長野駅から少しだけ離れていますがスーツケースを押しても大変な距離ではありませんでした。シングルＢに2連泊しましたが、ベッドもセミダブルで部屋の大きさも余裕があり満足できました。着心地の良いパジャマもあり、また各フロアに電子レンジもあった為、部屋で寛ぎながら晩ごはんも食べられてゆっくりすることが出来ました。強いて言えば大浴場の洗い場が少し寒かったことが気になった程度です。楽しい長野の旅ができました。

The carpet in my room had large stains and seemed very old and dirty. I would not foam roll or stretch on it. Check-in staff did not realize I had multiple bookings and did not reserve parking for me. No apology or effort to make amends. Same check-in staff did not allow temporary use of parking lot throughout the day when there was clearly space to accommodate the request. Staff stated I could not use the lobby to make phone calls yet they chat among themselves in laughter.

The carpet in my room had large stains and seemed very old and dirty. I would not foam roll or stretch on it. Same check-in staff did not allow temporary use of parking lot throughout the day when there was clearly space to accommodate the request. Staff stated I could not use the lobby to make phone calls yet they chat among themselves in laughter.
