Lots of parking. Clean room. Nice pool. Great front desk employee. $10 pet fee and that's cheap. Quiet peaceful sleep on a comfy bed.

They are remodeling the hotel. The room was quite large, a little out-dated - BUT - was very clean! They are working very hard to remodel, and there was quite a lot of activity in this area. The room itself had all amenities - mini fridge, microwave, TV, easy access to ice machine and coin-operated washers and dryers. I would definitely stay there again.

The pictures on the website did not match the rooms. I ordered 3 rooms. The front desk clerk would not look me in the eye and appeared fidgety. The ice machine was broken and breakfast was not served at 6 like the website says. The door remained locked. Was told it was at 7 am. This was on a Sunday morning at 6:15. All of the rooms were as follows: It was decorated in the 70’s which is cool. Looked as if the paint inside the rooms were good. Newer windows and on the exterior around the windows, the tape hadn’t been removed all the way. The beds were clean and comfortable. Bathtub was dirty and with hair. Has a musky smell. No bedbugs. My room did not have an extra bolt but the other 2 did. One of the rooms had the refrigerator on the floor with the carpet cut out in the shape of the refrigerator and you can see the floor was wet and rotted. The people that was hanging around appeared shady.

Everything was great with the exception of the pool.I know they close the pool for the winter but there was no cover on it and it was halfway filled with green water. I wonder if they even open it for the summer? But we had a great stay and staff was wonderful!

Ckeck in was a little scary as I didn't hink they had my reservation. Everything did workout though. Room was spaciation and very clean. Adminities in the room were a little scace but it work for us. We will go back when we get up that way agian.

The room was actually very clean, except for the carpet which was really nasty, so bad that we had to wash our feet before getting in the bed. The hair dryer didn't work and we couldn't figure out how to to operate the TV. Overall, we we enjoyed our stay.

This hotel is in desperate need of a remodel and new furnishings. Mold in drawers and on carpet also holes in carpet. Air conditioner vents also had mold on them. Owners were very disrespectful of customers. No cover on bathroom vent open electrical wire in bathroom. Were told that we were given a remodeled room. Would expect some kind of refund as this room wasnt worth 5 dollars a night . We spent 250 per night. There description on your site is a lie! Towels were basically rags couldnt even get ice. We also had to vacuum the room before we stayed. Pretty pathetic. Also cleaned the ac vents. Also used 2 cans of disinfectant spray to be able stand the smell in the room

The property was dirty. My room was not serviced the entire 5 nights i stayed. They even asked for a deposit of $50 dollars for my stay after paying almost $800 dollars. I guess you live and learn.

We stayed for four nights. Towel, wash clothes only changed out once. We went to the local Walmart and bought additional towels. The toilet would not flush. The chain from the flush handle to the to the rubber flapper was not attached as the chain hook had rusted out. The tv remote did not work. Pulled the cover off the remote to find corroded batteries. The room overall was very dirty looking with the carpet and general condition very "tired".

Easily the worse hotel I’ve ever been in. Carpets had never been cleaned. Walls had bugs on them. Bathroom floor and shower was filled with hair. It was unwelcoming. There was an inch gap between the floor and the entrance door. Anything could come through. We do not recommend.

It was conveniently located. Room was very dated, dark, carpet was very dirty. No one came in to empty trash, make bed, clean towels for three days. No fan in bathroom, mold and mildew on walls. Holes in curtains. But quick to take a damage deposit.

There were burn holes in the sheets thay was clean but burn holes and we were in non smoking. There was only 1 chanel on the tv and it wasn't in english. Way over priced for quality. Good thing no bugs. And knowone bothered us.

The staff was absolutely amazing! They called before check out to ask if we would like to book another night. No other hotel we have ever stayed at has EVER been so courteous, especially during a time when so many people are looking for a place to stay due to the recent Northeast Tennessee Flooding. We greatly appreciate their hospitality. The room was surprisingly big, and had a wonderful layout. Some modern/cosmetic upgrades, and it could be such a beautiful place. Our only concern was the cleanliness of the room. You could clearly see that it had not been cleaned very well, and it would have been nice if they had of used bleach on the linens & towels so they would smell better. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay, and the bed was more comfortable than most other hotels we have stayed at. We would definitely consider staying there again in the future. We thank the Travelers Inn for their kindness.

Stayed here while visiting friends. Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk associates were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again. Just remember, it ain't The Ritz.

We booked a room months ago. The morning of our reservation someone called and said the jacuzzi was messed up and did we want a regular king room. We said of course. That night, before we went to check in, someone called to tell us they didn’t have a room for us anymore.

We stayed here because we had no electricity or water at our home in Roan Mountain. But I will say that this has not been our first stay at Travelers Inn. We stay here a lot and we love it! Front desk people and housekeeping are so wonderful extremely Pleasant and helpful. The rooms are clean but they are dated but you can't beat the price!

The lady was very nice when I checked in. The facility is kind of run down. The room I was given smelled really bad. I don’t know what kind of smell it was. My husband and I went to Walmart and go 2 bottles of Febreze and used 1 1/2 getting it to smell better. I am just not sure what I think of this place. I know I don’t want to stay again. “Continental breakfast” was Little Debbies and coffee.
