Nice hotel. The hotel doesn’t have any parking but there are parking lots nearby. Walking distance to dining and the World Trade Center.

The two only good things about the stay were the easy access to F subway and the room was clean/had AC (bare minimum). I read the reviews before booking but I wish I’d read some more, which I did later and found the same problems I had during my stay. We visited during heat wave in NY. The MAJOR problem was the hotel lobby’s AC wasn’t working. Even with portable AC units and fans, it was unbearable. At first I thought this was a one time thing, only to find out on the reviews that over a year ago this has been an issue. The breakfast area was so hot so hot it was impossible to stay in. Juice/water machine wasn’t working during breakfast. Also not working during the busiest hour of the day: elevator 1 out of 2. Finally, before my arrival the hotel sent me an email saying they’d try to accommodate early check ins, to which I sent on the info form saying I’d be there by 10am. Upon arrival I requested the lobby clerk, Ryana, if I could have an early check in. She said the room would be around 1-2 hours, but she couldn’t promise (this was 10am). Although I had requested it beforehand, I understand so I went about the city. When we came back at 2:47pm I requested again and she said it’d be at 3pm only (not only 13min earlier). All the interactions with this staff were passive aggressive, not comfortable or amicable. I do not recommend anything about this hotel, unfortunately not a good experience after many other great ones in NYC before that.

It was horrible. Once we’ve arrived in the reception area there was no A/C it was hot. The elevator always had a very strong and unpleasant smell. Even the aisle to go to our room had that smell. That horrible smell was in all the floors because I had to go to another floor to get ice and it had that same smell. The breakfast area did not have any A/C it was hot as hell. The stay there was horrible I would never stay there again.

So staff were helpful. Easy to get to from airport. AC worked in room. Room decently clean. Bed ok on comfort. Breakfast was ok (coffee and eggs decent). I appreciated the water dispenser and coffee out all day. There are restaurants around, but predominantly Chinese or Asian food. The gym is not a good thing--2 ellipticals, 2 treadmills, one bike, free weights (tv monitors only working on 1 elliptical and 1 treadmill). No AC in weight room, so VERY hot workout. No disinfecting wipes in gym. No AC in entrance or eating area. The business next door smells of rotting fish. No stairway access to Lobby or 1st floor breakfast area. Couple of blocks to subway.

The gym is limited, no weight machines, but they did have a bench with free weights. There was a bad odor outside the gym door.

Convenient and safe. Had affiliation with parking lot about 4 blocks away which was great.

Hotel wasn’t bad at all other than the rotten fish smell daily due to an asian fish place next door. Glad we brought smell good spray for the hall way and elevator. The elevator made a loud banging sound w wry time it went up and down all night along with subway. If you are a light sleeper I wouldn’t suggest staying here.

Tidy rooms cleaned and new towels everyday. Reception staff very helpful.

Stayed in the executive room with the king bed and sofa bed for 4 nights. Negatives: Was a bit narrow than expected, but worked for our needs. Found a little bit of mold in the one corner of shower area. Sofa bed wasn't comfortable/spring edge poked our legs while getting in, and center (whether it was the mattress or spring surface or combination of both) was concave so it was difficult to get out! Positives: Hotel staff was friendly and courteous. Breakfast selection was good, catered to everyone's food preferences. Convenient to Chinatown area and various restaurants. About a 5 minute walk to MTA on Broadway and Essex roads. Good walking distance to Soho shopping. May stay there again, but will select a different room.

The hotel was generally good and the area worked well for us. The complementary breakfast was really decent (better than I expected). The one thing that was a problem is that we could not get hot water to shower after our first night there. This was terrible and their only action for this was telling us that they recently changed their boilers. I would check before booking if this is still the case and I would avoid this hotel if so.

Staff was welcoming and helpful. Everything was very clean.

Smelled like mildew. The train going over the Manhattan bridge every few min was very loud.

The only comment that wasn’t good was that the hallway smell like sea food.

Hotel staff was nice and helpful. Our room 612 didn't have hot water in the shower for the whole time we were there and we mentioned the issue on the second day but it did not seem to be resolved. The shower water was room temperature at best even waiting after 5 mins . The sink faucet was fine. Thanks.

Because we booked through Expedia, they put us in a room between the icemaker and the elevator. Noise constantly. The hotel stunk like fish the whole time we were there.

Just one block from East Broadway metro station. Brooklyn was just one station away, in the other direction. Lovely view of Manhattan Bridge from the main Henry Street side of the hotel. The trains were quite noisy (day and night) crossing the bridge, but you soon got used to it. Complimentary breakfast was pleasant. 30 minute rule was good, so nobody could hog the tables. I would visit again, without question.

