Worn out Checkin was a large line of people because rooms were not finished cleaning. One elevator not functioning one was hanging on by a thread. Clunking and jerking up and down. Long waits for elevator. Room on 5th floor.

This was a nice, quiet hotel and nothing is very far in Drumheller , so the location is good. There was a workout room with 4 cardio options and weights to use. Breakfast was a tad bit early - ended at 930 but 10 would be less rushy. They also give you a little rag to clean mud off your shoes from the hikes in the area - good idea.

Fix this elevator, in sign say it safe but feels and sounds to the contrary. Continental breakfast is ordinary, but clean and the staff were excellent.

We stayed in a room next to the elevators. One elevator was shut down and the other one had a loud bang and shutter at each floor it stopped at. Because we were next to it no one slept that night. I mentioned it to the front desk staff and they weren’t interested in providing a refund.

My kids really enjoyed the pool. Most hotel pools start at 4ft and are too deep for my 4yo. This one was about 3ft? The only complaint I have is that there were no utencils, glasses or dishes in the kitchenette.

There were some issues when we arrived. They wouldn’t let us check in a few minutes before 4pm. And when we got into our room it smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. Calling down to the front desk was also a challenge as they put me on hold and didn’t come back to the call. Luckily, when I went down to the desk and told them about the smelly room, they quickly rectified the situation by checking us into an alternate room. Staff agreed the original room had a very strong smell of smoke - even though the whole property is supposed to be smoke free. We appreciated the efforts to fix the issue promptly. Hotel cleaning staff was friendly as well.

Room wasn’t proper cleaned. Found pills on the floor with 3 kids in the room. One whom is a baby and crawling and puts everything into her mouth. Could of been very bad if I hadn’t of checked every inch of the room.

Our stay was fine, the staff were very friendly and helpful. My only concern and the reason I dropped my rating on cleanliness is because the arm chair in our room really needs a cleaning. The arms were very dirty. Overall we had a good stay. We arrived a little early and staff were very accommodating and got us in to our rooms as soon as possible and welcomed us to use the lounge area to visit and relax before our rooms were ready. Well done.

This property for what we paid for it was absolutely disgusting. The door didnt latch properly or deadbolt. The toliet seat was fully cracked. Sheets weren't fully on bed and the stained mattress was gross. Everything was trashed or broken. Stain on chair was a mystery. Photos do not match the " Quality " of the Quality Inn. Would like expedia to contact me for a full refund because it was awful stay .

The hotel is on a hill and the view is beautiful. There's plenty of parking as well. The staff at the check-in was very pleasant, efficient and informative. The room is spacious with an average bed. A very comfortable stay.

We had a top floor room with walk-in shower; great view over the town and hoodoos; friendly service; Wi-Fi; breakfast fairly basic but satisfying; convenient location for everything Drumheller has to offer. Very reasonably priced. Minor downsides were a rather noisy air conditioner and the unpredictable ability of the cards to open the door but the front desk always sorted this out quickly. Overall a very strong positive recommendation..

The standard room with Two queen beds was unexpectedly large with two large comfortable chairs in an extended sitting area. Very comfortable beds, huge dresser with plenty of storage. Room decor and layout made the room feel like home. Great buffet breakfast, which included scrambled eggs, sausages, and make-your-own waffles. Pet friendly with reasonable pet fees. Great stay for the price.

Breakfast was not worth it, ended up throwing it out and get fast food. Check in was an issue, even though we already paid they made us pay again, when we checked out they gave us a refund for the double pay.

Property location was great. Clean and well situated room. Staff were excellent Breakfast in the mornings had at least 3 ladies - filling, checking and cleaning. Made everything go do smooth for the large amounts of people. Front desk were excellent- remote wasn't working and they solved it right away.

We came for a concert at the amphitheater. I found the hotel prices were very high for this time of year and it wasn’t worth the $ When we came to check in at 345 there was a huge line up to check in and rooms were almost but not quite ready. I was a bit disappointed in the whole experience

Showed up at 3:30 and they wouldn’t let us check in because check in isn’t till 4:00. The guy at the desk was very rude about it all and not helpful at all. When we returned later after 4 the lady was very friendly and helpful.

The air con was so noisy, it was impossible to turn off and it disturbed my sleep. There were very limited breakfast options for gluten free travellers. It bothered me that all the food was packaged and all the plates and cutlery went to landfill. This can be managed more sustainably.
