Hotel M Mount Pocono

The hotel room was extremely dirty with no cleanliness at all. Very disappointing experience. Nothing was maintained properly, and the room felt unhygienic.

The hotel itself is pretty solid, especially for the price, it looks like they’re slowly fixing everything up as the pool and some machines are out of order, but the staff is always busy. Would definitely book again, just keep in mind the rooms are old but they’re still great and comfy to relax and have fun.

Condition of hotel is poor. One elevator not working. Pool bolted shut which was disappointing. Told by staff that “machines not working”. Fitness center - treadmills not working. One of other machines also broken. Ice machine where sign is not working with no other signage if you figure out to go further down hall you find one. Sidewalks at side door are all broken up. Hazard for my mom with mobility concerns. Pillows are horribly flat. Black mold in shower. Garbage outside side door just lying there the whole time. Garbage includes empty sex toy box. Couch just sitting in back parking lot. Fire alarm went off both nights around same time.
