Staff was great. They replace the fridge in pur room with no issue. Was a little disappointed that the pool heater was not working. I had called the morning of our arrival that evening askong about the pool. They made no mention that the heater was out of order so the pool was cold. Information that guests should be informed of when asking. Overall, a good stay.

Stay was good. Didn’t realize the pool wasn’t heated. Got fresh towels and trash emptied, but that was it during stay. Beds did not get refreshed. Otherwise stay was great!!!

The customer service was outstanding! Matt was wonderful at check in as was the rest of the staff. The pool was nice. Wished they had a hot tub. Breakfast was yummy and again, excellent staff! Super friendly! Only negative was the room smelled a bit when we first walked in. It seemed to be just in the bathroom area.

Breakfast options were good with everything you needed. All of the staff that we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful if needed. I booked through hotels.com and my credit card was charged when I booked. However, when I arrived at hotel, they had no record of payment from hotels.com. Krisanne, desk manager, was AWESOME. After a lot of effort on her part, she was able to contact the right organization and get what she needed to confirm the payment. And she was very nice about it and extremely helpful when none of it was her fault. THANK YOU Krisanne!!

We stay here every year for the Odyssey of the Mind state tournament. This year management accomodated all of our schedules and opened breakfast a bit earlier on competition day. It's always clean and smelling fresh, and the kids love the pool. We will see you next March!

We had a grwat stay. It was nice n clean. Breakfast was great. The workout room can use a little sprucing n airconditioning but other than that i was able to get my workout in. The shower needs a new shower head it wasnt strong enough. But if you forgot your toiletries they got you covered from lotion to shampoo, conditioner n showel gel. My favorite brand Dove.

The Holiday Inn Express Hastings exceeded my expectations. From check-in to check-out everything went smoothly. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was clean. Laundry facility is so handy and cheap! It was great. We just wished it had walk-in showers and not tubs.

Very happy with customer service, they answered my call when I called to confirm my reservation, as well as when the gps had us turned around , the young lady helped get us on the right road , from the time we came to the time we left all went great! They cleaned our room daily, the breakfast was delicious and the staff was always very helpful and kind ! Definitely will be a place we will go to stay at when we visit Michigan again! Thank you !

From our late evening check in to our early check out every staff member was pleasant and accommodating. The staff member who was preparing breakfast went out of her way to talk to each person and help anyone who needed it. We did not have turn down service as we requested but each day they came to check on us to see if we needed anything. If we ever come back to Hastings Holiday Inn Express we will definitely come back and stay here!

The staff was great, and our room was clean. The only minute area that was inconvenient was that breakfast wasn't until 7am. We choose Holiday Inn Expresses for what they offer and are very pleased. For us we are chasing sporting activities that our kids are involved in and usually it's up at 6am and out the door by 7am. With a 7am breakfast we had to purchase breakfast offsite. It's an added cost that we generally don't have when choosing a Holiday Inn Express.
