Place was clean and tidy I would have given it 5 stars if they didn't charge you for parking without advising you before you book and also charge you for a hot drink from the coffee machine in the reception instead of a kettle and a few teabags in the room Certainly budget

For the price it’s alright, for cheap one night stay before flying out of Heathrow it sufficed, for 3 of us it was a little cramped and take note the shower is in the room so if your not familiar with the people your staying with then look elsewhere or book separate. Bad points were it was warm, air con didn’t work, window opens a bit but being right on main road it was very noisy.

Good location for use of the underground which allows an easy journey into central London. Unfortunately we didn’t realise how close to Heathrow it was (may be a pro!) until 6am when there was a flight taking off every few minutes.

The room was ok but the wifi is really slow, no hairdryer, no kettle unable to eat in you room and the communal area is too small for all of the guests
