This property is great for an overnight stop on the road. Clean and very comfortable. They do ask for 50.00 cash deposit refundable if you leave the room clean and undamaged. Ice Machine was broken so the owner gave us ice from her frig. We would stay here again.

Property was very clean; room looks recently renovated as all was clean and well maintained. Property off main road thru town so no loud semi-truck noise, no partying noise. There’s no breakfast offered but that was no issue for us. Office manager helpful as we needed extra soap and towel. Will stay again if travels take us thru there again.

Had a good night sleep. Quiet. Clean room. Quickly helped. Only thing was the deposit required. However next morning was returned with no questions asked after room was quickly inspected. It’s nothing fancy, but for the price definitely staying again and recommend to everyone passing through.

Great Stay, Convenient and Friendly! I had a great experience staying here. All the rooms are on the ground floor, so there are no stairs to worry about, and you can park right in front of your room, which is super convenient. The room was clean, and the owners were very friendly and accommodating. Perfect for a budget-friendly stay—I’d definitely come back!

The owners of this property were the worst and charged me extra on top of what I owed and won’t give me my money back?? It looked nothing like any of the pictures, I think they might’ve been from another hotel honestly. The floors were sticky, the toilet seat was broken, the towel rack also broken, the shower was so filthy I had to wear shoes to clean myself. I get it it’s a smoking room but you can spray some air freshener or put one in there??? Seeing as the smoking room was the only room available also you’d think I wouldn’t need to go to the store and buy things to make it smell like someone didn’t just smoke 2 cartons of cigarettes in it. They advertised breakfast included and there was no breakfast anywhere so I’m really confused. Also when I booked it said it was a hotel, not a motel where people reside there full time. All of it just felt like one big lie and I ended up spending closer to $400 for a 3 night stay when it should’ve been only $240 whole trip. I paid when I booked (a month out) $113 and was just supposed to pay another $113 when I checked in. But she made me pay the full $240 at check in so yeah comes out to about $370ish after taxes. Absolutely ridiculous. I never leave reviews on anything but this was absolutely the worst hotel stay or experience I have ever had and I have traveled all over this country. There was one nice employee but when I told her about the money situation she told me she had no idea how to get me my money back.

The WiFi was out when we arrived; the person at the desk had no clue how to deal with the issue and suggested that I reboot my device even though others had indicated they could not access the WiFi. The room was clean and well kept, but there was no furniture except the bed and TV stand. No place to hang clothes; we had to just lay our clothes on the floor; a chair and table would have been nice. The bed was comfortable. There was no breakfast.

Multiple spiders and flies and dead smushed bugs on the walls?? Shower wasn’t cleaned and hair from previous people was on the shower walls. Bathtub was clogged. Bugs inside the towels and hair from other people. Most of the tv channels don’t work. Sheets have stains. I guess you get what you pay for??? Only stayed there for one night.

Non smoking room with cigarette burns in the blankets. Room was dirty with what looked like a bloody hand print by the door. Beds were old and made loud noises when you sat down and moved. Rolled in around 10 pm. and was up and gone at 5am because we just couldn’t stand it anymore. Not sure where this hotel got the rating it has.

Not sure how the reviews say this place is clean. It’s absolutely disgusting and the entire room is filthy. The bathroom is the worst. Bath tub wasn’t cleaned and the floor was yellow and brown. The toilet still had stains on it when we lifted the toilet seat. Wiped the floor by the sink with a towel and it came out black. The sheets looked like they weren’t washed or changed out, and had holes and black stains on them. I honestly felt disgusting just being in the room. Had to go out and buy disinfecting wipes to clean surfaces and tables. We also requested no house keeping but they did not listen and still went into the room.

This may be a hit or miss for some people but there is a giant fan unit on the property next door, but it is consistent and the droning noise actually helped me sleep. But I could see how some may have an issue with this, so if you like that get an east room, if you don’t get a west room

Location was ok as there was IHOP, Olive Garden, Whataburger and Starbucks within walking distance. Even a movie theatre next door. Check in was great thanks to the friendly front desk person. The room 129 appeared to be freshly refurbished as everything was new and in order (except the A/C unit which was fine just not new). My room was one away from the ice machine which worked well. There was also laundry facilities next to it. Room was clean and smelled fresh. Quiet stay.

Based on previous reviews, I was hesitant to book, but I'm sure glad I did! We stayed here for 1 night and it was the perfect place to stay when visiting the Muskogee area. The rooms were quiet, clean, and the internet worked great. The motel staff was very friendly and the facility was clean with comfy beds. The staff was very friendly and the housekeeper took good care of us. I cannot recommend this motel enough!

Stay was fine, try not to get a room on the right side of hotel. Next door is a loud a/c turbine, very loud. Also they don't have any hangers.. this was a business trip needed to hang clothes and no iron either quick would have been great with no hangers. I know it's a budget hotel but hangers are very cheap!

OK for a one night stay, restaurants are in driving distance, door closed but there was a gap all around which allowed for flies to get in and made the A/C run fairly regularly in the room I had.

