Chatham Travel Lodge

Great comfortable stay. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Only complaint is that the electric car chargers were broken. Wasn't a huge deal, but call ahead if you need them to confirm they are working.

Older quaint motel lodge with a great virw. Clean comfortable but get the lower level if you dont like stairs. Upper level great porch and view.

Parking was fine. A/C leaked all over the floor. Got my clean socks all wet thank you.

This was an overnight stop for our trip to Cape Cod. Last year we stayed at a terrible establishment, and I wanted to make sure we didn't have a repeat of that experience. We breathed a sigh of relief when we pulled up the driveway hill. The building, while "vintage" was in good condition and the grounds and view were absolutely stunning. The place just had a very nice homey vibe. Again, I would call this place vintage. Nothing fancy, but it's clean, had no weird or bad odors, the bathroom was clean, the floors were clean and not sticky. The bed and bath linens were clean, fresh, and without tears, holes, burn marks or stains. The beds were fairly comfortable. The pillows were a little on the meager side, but there were 3 of them and I was able to make do. The manager was absolutely delightful and friendly. We were traveling with 2 lrg breed dogs, and chose this place because it is pet friendly. Again, not a fancy place. It's vintage, clean, and pet friendly. The views and area are gorgeous. This place reminds me of somewhere I would have stayed while vacationing with my parents back in 1972 (yup, I'm that old!). Highly recommend Chatham Travel Lodge!

Overnight star for cross country trip. Lovely area in Hudson Valley off the beaten parh. A littlevdated, but clesn, comfortable, and quiet. Pet friendly plus for fee.

Check in was easy and there was lots of parking. The room was quiet with the A/C already on which was great in the heat wave we were in. The curtains were truly blackout curtains which was great for sleeping. I read other reviews saying the beds were hard but the beds in this room were totally comfortable. Lots of outlets for electronics and good Wifi.

The hotel is definitely a bit older, some parts of the bathroom had some strange repair/renovations, but everything was functional and clean. The bed was quite firm, so I personally didn't sleep amazing but I imagine this varies depending on your mattress preferences.

Bathroom tub hard to drain, dirty shower curtain, bedspread stained. Given a first floor room even though we asked for 2nd fl. First night upstairs noisy from midnight to after 1am so hard to sleep. Price and location were good but you get what you paid for

The owner was pleasant and helpful with directions ( Map Quest is sketchy, as is the service in the entire area, particularly in Lenox). Our room was spotless. The air conditioner was a bit loud, but all in all, particularly for the very reasonable price, we were happy.

Welcome desk was friendly. Very helpful but I had to go back to office multiple times for room assistance. Lots of dead bugs and dust all over. Bathroom had dead bugs on shelf over toilet and lamp shades and bulbs had dead bugs. Looks newly renovated but still found ants in the bathroom. And just didn’t feel comfortable. In the overnight hours. There was lots of noise in the room above. Banging and dragging.

It was just a room with a refrigerator, microwave, water you had to run for awhile to clear the sediment. No written material such as a TV channel guide at all in the room.

This little hotel did the job - it was conveniently located and comfortable enough. And it was clean, except for anywhere a vacuum didn’t easily fit. The floor between the beds and nightstand was disgusting and I left with many more flea bites than I would have preferred.

The room was very clean and looked like it had been recently renovated. The bed and linens were excellent. The exterior needs updating but overall experience very good.

Chatham Travel lodge was well situated for our trip further north. The area is beautiful. The town of Chatham is close by with restaurants and shopping. The guests in the room above us were noisy for a while, but not after 10 pm. The lodge is old, but the room was clean and perfect for a one night stopover.

The staff attack in was very nice. The room looked like it was just refreshed and the bathroom was new and clean. It was a great location for our event at Tanglewood. The only issue was the bed, it was very hard and we had a terrible night sleep.

Rooms were spacious, very clean and had a refrigerator and microwave. And the price was very reasonable! The only improvement would be better coffee and coffee maker in the room!

The room is very dated, but that didn’t bother me at all. It was very clean. The bed was rather hard, but luckily I like a hard bed. There were many electrical outlets, which was important because we have a lot of devices. The grounds and rural view are beautiful, but when we were there it was too cold to sit outside. There was no traffic noise, and we had a good sleep. Check-in and check- out were a breeze. The only thing I found lacking was a box of tissues.

Clean and comfortable. Staff pleasant helpful and attentive. Should have grab bars in shower and instructions to operate TV.

The room was small but still acceptable and clean. The bed was reasonably comfortable and the bathroom was OK. Despite issues with the TV and air conditioner, the managers Rod and Noor were terrific and quick to respond. It was a half hour drive to Tanglewood. I would stay here again on a future trip.

Very clean, older style motor lodge. Check-in easy and nice staff member who made dining recommendations in town. Mostly quiet with some minor road noise from I-295. I found the bed to be uncomfortable and would not have been happy if staying more than one night. Could use an update of the bed situation. It was very convenient for my trip, as it was right off the Taconic Parkway and easy to find, easy to continue my trip the next morning.

We arrived late and the office graciously stayed open until 9:30. The heater fan ran intermittently, couldn't get it to run continuously so we could sleep, so we ended up shutting it off. The Lodge website has no info on amenities so we didn't know if there was a 'fridge or coffee maker
