Overall the property was very nice and the gentleman at the front desk was friendly. The rooms were clean. 2 things about the property that were frustrating was the keys for the doors to get into your room did not work well and that they only had 2 washers available and one working dryer; the other dryer was broken. Overall, the room was well kept and grounds were pleasant.

It is old and a little rundown. The guy that owns it is real friendly and tries to take care of you. I like it because you can just back up to the door and unload your car. No stairs. No elevator. Very convenient

They were nice and helpful. There was RV parking and allowed our cat for $20 extra. The bed was not uncomfortable but the pillows felt sketchy, floors felt dirty, tub had old sticky that needed pulled. There was some fresh paint, new sheets and such but it definitely didn't meet our expectations, based on reviews. Our AC went out in the middle of the night which really sucked.

An old property. Bed was comfortable. Laundry area was ok. One washer was filthy dirty and at least one of them leaked. For the price, it served its purpose for our one night stay. But, won’t stay there again,

This is a nice little hotel. The front staff was very nice. The room was cozy, very clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a nice courtyard in the center of the property for my dogs to walk and would be nice for kiddos to play. I plan to stay here again if I pass through.

This motel is very old, the bathroom had other peoples hair everywhere, the basin unit was stuck together with tape. This place desperately needs a total revamp. I would never stay here again.

It was okay, we chose to stay because it was cheaper. You get what you pay for.$130 still serms too much for such an older placelike this. It was clean but the bedspread was soiled and Im not sure if the sheets had been changed as there was an oily stain.

The floors countertops walls and even the bathroom was not clean. There was a lot of dirt and hair on the floor. If you have little ones, I don’t recommend this place.

Budget host review The Budget Host Inn is a , single story, 60's? motor lodge that has not been extensively remodeled but is clean and appears well maintained. Ample parking. It has a secure, modern key card entry system. Inside, it has all the appointments of any mainstream motel - fridge, microwave, hair dryer, toiletries, coffee maker. The bed was good. Our room was quiet, but I suspect the sound proofing is 60's quality - noise neighbors would be... noisy. The continental breakfast was average, and similar to many motels - waffle maker, muffins, cold cereal, bagels, yogurt, cream cheese, hard boiled eggs. One negative is the WiFi. There is WIFI, but our signal was rather weak and slow. Peak usage in the evening, we could barely load web pages. So, for a much more reasonable price, one receives basically the same features of more expensive chain motels.

Dont stay here if you have a service animal or handicap person with you or in your family. This place was so dirty and staff very rude. They need to learn the laws about service animals. Needless to say we say not stay the night. Do not recommend

DO NOT STAY HERE! Worst hotel experience I have ever had. The motel is sketchy and unsafe. I got charged triple the cost of a room for breaking the EXTERIOR lock on the door. When I left, the lock was not broken. From the pictures I was sent, it appears that someone tried to break into the room by breaking the lock. Very scary to think of. The owner was not helpful at all and kept blaming me even though I explained that I had a key to enter the room, so I therefore had no need to break the lock. The owner refused to check his security cameras and would not work with me at all. He was very disrespectful and rude as well. Before hanging up on me he said "By the way, you suck." Very frustrating experience. On top of all that, people were arguing and yelling outside our room all night. I highly recommend staying somewhere else for your safety.

This hotel worked out great for us. We stayed here for one night on our way to Montana. The check in was great and the manager was very helpful. The hotel is older but seemed to have a fresh coat of paint. Breakfast was included.

You can park right outside your door. Shower pressure was strong. Floors felt dirty on feet and wiped off chair wash cloth came away black. Only 2 towels. There is a train next to property. Did not hear it at night.

Inexpensive with spacious rooms, but very worn. Was very quiet except for the freight trains rumbling through in the middle of the night. No train whistles thankfully, just the rumble from the diesel engines. Breakfast was okay, but quite limited. Okay for a one or two night stay.

Stopped for the night. Older property. Located on the main street leading in and out of town so it was a bit noisy with cars and truckers. Beds were comfortable though and the room had all the basic amenities. My wife was happy with the endless hot water. The host at check in was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the breakfast especially the hard boiled eggs!

This is my second time here, I stopped on my way to montana and back to Colorado, it is cheap, it’s well located with plenty of food options and it’s decent for the price . Well worth it

Room was fine for my one night stay, the only issue was trying to figure out the TV as there was two remotes, had to get the proprietor to show me because the written instructions were incorrect, continental breakfast was very good, just wish it had some OJ. La Herradura Mexican restaurant just down the road was very good.