Room has no carpet or rugs. To much sand or something to walk in the room barefoot. Room was supposed to be non-smoking, but it smelled of stale tobacco smoke. It permeated the bed comforter, curtains and the close we were wearing. Marijuana smoke came in the room from guests smoking it outside the room 2 doors down. Room was very loud from outside noise. Front door had light and smoke coming in from the four edges. Door also was unlockable due to the door not seated well with weatherstripping.

This manager preceded to pass the cost of replacing an already broken shower handle on to us (the guests) by keeping our deposit. He became very rude and angry on the phone when I called to better understand the charge, when he failed to let me speak and preceded to call me a liar. I travel often and have never been treated that way in my life. Stay far away from here!!!

The price was good. You get what you pay for. We had a leak in the handwashing sink and after we reported it to to the owner and then to Expedia and they forwarded it to the owner, he showed up banging at our door at 10:30 at night after he didn’t bring towels or rags to put under the leak, yelling and screaming at us for about 15 minit a and telling us to get out the next day even though we had a reservation and had paid for two nights.

We've stayed here before to break up longer trip. Will come back again. Sweet check in agent, very friendly. Place feels freshly renovated with wifi outlets, good bedding etc. Can't beat the convenience and quality and especially the price!

Great parking close to entertainment and dining options. Great staff, clean environment and quiet love staying at this hotel absolutely love it every time. Go here multiple times a year at least once a month and it’s a great day every time thanks guys for having a greatest establishment and great attitudes.

Not sure how the reviews say this place is clean. It’s absolutely disgusting and the entire room is filthy. The bathroom is the worst. Bath tub wasn’t cleaned and the floor was yellow and brown. The toilet still had stains on it when we lifted the toilet seat. Wiped the floor by the sink with a towel and it came out black. The sheets looked like they weren’t washed or changed out, and had holes and black stains on them. I honestly felt disgusting just being in the room. Had to go out and buy disinfecting wipes to clean surfaces and tables. We also requested no house keeping but they did not listen and still went into the room.

This may be a hit or miss for some people but there is a giant fan unit on the property next door, but it is consistent and the droning noise actually helped me sleep. But I could see how some may have an issue with this, so if you like that get an east room, if you don’t get a west room

Location was ok as there was IHOP, Olive Garden, Whataburger and Starbucks within walking distance. Even a movie theatre next door. Check in was great thanks to the friendly front desk person. The room 129 appeared to be freshly refurbished as everything was new and in order (except the A/C unit which was fine just not new). My room was one away from the ice machine which worked well. There was also laundry facilities next to it. Room was clean and smelled fresh. Quiet stay.

Great Stay, Convenient and Friendly! I had a great experience staying here. All the rooms are on the ground floor, so there are no stairs to worry about, and you can park right in front of your room, which is super convenient. The room was clean, and the owners were very friendly and accommodating. Perfect for a budget-friendly stay—I’d definitely come back!

Great stay for quick trip.The price was reasonable. The location was great better than those other hotels and motels on highway 69 at night you can hear trucks passing through and felt safe. Near Walmart and lots of restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. Clean, simple hotel room. If you book direct with them they will save you some cash. Would stay there again and recommend everyone to stay there.

Upon arrival, we found a live insect in the bathroom. The property seemed sketchy, with people hanging out at the corner of the building. The front entrance was taped off as they were apparently installing a new overhang. I propped a chair up at the door to add a little more security. I have never done that before.

Property was very clean; room looks recently renovated as all was clean and well maintained. Property off main road thru town so no loud semi-truck noise, no partying noise. There’s no breakfast offered but that was no issue for us. Office manager helpful as we needed extra soap and towel. Will stay again if travels take us thru there again.

The owners of this property were the worst and charged me extra on top of what I owed and won’t give me my money back?? It looked nothing like any of the pictures, I think they might’ve been from another hotel honestly. The floors were sticky, the toilet seat was broken, the towel rack also broken, the shower was so filthy I had to wear shoes to clean myself. I get it it’s a smoking room but you can spray some air freshener or put one in there??? Seeing as the smoking room was the only room available also you’d think I wouldn’t need to go to the store and buy things to make it smell like someone didn’t just smoke 2 cartons of cigarettes in it. They advertised breakfast included and there was no breakfast anywhere so I’m really confused. Also when I booked it said it was a hotel, not a motel where people reside there full time. All of it just felt like one big lie and I ended up spending closer to $400 for a 3 night stay when it should’ve been only $240 whole trip. I paid when I booked (a month out) $113 and was just supposed to pay another $113 when I checked in. But she made me pay the full $240 at check in so yeah comes out to about $370ish after taxes. Absolutely ridiculous. I never leave reviews on anything but this was absolutely the worst hotel stay or experience I have ever had and I have traveled all over this country. There was one nice employee but when I told her about the money situation she told me she had no idea how to get me my money back.

Old property. The bathroom had no bar pulls but holes where they should have been, Being on the 1st floor with doors that lacked good seals you could see light which also meant other things could get in there were two roaches that had gotten in from the outside. If you needed a place to lay your head for the night it was ok, but not a place i would return to unless in a squeeze.
