complete but there are plenty establishments within a few blocks

Perfect stay for family trip for High school graduation . Traveled all the way from Philadelphia PA and this property was 5 star across the board . Beds were comfortable and the daily breakfast was one of the best I've ever experienced at any Hotel

Was a nice property, staff seemed nice and polite. My biggest disappointment was the breakfast, past reviews gave high marks and that’s one of the main reasons I chose this location. They put out the exact same options every morning, and they were not even good options. I will not stay here on my next trip to the area.

We were in town for a wedding, and this was the perfect location. The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was one of the best inclusive breakfasts I've ever had in a hotel.
