Had a lovely week staying at this hotel. It was tranquil and had a nice little courtyard to sit out in with a cocktail in the evening when we wer not out and about elsewhere. Breakfast was good. Room was spacious quiet and clean. Staff were all very nice. Located a short walk from both Kazimierz and The Old Town.

Very nice, quiet rooms are kept meticulously clean. Pleasant, helpful staff. Great restaurant with calm, relaxed vibe, great cocktails and cool music in the background. My wife enjoyed the gym, which she said was really well equipped.

We stayed for a full week in mid-March. Great property. Very friendly and helpful staff. Spotless room. Heated bathroom floors. Our room had a nice bathtub/shower combo. We used their laundry service a couple of times. We had large, opening windows that overlooked their courtyard. Pros worth special mention: Spotless Wonderful housekeeping Very helpful staff Perfect location within walking distance of major attractions Cons worth mentioning: My wife and I both thought the bed was too firm. This is just a personal preference. Others may appreciate the firmness. Both pillows were too soft, in our opinion. Again, just personal preference. Bonus: There is a grocery store directly across the street. Most of the signage is in Polish but most people we talked to spoke English. The camera mode on Google Translate will be your friend.

The hotel room was big and comfortable, but there was a very worn carpet that smelled noticeably of cigarettes. Except for the carpet, the room was clean and cozy, as was the hotel. The staff was polite and professional.

Very beautiful hotel and room. The one thing to note is no temperature control, mainly a/c. While it was mostly comfortable, it was a cooler time of the year. Not sure how it would be in the summer The area around has many places to eat and shop. The restaurant and bar that’s attached was excellent I would recommend, as long as there’s a way to control the temperature in the room

The room was amazing. We had a junior suite. The breakfast was so good. Everything fresh and the best breads. The only thing missing were washclothes. We asked the staff but they said the hotel didnt have them. Other than that everything top knotch.

Great location, short walk to the old town and the Jewish quarter, room was modern, spacious and clean and all staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again if I return to krakow. Only downfall was there is only 1 English Channel on the tv which was the news.

The hotel was very clean and staff very helpful. The location was walkable to the Jewish quarter and into the main square. The only criticism was the beds. The beds were way too hard and the pillows were too soft, it wasn’t a great nights sleep.

Rummet luktade unket. Det var väldigt lyhört. Sängen passade inte mig alls. Dessutom fungerade inte elen i mitt rum till en början. Det löste dock personalen med att sätta på elen konstant. Inget fel på servicen, men pga rummet och den dåliga sömnen så blev vistelsen inte mer än ok för mig. Personalen var också hjälpsamma med bokningar och tidig frukost.

Vi ankom hotellet og ble møtt med oppgradering av rom, personlig melding og prosecco. Kjempestort rom, litt harde senger og temperaturen kunne ikke reguleres på annet vis enn å åpne vinduene. Til gjengjeld lå hotellet i en veldig rolig gate og vi hadde rom inn mot en stille bakgård. Frokosten var liten, men tilstrekkelig. Ellers var rommene veldig rene og fine, litt harde senger. Det var veldig praktisk at vi kunne gå til både restauranter og gamlebyen innen rimelig tid. Booker nok samme hotell neste gang.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They arranged transfers and trips. Organised lunch boxes to replace breakfast when on trips. The restaurant next door was convenient. It is within 15 mins walk of most tourist areas. The rooms were clean, tidy and serviced everyday. Little bit of noise ftom other guests, but what hotel doesnt. Overall very pleased we chose this hotel.

Very nice stay, good breakfast, nice spacious room, good cleaning. A special thanks to the receptionist Adriana, who helped us arranging a tour to Ausschwitz. Our prebooked tickets were cancelled late in the evening the day before (avoid hellotickets), but thanks to Adrianas help, we managed to get there. Much appriciated.

Once again, outstanding service at the Metropolitan Boutique Hotel Krakow. We arrived early and checked in straight away. Front desk and concierge are amazing as always. Forgot the UK adapters, but that wasn't an issue. The front desk leant us two! It's the 3rd time we have stayed here. Also had a bottle of Prosecco as a gift from the hotel. Would recommend this hotel for anyone looking to travel for families couples and anyone, really. Great price, and value for money, too.

This is an exceptional hotel because of its location, the standard in general but most relevant, the staff who were first class. We went to Krakow with two friends and i had booked 2 x junior suites. On check in we had an issue in that the hotel only had record of one junior suite and one classic room. I informed them of the error and they could not have been more accommodating. They actually upgraded one of the rooms to the best room in the hotel which came complete with 2 x bathrooms, a dining room area, a living room area and a huge bedroom it was special. On top of that as an apology they provided a hand written apology along with a free bottle of processo that arrived 10 minutes after getting in the room. Excellent customer service. The hotel itself it's clean with good communal areas, the bar and restaurant are really nice, breakfast was really good and happy hour each day is a good start before heading out for the evening. The hotel is located about a10-15 minute walk to the old town but is right on the edge of the Jewish quarter which we actually preferred because we felt the bars and restaurants were better in the Jewish quarter. Really can't fault the hotel at all and as said at the start the staff were the difference, always smiling, always greeted you and you really felt welcome.

