Their lobby and rooftop with view of the skyline and bridge are nice, staffs are very helpful and rooms and common area are very clean. There are not many restaurants and cafe super close or perhaps I missed finding (there are multiple food trucks) but that is not needed as you can bring food from Manhattan and Jackson Heights (train at 6 min walk from the hostel), store in the fridge and heat up. Some people smoked on the rooftop 1 evening during the music event is when I had to leave the rooftop because I can't stand smoke. Otherwise everything was nice and I hope to book again.

Every member of staff was helpful and friendly, “CC” Ciara was super nice and professional to say she hasn’t been there a full year. But it’s our personalities that makes the job at the end of the day

I always stay here when I'm in NYC! The only thing I don't love are the showers! Not the best water pressure and the shower head is my than 6 feet high! Also, no full length mirror. Otherwise they are on point!
