The room was fine. Clean and comfortable bed and AC. Bathroom needs updating. 1. Walk in shower instead of a tub. 2. Shower head had only one setting that worked and it was a small and hard pressure stream. 3. Office chair needs replacing. Couldn't even lean back without falling back. 4. Ice maching not working on first floor. Had to go up to 3rd floor to get ice.

Staff were amazing! They were all very helpful and took care of all our needs. The pool and area was clean. The only thing I would ask for is the AC to be colder in the gym. We will stay there again.

Picture and property do not match. Hot tub did not work. Pool area smells of animal waste. Cheap "cleaning" products used in lobby. Elevator needs repair, no required postings in place. Very slow check in process.

I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Jourdanton/Pleasanton. Pool is completely drained, no first floor working ice maker, lawn mower on the stairwells, no working elevators. DIRTY bedroom and bathrooms. Had to ask for room switch since first room was covered in hairs and bedding has stains. SKIP this hotel and book anywhere BUT this hotel.

All staff were polite, the rooms were clean and most of the time there was hot coffee. The only downside was 2 trucks that took up 12 parking spaces. There isn't enough parking for that.

The property is in a state of renovation has materials and equipment all over the place. This made parking very limited. As a disabled veteran handicap parking was even more limited as they were using handicap parking for material storage. Rooms were clean but housekeeping needs to focus on the showers a little more. Faucet in our room was too short needed a longer spout could barely get my hands under it to wash my hands.

The people always make or break my assessment & the staff at this hotel were all hard working fine people clearly proud of their place and its presentation. Everything worked as it should and was quiet, squared away & clean. The property serves the oil patch & travelers alike and again, it is clean to a fault, quiet & from my experience, very well maintained. Very nice large grass pet area in the rear & is surly worth mentioning and the pet policy and cost was the best I have encountered.. If you want the breakfast you better be an early bird. At 9AM it is over and cleaned up quickly. No factor for me. The property photos I saw showed a Jacuzzi pool - nope - removed. A little disappointed - again, no factor. There is a nice sparkling clean pool. Here’s the one & only rub - the little child-height commode(!!) Top of the seat is no more than a couple inches higher than mid-calf(!!) Yikes! Thought I was going to fall in & call for help getting back up!! Thankful for the door handles - just sayin’. Half joking because everything else was fine. Great folks and a nice stay.

Man, this was a rough one. Employees were great; rooms were not in great shop. One of the headboards had massive cracks. Beds were not soft. Air conditioner didn’t get cool enough for our crew. Bathroom floorboards looked like someone had closed their dog in and it had tried to chew out, and the standup lamp was wobbly. The halls had a musty smell and were sort of humid. However, there were signs noting that renovations were under way, so maybe some of this is being addressed.

There was no room in the inn. I arrived there and it was raining. Went to park the car and there was absolutely NO PARKING. The lot was filled with white work trucks, several taking up multiple spaces. I had to park in a corner as far away from the entrance as possible. There were several other cars parked similarly, wherever they could find room. I had to run to the entrance in the pouring rain and got completely soaked. Luckily I was traveling with a friend so I was able to leave her with the kids to wait in the entrance. It took a hot minute for an employee to show up to check us in. I commented on there being no parking and emphasized ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING. He just laughed and said "Yeah. We know. We're renovating." (I would not have booked the stay if this had been advertised.) But he did not say it in a sympathetic way, as if it was funny. The room was hot & stuffy. We turned the AC on and when it finally kicked on, it buzzed and wooshed, all night long. If we turned it off, the room quickly got hot and stuffy. In the morning, the shower water was just above lukewarm. The hotel looked really clean. Breakfast was standard, but satisfying. The bed was okay. Nothing to write home about. All in all, I was highly disappointed and wish I had chosen another hotel.

The staff at this property was very attentive to our needs. In town for a wedding and the staff was so kind and understanding. They went above and beyond! They assisted the driver of the Charter Bus we hired. GREAT STAFF! Thank you all so much!

Stay was good. Peaceful and quiet location. I arrived later than planned due to a flight delay and when I did arrive, there was no one at the front desk. I had to call twice before someone answered and the associate’s excuse was she was in the back doing laundry and could not “see me” on the camera. While she was very nice and helpful, I think someone should be available at the front desk at all times. She may have been the only person working, but still. If I would not have called twice, I most likely would’ve stood there for a while.

One night stay-Excellent front desk check in! She was cordial, knowledgeable and efficient! Hotel was clean and room was also clean and had everything we needed. Front desk gave us some info on dining for the evening meal and she was spot on!! Morning breakfast was clean and well prepared! Check out was just as good! Excellent in every way! We will stay here every time we get into town..because of the great customer service we had!

I travel a great deal for work and this is the first property I have ever come across that has no water available. No water in the fitness center, no water fountain; there wasn’t even water as an option at breakfast. The average high temp during my stay was 104 degrees…be better LaQuinta!!! Your customers deserve better for what you charge.