Stayed 01 to 04 July 2024. Modern hotel very close to Krakow Grzegorzki train station. Excellent location for site seeing, Jewish Quarter and Old Town both within walking distance. Spacious rooms, comfortable bed, a good selection for breakfast and very helpful and excellent staff. We had a 7.00am pickup for our trip to Auschwitz-Birkenau. As we would miss breakfast, the hotel provided us with packed lunch (free) for the trip, just let them know the day before. Would definitely return and highly recommend.

Slow check in but was given lots of information about Krakow a d hotel itself. Pleasant and polite sraff, although nk hand towels provided day 2 and when we asked they sent bath towels instead. We had a 5am start one morning and were provided with an amazing packrd lunch, one which was gluten free. Comfy and clean room with good shower. Hotel will arrange private transfer as well.

When I return to Krakow I will be staying here without a doubt. Rooms were spotless, restaurant amazing, staff were really helpful. Breakfast starts at 7am. We were leaving at 7am for the airport on our last day. We spoke with Reception staff and they arranged for us to go to breakfast 645am so that we could grab a quick bite before our taxi arrived. About a 20 min walk to Main Square so good location. Ive been to Krakow 3 times now. This is the hotel I will be returning to!

Metropolitan Boutique Hotel ideal position between main square and Jewish quarter. 10mins walk to main square, 5 mins to Jewish quarter. The staff at the hotel are polite, extremely helpful. Breakfast is varied and plentiful. Served until 10:30 with hot food, bacon,eggs, omelette, sausage. cold salads, meats, cheeses. fresh fruit, cake,cereals,and more. The restaurant is relaxing and peaceful. Travelling as family of 2 we stayed in a classic room number 124 on the 10th June-14th June 2024. Previously our stay was in a superior room. Both types of rooms are lovely. Preference would be the superior room, but they were not available at the time of us booking. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and hope to return. Well located property for all elements of the city, everything is pretty much walkable. Restaurant and bar are very good and not expensive. Rooms all a good size, one of our party did have an issue with a drains smell but this was dealt with and sorted.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff. 5 minute walk to Grzegorzki Kraków station to get to and from airport (pay on train with card or cash). Centrally located for easy access (walking distance) to Old Town and other areas of interest. Would definitely recommend and would use again. Can't comment on breakfast as in morning only wanted small snack; this was available from supermarket across from hotel entrance which was well stocked for all needs. All in, an excellent place to stay.

This hotel is conveniently located. Nearer the Jewish quarter than the old town. The main town centre square is about a 10 minute walk away and is pretty much a straight road. Breakfast was really good with a large selection of continental choices, bacon sausages and eggs. Room was very clean and bed was comfy. Would definitely stay here again. This hotel is also just minutes away from Krakow Grzegorzki train station which is 7 stops from the airport.

The standard of service at the Metropolitan Boutique Hotel was second to none. Well placed for both the Jewish Quarter and Old Town we had a super stay and thoroughly enjoyed Krakow. Train from the airport to Grzegorzki Station costs PL20 (payable on platform or on train) and steps from the platform lead more or less to the front door of the hotel (we didn’t experience any noise from the tailor tram line during our stay). The same station takes you directly to the Salt Mines and Oswiecim for Aushchwitz The ease of chess allowed us to book tickets directly with both and save €’s Fab Fusion Restaurant provided a superb breakfast and also happy hour 4-6pm every day and has a super quality menu. Rooms were big, clean and warm. Housekeeping superb and thorough and the hotel provide super complimentary toiletries including conditioner and body lotion (bonus when travelling with hand luggage!) Would definitely stay here again

Firstly the location of the hotel was great, could walk to the old town square in 10 minutes. Our room was lovey and spacious, very clean and an amazing shower/bathroom. We overlooked the small outside courtyard, so was quiet apart from the odd noise from guests. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We had breakfast every day, which was absolutely fine (bacon, egg etc plus good selection of continental breakfast dishes). We also had dinner there twice during our stay, again lovely, plus 19% discount for guests. Overall a great stay and would definitely recommend.

I Love this hotel. But this time ,unfortunately, i was disappointed with restaurant. I ordered same duck filet for wife, and beef filet steak for me. Year ago it was exelent choice. This time steak was like boiled - white-(( it never seems grill or pann-)) Duck was almost same , but half of portion we had before and instead of owen backed beets , nice small whole beets-) we get cuted regular beets-( I have asked waitress, did You change chief, her answer - we have four-)) That means i came the wrong day-))
