Clerk refused to give me a printed receipt at checkout. Maintenance was not available for this hotel.

Plenty of space in each room.. liked the extra space of the kitchenette even though we didn’t use it, would be nice for families. Great so-ace for an extra cot even. Didn’t see any amenities at the property but we only had a few hours to spare anyway. The room is clean, the A/C is cold. Was clean and comfy. Would stay again for another in and out but might consider a property with more amenities for amenities for a Longer stay

This is a situation when I DIDN\'T get what I paid for. I think of Executive Inn and Suites as a reputable brand, but this place didn\'t at all meet my expectations. The person who checked me in was very new, and she had VERY limited English. There was no hot water for the shower. I saw two roaches in my room. The "breakfast" consisted of only two sugared cereals and bananas. The vending machine wouldn\'t take cash, even though that was the only way to pay, so I had to drive to buy water. Unfortunately I paid WAY too much for this place. I would\'ve been better off going to a hostel!

Worst place we’ve ever stayed. Room stunk, couch smelt like you were in oily, smelly garage, the floor was filthy like it hadn’t been swept in a while and OMG the bathroom. No hot water water and the drainage was horrific..not a fan of showering in standing water that is almost covers the top of your foot