Sadly the aircon didn't work and i had no sleep due to the noise outside. They need to fix the windows and ideally install double glazing or soudproofing.

The good thing they had they serve breakfast every morning .. Clean rooms every day tv n movie good some free movie channels they have a gym .. they had blow dryer also ironing board n iron .. body wash , shampoo n conditioner coffee maker area fridge microwave

Spacious room on the 7th floor, especially for what I know for other rooms in NY. Very quite also! The hotel is a bit outdated, the complementary breakfast is not the most tasteful and some staff members looked bored. BUT the spacious and quite room makes it worth to come back sometime.

I checked in first day and water started flowing from bathtub and it was 12.30 PM and then my family was assigned to 2 single bed room. Staff member was nice and helped us but next day when I spoke with manager she was not helpful and empathetic at all. Then I asked to give me my 2 queen room bed after following constantly and it was delayed and due to which my reservation was delayed. Next day I came to hotel at the 12PM and bathroom had no cold water and it was super hot so my parents who are seniors and my brother and me where assigned room on seperate floors, 2 consecutive nights there was lot of havoc and that also impacted my NYC trip and on top of all when i spoke with manager, I just asked how can you assign room to guest without checking water which was basic necessity, and she was clueless. Last day was another drama water was clogged in basic and it was never repaired, also TV was not working when I checked in and was fixed after following twice. So overall stay was worst experience

Great! Front desk is amazing!

Front desk attendee was rude. Not welcoming. Surrounding area is noisy and also dirty. Depending on your expectations the area can be overwhelming.

They overbooked the rooms. I called twice and as recently as that morning to ensure they knew I would arrive late and that they had two rooms for me. They confirmed both times. At my 1 AM arrival, the first words out of their mouth were “we were hoping you wouldn’t come.” They had 1 room available, but not 2 for my party of 8. They spent the next hour trying to find alternative arrangements, to no avail. Eventually, I accepted the 1 room and said I’d cram on the beds and floor for the night and resolve in the morning. We did not was terrible. But at least it got my kids to bed. Very little remorse from the hotel and management for their overbooking, despite my reservation and phone call confirming my rooms earlier in the day. Couldn’t have been more disappointed - what a terrible way to start my trip. Their apology? We’ll not charge you for the one night you didn't spend on the second room. Umm…no duh. Nothing else offered. No sincere apology. id have a hard time recommending this place to anyone.

We came to the hotel at noon asking if we could store our bags before check in. The staff was wonderful and was able to get us a room early. They have been helpful and welcoming. We have nothing to complain about. We will stay here again.

Near a metro station and near a parking that has reasonable pricing compared to other places in new york city. Just like any other metropole, especially near the chinatown, there’s going to be a lot of garbage, weird smells, beggars and drug users, but if I focus on the hotel itself, I would go back because the rooms were clean, breakfast was okay and the prices were reasonable.

Staff was friendly, very very close to F train subway. Was able to store our baggage all day aswell.

Convenient location—situated between two useful subway stations, and very near the beautiful Manhattan Bridge.

Fabulous location and price

Great hotel, different breakfast option everyday. 5min walk to subway, 20min walk into town. Area not great, quite dirty and run down. However, didn’t feel unsafe.

We loved the location, we were able to walk to so many places such as the Brooklyn bridge, Chinatown and many more. Public bus runs right outside the hotel. The hotel offered free breakfast and even saved our luggage before and after our stay. Would definitely stay there again in my next visit to NYC. The staff were wonderful.

The complimentary breakfast Is very good and has many options, recommended. If you are a light sleeper this Is not for you since you can hear the Subway trains all night in the background, I didn't mind much.

The rooms are nice & clean. The buffet is always replenish with fresh food. The staff is courteous.

Solid hotel if unspectacular. Room would be cleaned but not hoovered. Minor issues reported to staff were not resolved. Location was very good and the rooms are very spacious and all the amenities were in working order. Breakfast is okay but could do with improvement.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nice. We really enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast was good except for the eggs. They tasted like rubber. But overall would stay here again. Thank you for a memorable experience!

Overall, the hotel is ok. However, the morning breakfast options were less than desirable on several days. Breakfast sausage was undercooked, milk and eggs were unavailable, and oatmeal was either runny or uncooked. Staff were nice and accommodating.

Breakfast got less diverse each morning and we almost didn't want to go down bc it was so hot in the dining room. Appreciated pack n play but no matress for it. Area around it did feel unsafe. Staff were very helpful.
