Service was great ! Was told we could park on the street in front of establishment, did not feel comfortable doing that as it looked a little dicey . Parked out back , felt it was a better choice. Place was clean, no frills , but met our needs! Price was great!

Smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in. Table faced away from TV. Fruit flies all night into morning flying in my face. Broken microwave and no shelves in fridge. BUT, I still enjoyed my stay and will probably stay again! Manager was super nice. You get what you pay for at $70. AC/heater was quiet. Needs brighter light in main room. Convenient parking. All in all it could have nicer but for $70 I got what I needed, a place to watch a little TV, relax, then sleep.

My room had burn holes on the comforter in a non smoking room, bahroom fan too noisy to use and a horrible funky odor that was so bad that I had to use Febreze so I could tolerate it. Convenient location, easy parking. Noisy at night.

The parking lot was fine. The room atmosphere was not relaxing. Room was very old and in bad condition and had an old smoky smell, even though it was a non-smoking room. Holes in the curtains and they could not be shut as they were not hanging properly. Dead bugs in the bathtub and thread, bear towels with brown stains on them. No cups in the room at all and a big hole in the wall in the bathroom where the door knob once hit.

Woman at the desk was very friendly and efficient. She was also friendly when asking if we needed anything for our room, and to let her know if we did throughout our stay. She would not have been able to fix the items that were wrong. We have stayed here many times and it gets worse each time. The room smelled funky when I opened the door, the bed and pillows were extremely hard, and I found two dead bed bugs the first night-not very comforting. The water does not get hot enough for me.

The hotel is old but immaculately clean and the staff was amazing. If I ever find myself in the area again I would definitely stay here again without hesitation. Thank you for the hospitality. The woman at the front desk was great. She had me cracking up in seconds, and the young Manon the housekeeping staff recommended a great burger spot. It was just all around a good experience.

The non-smoking room... wasn't. The flypaper strips in the room needed to be changed. Holes and stains in the carpet. The sheets were clean and looked pretty new. The A/C worked well. You get what you pay for.

Once again, NO shelves in fridge! That's my only complaint just like my last stay! Awesomeness staff, super friendly. TV remote never did work right. Housekeeper tried to fix it but not much luck. Otherwise I still love this place! What I really HATE is how Expedia ripped me off AGAIN by charging me almost $20 more than the hotel charges directly!!! Expedia has ripped me off more times than I can count doing this crap!!! LAST time I use Expedia to book a room!

No frills hotel in the heart of Molalla. It was convenient for our 4th of July festivities with the parade and rodeo. I have stayed here multiple times over the years because the location is perfect.

The staff was great! I had a reservation, but knew I was going to be late. I called ahead to make sure it was paid for. I was told the office would close at 10:00 but I could bring the bell to get my keys. I didn't get there until midnight and he was very friendly. My keys didn't work at the room and so he immediately brought me new ones. I am already planning my next trip to stay there in a couple months and would highly recommend this place

I booked this location because it was close to Canby and we were going to the rodeo and we wanted a little bit of a break from the family. We got to the location and the door was locked and she was on the phone talking and we had to wait for her to get off the phone before she waited on us. She started to check us in and the phone rings again and then she said some foul words about who was on the phone. My husband’s identification card got stuck in her machine and then she lost her mind….started screaming and yelling and crying! Just made us feel really uncomfortable. We stay two nights and we tried to leave the second day with a family emergency and they wouldn’t return the money so we decided to stay. At 10 pm that night the gentleman who I talked with walked through my door without knocking or anything!! We left early the next day!!!

Terrible service. We had a late check in so we called to confirm that was ok. We were told no problem. Just ring the bell. We were not let into our room until 8:30 the next morning. !! Do NOT stay here.

At booking, staff was extremely helpful. Unfortunately, the handicapped accessible room was not fully accessible and my Mom was not able to shower. There isn’t coffee in the rooms and I was offered yesterday’s cold coffee to heat in the microwave. The sheets and bathroom were clean, but the carpet was stained and dirty.

I liked that it was next to a good chinese restaurant. It had a kitchen and dining table in it that i wasn't expecting. I didn't like that it had a slight odor. The light switch in the bathroom you could hear was shorting out. In checking in, their credt card machine had a problem due to slow internet so had to find ATM to pay cash.
