Convenient location and very reasonably priced. It is an older facility that needs to be updated. Our room was clean. Clean linens and towels. We just needed a place for one night to sleep and shower. Did not see and bed bugs or insects. If you are looking for modern, this is not it. It was sufficient for our needs. Good internet signal.

I am not sure what property is shown in Expedia, because when we got there the pool was filled in, there was no breakfast, we had to ask for towels—3 people, 2 towels in the room. We had to go get toilet paper from the front desk because no one fille it and the roll in the room was less than half when we arrived. The toilet leaked, too. On the plus side, most of the people we dealt with were nice and the hot water worked. We just felt it was not what was advertised.

No parking was really bad screws and raizer blades in parking lot along with trach didnt feel safe

The gentleman was very friendly and and gave us a renovated room which was very clean and the bed comfortable. There was a small Mr. Coffee machine, but no products or cups to make coffee. No microwave, but cold refrigerator. The back rooms and parking was trashed. Garbage bags, recycle bins and loose trash lined the entire walk ways. Extended stay workers had the company trucks parked along the back and grills, coolers, and chairs were on the walk ways. This was not the look in the front which was clean and lawn manicured. I appreciated the gentleman trying to accommodate us.

Never knew there were hotels managed this poorly. We booked a room for our son on New Year’s Eve so that he didn’t have to drive home. We stopped by when we got into town to be sure they didn’t need to see my credit card prior to check-in. It took them 20 minutes to come to the front desk…..once they even came out of the back room, said wait, and then didn’t return for another 10 minutes. They assured us that he would just need his ID and that he could check-in at any hour. Our son arrived around 1:30am, the door was locked, no one answered the bell, and no one answered the phone. He ended up having to call someone to give him a ride home. I complained to Expedia. They tried to call the hotel to confirm, and even they couldn’t get them to answer the phone. They opened an investigation and, after one week, I received an email that said they were never able to contact the hotel and there is nothing else they can do for me. This is literally unacceptable. No only is the hotel compete crap, Expedia chooses to continue booking rooms through them and refuse to accept any responsibility. Expedia should choose to take the hotel off their search results to protect their clients from being scammed in this way. I went to the hotel to complain and the owner called two guys down from upstairs in an attempt to intimidate me. Very poor experience and very unprofessional. On top of that, the lobby was dirty and in disrepair, old water heaters by the front doors, and pool is full of dirt.

After I got in the room the room clerk knocked on my door and asked me if I had checked in. He was the one who gave me my key just a few minutes before. There were two beds in my room. The sheets had not been changed on one of them. There was short, dark hair and food crumbs in that bed. The second night my room was invaded by roaches. I killed 10 and had trouble sleeping because of them. I never got a receipt to make sure my charges were correct.

The fronts staff was nice. Older hotel but the room was clean and was sufficient for our stay. The lobby/front desk was noticeably cluttered and very dark.

We should have known this wasn't going to be good when we drove up when we saw two water heaters on the sidewalk outside the office, along with so old furniture there too. The parki g lot was trashed and the minute we stepped out of the car the waft of pot hit us immediately. The ceiling fan had 1 light that worked, there were holes in the walls, the bed was not comfortable, and bath tub didn't haveva working stopper. It looked like some people were living there and there were trash can full of trash on the sidewalks and the dumpster looked like it hadn't been dumped in a month. The pool area had been filled in, and the fence was in disarray. You could lose a small car in the pothole coming onto the property.

Con > no closet or place to hang up clothes on hangers, poor water drainage of sink, bottom of some drawers falling apart, beds too high and (for me) too hard, shades on desk lamps either missing or in poor condition. Parking area has many large holes, some of them are deep.

The room had a bug in the tub and the carpet was dirty. Also room smells like smoke.

Bathroom came with a plunger, tub was so slippery, I had to go to the office to get towels and wash clothes, carpet was stained and nasty looking air conditioning could not be adjusted so cold and uncomfortable, carpet was so stained and looked filthy, smell was awful thank GOD I always travel with a bag with Clorox wipes air freshener and more! Furnishings were falling apart! Had to reset a plug after using the hairdryer to get the light to come back on over the sink! This place probably has not seen a Reno in years! Nothing to display the time! Parking lot was not well lit! It was just a poor excuse for a travel accommodation!

The room was dirty and run down. Carpet was stickey, shower was terrible, couch was stained and the bed sheets had cigarette burns. We started to leave but it was very late when we arrived. We were in town for a Jeep event. Big mistake booking the place.

Lots of maintenance issues. Saw a couple of cockroach's, black mold in shower, overall property needs renovation. Room not cleaned very well.

the ONLY soap in the room had already been used and was left on the side of the tub. It is fine if you're exhausted and need to stop but you won't get to wash ANYTHING while you're here!

