Super nice🙌 Big enough to have people here giving great service and small enough to make it very personal and friendly. All rooms very different but nicely decorated. The penthouse is super Big with barhtub outside - stunning for a good time with family and friends

Good location with easy 20 minute walk to the historic sites. Wonderful, helpful staff that accommodated our parking needs so that we didn’t have to mess with parking near the downtown area. Nice apartments with plenty of room. Excellent breakfast! Very happy with our experience.

Lovely boutique hotel. Large comfy rooms all individually decorated. The huge bed was sooo comfortable. The pool looks larger in the photos but still nice, with loungers and large umbrellas.There is no shallow end so not really suitable for children. Although the website says breakfast is extra, it is included for everyone, with lots of choice. A real bonus!!

We loved the rooftop suite deck. There was no living room or kitchen but the morning breakfast was phenomenal and the place was very clean and safe. The staff was outstanding!!! Proximity to bars, restaurants and grocery was great.

Ikke vert prisen, rommet var slitent to av stikkontaktene på badet fungerte ikke jacusien på badet lakk så det luktet mugg, men de ansatte sa bare de ikke luktet noe, lakk også inn på soverommet så deler av teppet var alltid vått. De reklamerer på nettsiden for timg de ikke har, som restaurant og treningsrom. Ikke mye luksus igjen på dette hotellet.

Ivan from reception was great, I needed help with a barbershop booking and he was kind to assist to translate, Apartment is about 18mins walk from town, is not bad, but the pool is very small and you only get sun until around lunch time, is not very luxury how they call it, nice and spacious room, there’s supermarkets nearby and easy to order Uber if you don’t want to walk

We enjoyed our stay, breakfast was a bonus and lots of options. Pool was nice and clean and staff were very helpful. About 15 minute walk to old town and close to the beach as well.

Das Wort Luxery kommt nur im Namen vor. Die Unterkunft ist heruntergekommen, alt und Sanierungsbedürftig. Fleckige Teppich, defekte Duschbrause, Schimmel an den Fliesen und Ameisen auf dem Frühstück Buffet. Die Bilder entsprechen keineswegs den was es ist. ES IST KEIN LUXUS APPARTEMENT!!!

Oppholdet på Boban var helt OK, men kunne vært bedre. Det var god størrelse på rommet og på TV'en, men det var ikke så rent som det burde ha vært. Sofaen var flekkete, det krelte av små maur, det lå døde maur på gulvet og på vasken flere dager på rad før de endelig fikk vasket det. Badet er også veldig lytt så du kunne høre andre stemmer tydelig og når de lagde mat på morgenen. Det luktet til og med mat på badet pga kjøkkenet. Den ene natten sluttet airconditionen å virke og da rant det masse vann ned på gulvet. Slik hadde vi det i 2 dager før de fikk en elektriker til å fikse det sent på kvelden. Da hadde vi hatt 2 netter med vann dryppende ned i bøtter og vi kunne ikke ha airconditionen på kaldere enn 26 grader! Da var 2 netter med søvn ødelagt. Sengen var heller ikke noe å skryte av. Den var nedsunken og den datt ned i det ene hjørnet. I teppet som lå på gulvet var det glasskår i og det føltes heller ikke rent ut. Frokosten var slik som forventet. En enkel continental frokost med litt brød og pålegg. Vi følte ikke at oppholdet hos Boban var tilfredstillende i forhold til hva som var forventet og til den prisen.

A nice hotel in the Ferule area of Split. Located amongst residential properties in a quiet area. The reception staff were excellent and helpful. Rooms were clean and well sized for our stay.

Cleaniness was terrible. We booked a garden view suit and it turns out to be carpark view with no privacy. Many things didn't work including a main light in sitting area, a bedside light, broken curtain, wobbly toilet seat. We were told the main light couldn't be fixed. They fixed the bedside light from the list above. We also didn’t have a phone in room, so each day we go to receiption to ask and collect for extra toiletries, which the cleaner failed to replace in 5 of 7 nights we stayed. Receiption staffs were very helpful and friendly in trying to fix most requests but general conditions of the room do not look like that posted on hotels.com that was very disappointing. The pictures posted on hotels.com were perhaps from 1973 when the hotel was established as it proudly displays the year at receiption.

Overall the stay was pleasant. The pool area was great and the location was good - close to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars and 20/30 mins to the old town. In our room the aircon wasn’t great so it got quite hot through the night also the room smelled a bit of cigarettes.

