Loved the pool and the location views. The air conditioning unit was in the hall and only had a fan for the bedroom. So as it was very hot made it difficult to sleep comfortably. I think we were unlucky with our room as others we spoke to had better placed A/C But everything else was good

Our room was very clean and well appointed and had a great view of San Gimignano, which was within easy walking distance.

We had a lovely stay at the farmhouse. Our apt was very spacious with 2 bedrooms and a large living room. The best part was the views from each room particularly the town of San Gimignano from the LR. Our last night we witnessed a beautiful sunset over the pool and the hills which capped off our stay. The walk to the center of town took us about 20 minutes and part of it is uphill.

Great place. The only thing I would change is the terrible mattress and pillows, but this seems to be everywhere in Italy.