Place was disgusting. Bed was hard. Holes in the wall. Live wires were exposed. Outlet covers were gone. Everything was dirty. Cockroaches were crawling on the bathroom wall. Floor, shower, bed, everything was just nasty. We didn’t stay, we walked in and walked right back out.

Nothing was unique. The ceiling in the bathroom was falling down. The bathtub was unsafe. The toilet was terribly nasty and stained. Turns out it was on a highway next to a railroad track. They locked the office at 6 o’clock in the evening. I killed a water bug and a roach. The microwave was greasy. The beds were, one hard one lumpy. The bedsheet was stained. The air conditioner heater did not work. The front office smelled of curry and garlic. You lied to me. This was not a three star hotel. I will not use Expedia again.

I’m not looking for 5-star accommodations at the motel price; however, there were a number of things that should’ve been fixed before signing that room: 1) no coffee pot in room (coffee was there; just no pot. I got one from the front desk.) 2) bath light did not work—kind of important when using the toilet or taking a shower. 3) Bed lamp did not work (knob missing), making one have to get out of bed to fit of last light.

This was a nonsmoking room yet there were cigarette burns on the sheets and bedspread. Front desk staff was unfriendly. Electrical plugs were in bad shape. Grates on air units were broken and unsightly on many rooms noted from the outside. Not very inviting.

The picture of the front desk doesn’t match the picture online. The toilet is shaking and is not stable. But for the price, it’s probably what you get.

I confirmed a room through Expedia a week before coming and he still sold all the rooms before I was able to check in and cancelled my reservation. Second year in a row with a bad experience here, will not try again.

Hotel was overbooked due to a supposed computer glitch. When we arrived we were told there were no rooms available and to try the hotel next door. We had already paid for our room so paying for another room wasnt an option. We were left hanginh since we would have to wait days for a refund. Horrible glitch in our trip.

Lady who checked us in acted like we were bothering her.

Person at desk on Friday said my room was not reserved and that I would need to use another credit card to pay for stay. Was double charged for weekend. Showed up on other credit card as a no show. Bugs where bad in this room.

They changed motel names after I made my reservation through Expedia and did not have records of my reservation.

We traveled from WV to TX for an event in Jefferson. We booked the OYO bc we had stayed there before and while it wasn’t the nicest hotel, it was fine for the weekend since we’d only be there at night. I booked many months in advance. Received my confirmation email and reminder the week of the event. I’ve booked through hotels.com a bunch of times so I had no reason to question anything. We drove all night long (over 14 hours) get there around 8am to check in and they don’t have our room. I told them my information and that I had booked online but they said they don’t have an online system, that they recently changed management and it’s no longer under the OYO. Even worse, they don’t have any availability. Said I had to go through the app to get my money back. Basically I was SOL. Not a great experience— especially running on no sleep. After trying 5 hotels to find availability, a nice man told us to always pay in advance and not pick “pay at hotel” bc that’s why they give your room away. They make more money when people come in without a reservation.

The beds were clean and comfotable. The room was also clean, just a little shabby, but overall good for the price and convenience.

It was a place to lay my head. Room was fairly clean and somewhat comfortable. Not friendly at all. Not good customer service. Lots of noise and people hollering all hours of the night. Parking lot was tore up and had to be careful driving my new vehicle through there afraid I would hit a deep pothole. Conveniently located is the only positive. Will stay elsewhere when visiting the area again.

Great value for the price. For light sleepers, it is on the highway and a train frequent the area periodically throughout the night. It whistles.

I reserved my room several weeks in advance w/ notation that I will need a microwave and fridge, as usual, but there was no fridge. I went to tell the manager I need a fridge and he said all the rooms were taken and they were no more with a fridge in it. OK… Then I discovered a wet, used washcloth wadded up in the tub, indicating that the tub did not get cleaned after the previous tenant. None of the cups had wrappers on them, indicating they had been used, the coffee pot had not been rinsed & there was a soggy used pod in the basket. Honestly, I can’t even trust that the sheets were changed, even though the bed was made, given the fact nothing else got done after someone else had the room. When I told the morning desk person all of this, she would not listen, just kept interrupting me, & I was being very nice about it, told her I just thought she needed to know so that she could tell her cleaning staff that people notice when they don’t do the cleaning. Very disappointed, especially since last month when I rented a room at this same motel, everything was fine.

Coffee pot dosent work. Furniture is torn and threadbare. Batteries dead in TV remote. Just a little more attention to the condition of the room would make great improvement. I had the room pre booked for two nights but found my self locked out on the second night and had to get my key reset.
