Coke machine out of order Ice machine had brown sludge in ice Smoke alarm went off twice second time at 5am and waited an hour to have them take out battery woke everyone up needs a refresh on paint and carpet towels like sand paper and water pressure poor staff nice, TV worked no prompt service and property needs help with upgrades

We were in town for a cook off, the 3 queen bed room was a great affordable option that kept everyone together. Room was a great size (2 rooms) the dresser in the bedroom was off centered or something because the drawers would not shut and people kept running into them. Finally had to put luggage in front of them for safety. Room was clean but attention need to be put on the bathroom, the ENTIRE surrounding the caulk is coming off it was horrible. Breakfast was not all out when we had to leave at 7:15 so we didn’t get to eat anything but a hand full of dry cereal and an orange. Also NO elevator…. So 6 of us had to lugg up all of our belongings to the room in 3 trips. We were looking forward to the hot tub that was listed, but when asked there are only hot tubs in certain rooms for an upcharge and not by the pool. Ehhhh it was a decent hotel for the price.

Owner and staff were very helpful. I have bad hips and knees, when we realized there was no elevator to the second floor they moved us to a first floor room, and we checked in late on a busy weekend.

Had a bad stinky carpet smell in the room. Sprayed my cologne to mask it. Pool light never turned on during the evening either. Staff were nice and accommodating.

The man at the front desk was friendly and efficient. The room smelled of mold, mildew and cigarette smoke. We had a “non smoking” room. The room felt very humid and the carpet and bathroom floor was moist and damp. The chair had a stain on it so we laid a towel on it so we could sit on the chair. We did not enjoy our stay and we will not stay at this hotel in the future.

Strong smell. Disinfectant or something tryi g to mask odor.. stain on sheet. Pillows not very comfortable. Opened soap in the bathroom. Young lady at the front desk tried to help …She was getting alot of flack from unhappy ladies ahead of me who said they couldnt stay there because of the smell…etc. Felt sorry for her. It was night and didnt feel safe in parking lot where some men were listening to music and drinking outside. Not worth the cost. Scarecrow Festival next day.

We woke up to roaches. The water for our showers/bathes was cold. The motel was just nasty. I don’t have to have perfect but everything just kept adding up to not a very good place. Will not stay there again!!

Very friendly staff that checked us in, the building and rooms have not aged well. The smell of smoke while walking from lobby to our room, the ac was not running and it took time while we're out at a movie to cool the room down. The bathroom was need of some repairs and refinish and definitely need some more hangers in the room. I enjoyed the in room fridge and microwave. I could not figure out why they used such small pillows on the beds and only 3 per bed.

The staff and front desk were very nice; however, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, and I didn't get any sleep all night. I asked for the manager to call me, and stated that I didn't want a refund but I wanted him to know that the mattress in that room needed to be changed. He never called.

Loved the three queen bed suite. It was comfy and clean. We were close to the stairs case tho and some people made a lot of noise banging on the rail and going up and down, which was irritating at 4-5 a.m! Asp, we got back in later in the evening and the entrance of the receptionist area smelled like weed, which was a bit different… otherwise it was close to Blue Bell Ice Creamery, as well as good dinner options in the nearby location. Would definitely stay there again!

We were on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator. I have a heart defect and had to climb the stairs. The beds were hard and the pillows were like rocks. Needless to say we won’t be staying there again.

The hotel called and cancelled my reservation 1 hour before their appointed check-in time even though I completed the check-in process 24 hours in advance and the room was paid in full. They did not help us get another reservation while we were traveling to the destination. Since we were coming for a large event in the area, it was hard to find another reasonably priced place to stay. Completely unacceptable.

We had such a great experience at this Super 8 in Brenham. It's right next to a wonderful restaurant so that was very convenient for us. Our room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the housekeepers were so helpful with anything we requested. The front desk staff were very friendly and greeted us every time we were in the lobby. The kids loved the pool area. We travel to Brenham quite often, and will definitely be staying here again on our next visit. Breakfast was a lot more than what we expected from a Super 8 breakfast. I believe they just added fresh scrambled eggs to their menu which we enjoyed. This is probably one of the best Super 8 hotels we have stayed in. Thank you for the wonderful experience and hospitality!

Hotel check-in clerk/mgr was very friendly. Room was clean as well as the breakfast/dinning area. My teens loved the "Texas" waffles and breakfast items. For a budget hotel with just a short overnight stay thie Super 8 fit the bill! Thank you:-)

The bathroom was dirty, floors and baseboards needed scrubbing, the shower curtain needed to be washed and the tub needed to be scrubbed. The main room should have more than one chair (the one that was in there was uncomfortable). There was only one pack of coffee, there were three of us in the room. (Family room?). Breakfast was extremely minimal. Very disappointed.

The plexi glass at the front desk made me wonder if we were in a bad area. There was no elevator, hated hauling heavy luggage to 2nd floor. Hall was felt dirty it was mostly the stained carpet and poorly painted walls. The Room was clean and had a fresh smell. Poor workmanship in the room showed. It needs to be update and refreshed. But over all the room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

It was dirty, stinky, the AC unit was completely off and it never cooled the room enough to be comfortable with clothes on. We had to take cold showers to cool off. Breakfast was all cold, even the "hot food". This place hads really run down hill in the last few years.