Boban Luxury is not central but there are lots of restaurants and supermarkets around. The rooms are not "exactly" noise-proof. We had very noisy neighbours staying next to us. Fortunately, the staff were great about it about and changed our room without any problem.

Great little hotel in Split. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable: a little dated and the bathroom had a faint drainage smell, but that didn't bother us. About 25 mins walk into the old town and 10-20 minutes walk from some lovely beaches; great location as rideshares into town were only around 5 euros. Staff were friendly and very helpful! We liked the Nutella pancakes at breakfast especially. Konoba restaurant a couple of doors down is wonderful too, would recommend. Would absolutely stay here again in Split.

The staff was very kind enough to send email me to make sure my arrival time and waited till my check in even he worked 1 hour extra. Still very friendly with smile. And gave great local information. The other crew helped me for renting bicycle. The breakfast was great especially coffee and egg omelet. Room was spacious and classic, I liked electric blinds.

Our stay started off well enough, in a 2 bedroom suite and dining area. The toilet had a sewer smell which we reported, we bought toilet cleaner to manage the smell for our trip, not a big issue. However, on our last night we came back to darkness, there was no electricity in the room. We had noticed water dripping from the A/C unit even though we haven’t used it. Contacted the reception who offered us a 1 bedroom, which we didn’t want after paying for a 2. While these conversations were taking place after 11pm we heard the dripping and then realised the water was running down the walls from upstairs gushing into the electric box. I had to ask for water and we didn’t receive a sorry, a second bed was set up for us which was great, but overall the customer service was awful, considering the amount of issues we had to deal with in one night, using the lights on phones to gather our stuff in darkness to move rooms. I reported this to Expedia who initiated a request for a partial refund which was ignored by the property. Location is good just watch out for the constant dripping from the AC units landing around the building.

Boban Luxury is not central but there are lots of restaurants and supermarkets around. The rooms are not "exactly" noise-proof. We had very noisy neighbours staying next to us. Fortunately, the staff were great about it about and changed our room without any problem.

Great little hotel in Split. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable: a little dated and the bathroom had a faint drainage smell, but that didn't bother us. A nice hotel in the Ferule area of Split. Located amongst residential properties in a quiet area. The reception staff were excellent and helpful. Rooms were clean and well sized for our stay.

Good location with easy 20 minute walk to the historic sites. Wonderful, helpful staff that accommodated our parking needs so that we didn’t have to mess with parking near the downtown area. Nice apartments with plenty of room. Excellent breakfast! Very happy with our experience.

Our stay here was wonderful. We were very pleased with the accommodations, location, and staff. The staff was so friendly and made great suggestions for local cuisine and ambience a short stroll away. Loved our private patio, tasty breakfast, and refreshing pool.

We loved the rooftop suite deck. There was no living room or kitchen but the morning breakfast was phenomenal and the place was very clean and safe. The staff was outstanding!!! Proximity to bars, restaurants and grocery was great.

Wir waren für 3 Nächte dort. Es war alles in Ordnung. Super nettes Personal. Sehr zuvorkommend. Innenstadt war fußläufig in 20-25 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Stadtstrand ist in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.

The staff was very kind enough to send email me to make sure my arrival time and waited till my check in even he worked 1 hour extra. Still very friendly with smile. And gave great local information. The other crew helped me for renting bicycle. The breakfast was great especially coffee and egg omelet. Room was spacious and classic, I liked electric blinds.

Rooms are tired and shabby. The shower is so small the entire bathroom floor gets wet. Toerls were well worn. Not all sockets in the room allowed devices to be charged. The room was noisy first thing in the morning. Overall, the hotel does not live up to its name and the photos are deceiving. That said, it served its purpose and whilst breakfast was limited there was something to eat before exploring Split

Lovely boutique hotel. Large comfy rooms all individually decorated. The huge bed was sooo comfortable. The pool looks larger in the photos but still nice, with loungers and large umbrellas.There is no shallow end so not really suitable for children. Although the website says breakfast is extra, it is included for everyone, with lots of choice. A real bonus!!

This was probably luxury once but is now looking a little tired. I stayed in the penthouse with the kids. Large rooms, very comfy beds and clean. Loved the bath on the terrace. However, breakfast was average ( but kids loved the pancakes). Plus the bathroom smelt permanently damp. Had to keep the bathroom door shut. No cushions on the outdoor furniture unlike the pics and the pool was foggy for the three days we were there. All in all we had a good stay, but the pool in particular let it down. I think it’s a known problem with the filter or similar.
