Needed somewhere with a bed in city center to sleep after attending Lionesses match. Perfect location great price bed was clean, bug free and comftable great nights sleep. Shower room next to my room had mould on the sealant, walls near bed dirty but the B&B did what I needed it for.

I booked this place due it's incredible price and it's location so close to the train station, I then made the mistake of reading some historic reviews and was a little bit anxious. I was only staying for one night, so was a bit like "well it can't be that bad, surely". For the £28 I paid for my single room with shared toilet, cheaper than a hostel, it was absolutely brilliant! I'd stay here again in a heartbeat if I ever find myself back in Leicester. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, the room was spotless with a sink and a mirror and a big tv. Plenty of plug sockets. The bathroom was also absolutely fine. The bed was super comfy, with soft thick bedding and the room was the perfect temperature to get a good night's sleep. There was obviously some noise from other guests, but the night I was staying was fully booked and it didn't interfere with my sleep at all.

Great value for money if u just want the basics or some where to put ur head down but not for long term could do with a few in provements like a table or a lamp in the single room so u can put things on the table rather on a chair and a kettle in case u want to make coffee or tea in the morning and parking issues but nice comfortable sleep with no distractions
