Nice breakfirst. Noce staffs. The cleaning staff is good (As you stay longer, it get more clean). Spa is also nice. If the cost is same, I recomend this hotel (maybe best at Hanoi.)

The room is really good. I've stayed 1705,1706,1707. All was good, but I'm afraid that someone who've used 1707 have dart the livingroom's floor and it's still left. And we also need detargent and sponge. Also, freestanding laundry hanger is useful when we stay longer. Otherwise, I think this hotel is really good in many aspects. All sataffs are really good, too. Also, please think about add bun to restrant ^^.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I appreciated their hospitality. The building was a bit old and looked a bit worn. However, the location was excellent. The staff were very friendly and made me feel very welcome.
