This condo is very convenient to Waikiki Beach, restaurants, and shopping. Free parking is a plus, though the parking is tight and tall vehicles will not be able to access the parking. The building is safe and clean. The condo is small and somewhat dated. There is traffic noise that mostly occurs during normal business hours. However, we would definitely stay there again because of its convenient location.

I stayed the week of labor day. The location is perfect. You can walk to everything including the beach within 5 minutes you have everything you need close by. The room needs some TLC and updates if you don't mind living in the era of The Golden girls you might like the room. It is not recommended for more than two people and two people will climb over each other to get into bed because the bed is pushed up against the glass sliding door and dirty drapes. If you are planning on sleeping you won't sleep well in that bed is absolutely horrible so pack some Motrin or sleep on the floor. The local restaurant / bar behind has live music till 10:00 p.m. every night 7 days a week if you enjoy music you'll be fine if you don't this might not be the location for you cuz you will hear it till 10:00 p.m.. I decided I might as well join them lol . The main lobby of the property and everything else is of a 60 year old building and smells Misty. carpets are dirty and the tenants in the building smoke a lot of weed so if you're allergic beware. They don't give you clear instructions where the pool is but it's on the fourth floor covered in shade in the water is ice cold you're better off going to the beach. I would only consider staying here again do the location for comfort I would not.

Very convenient location with parking! Property is dated and could use a renovation. No dishwasher. Lobby smells and pool wasn't open when I tried to use it during opening hours. Other than that it was a great spot. Would go back again.

Wonderful Condo to stay in. The perfect amount of space, everything you need for a stay, can food shop and cook your own meals, walking distance to waikiki beach and all the shops. The garage part is very tricky but otherwise absolutely wonderful stay. I will definately try to rent here again in the future.

Thank you for the great stay and attention to detail it was so nice to have beach chairs, an umbrella, and mats available. Everything was clean and well thought out. It can get a bit noisy at night, but that’s to be expected in the heart of the city. Overall, a great experience highly recommended!

The property is in a great location for shopping and had a nice selection of restaurants within walking distance. The provided free parking was very convenient. We needed parking for a second car and was able to purchase a spot easily and for a reasonable price. The unit was well stocked, with all the necessities needed for a comfortable stay — kitchen, cooking, and cleaning supplies. They even provided boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, and coolers for your use. Communication with the host was excellent. All my questions were answered with a quick response. Even though the building and the unit were a little older, I was comfortable and it still met my needs and then some. The unit was very clean. I would come back again! Thanks for a pleasant stay!

The room was clean and served the purpose. We stayed 6 nights. Checking in and out was easy. The only issue we had is the water in the shower did not get hot enough. The hot water for the sinks was good, just not in the shower. Other than that, it was great.

It was located around shops and food if that’s what you enjoy, pretty loud night light but decent value, could use some in-depth cleaning, tub drained slow, mold on the shower curtain, caulking around tub needed redone, bed caves in the middle so you roll to the center in the middle of the night, pillows are flat. There was plenty of towels, plenty of toiletries and other items to be used. Easy to check in, communication was good.

I called Nick and asked for help checking in and right away he starts yelling at me to "READ THE INSTRUCTIONS!!!" saying this over and over, I was telling him I was trying to but my eyes are bad and I was having trouble reading the long list of instructions on my phone. He man is arrogant and rude...his behavior was totally uncalled for. I will never stay in his filthy, unsafe condo again.

We've been to Waikiki several times. This time we choose a condo for our stay option. We loved the location, so close to everything. The condo offered us the option to have more than just a room. Beach chair and umbrella were a nice touch. Great views from both balconies, view of the mountains and the views of the ocean. The suite was comfortable, laundry on the same floor which was great to have. Definitely not a quiet area - but we didn't mind as this a normal for the area. Great space but could be updated. We would stay in the complex again - location, location, location.

Leaking ceiling, tiny space, nosy refrigerator, duck taped air conditioner, barely hung on tolet seat…. And the customer service (property Managment ) is like a black hole as nothing comes out of it…if you only care about the location and nothing else, this might be an option for you.

Tried on 3 separate occasions to contact ptoperty manager about the a/c being fikthy and leaking water. Never responded. Had to sleep with the window open which is super loud in the city.
