Anh Thu and Nhi are very great staff. Nhi was very friendly. Anh Thu was very helpful and made our stay so pleasant. We very much appreciated her help to make our stay convenient and enjoyable. We would come back to this hotel on Da Nang simply bc of Anh Thu’s superior service.

Room was ok but someone went through our luggage while we were out, zippers were moved in different locations, items in luggage were moved. But we don't leave anything of value in our luggage

I would not stay at this hotel for my next Da Nang trip. The 5 days the room that I stayed has no hot water available. I told the front desk a few times and the issue was never been solved

Clean and quiet room, Nice gym, excellent breakfast buffet, convenient o walk or ride to Da Nang or the beach. Very close to the Dragon Bridge and Night Market. Can't wait to visit again!!

A little older which I usually like. But too many tour groups and guides.in definite need of better menu, more sugar free options, and maybe add a market to the gift shop so we can grab snacks and drinks instead of grab. This could be a nice money generator especially with the size and level of people in the hotel
