Very friendly staff at the front desk. We loved the ground floor room with entrances in and out of the hotel. The room is super clean and amazingly comfortable beds! Parking right outside your room- amazing 👏. We have stayed here many times and love it! The free breakfast is fantastic and far better than many restaurants 😋 👌!

Don't often give an exceptional review, but this hotel gets an exceptional, hands down. Very easy and friendly check in, immaculate room from bedding to sanitation, friendly staff, fast wifi, and a great hot buffet style breakfast. An 11 out of 10!!

The toilet is way too low and small. It was dirty. Beds comfy. No ice machine on second floor and it didn’t work on first floor. Staff nice. Breakfast ok but no butter or orange juice. It needs a spruce up!

Decent hotel, a bit pricey but decent. Breakfast was great. Staff we encountered were good. Beds weren't the best but that's to be expected with hotels these days. Bathroom was tiny and the fan was incredibly loud. You can tell the place is dated but they try their best to take care of it.

A great stay! The Jurassic Canalta team gave us a free room upgrade with a jacuzzi tub, and a bottle of wine with chocolates to celebrate our anniversary/birthday trip. Blown away by their friendliness and customer service! (Also, a great breakfast buffet) A big thank you to the Jurassic team.

Stephanie and her Team are amazing hosts!! We stayed at the Canalta for my daughter’s 21st birthday and they went above and beyond to make her stay special. From balloons decorating the room and a sweet gift bag, to a beautiful bottle of wine for her to enjoy. I’ve never had a hotel go to such lengths to have someone feel welcome and special. The hotel itself is very clean and quiet, nice location. Parking was close and easy, and complimentary breakfast was really, really good! I will recommend to everyone to stay at this great hotel. We will definitely be back here! Thank you to all the staff! It was a wonderful day spent in Drumheller!

This hotel is absolutely awesome! The little touches of dinosaur decor is so cute. The employee Lexi is a gem! She took ten extra minutes to map out an agenda for us when she found out we were from out of town and first timers! Loved her! Without a doubt we will absolutely return to this hotel it was a 5/5 for us!

Well situated ,easy drive to everything. Like the size of the rooms,very spacious. Like the coffeemaker and fridge. Breakfast was good. The only thing I was disappointed with was that the front desk staff did not greet or acknowledge us whenever we walked through the lobby areas.

Good sized room, nice free breakfast that included a pancake machine. Tim's was right next door and DQ across the road. MCDONALD'S, A&W and other restaurants were only 3 minute drive.

The hotel was right across from the Drumheller welcome sign. The rooms are spacious and clean. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was nice to have in the morning. Many restaurant and liquor stores around as well.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this Canalta and we really like it! It’s reasonably priced, very clean and well maintained. The beds are comfy, the showers are really nice as well. The walkability to downtown Drumheller is so so, but there is a Tim Hortons and a few other places near by. The town is very driveable, so if you have a car this is a non issue anyways. We are likely to stay here everytime we make the drive to the museum!

A quick over night stay while crossing Canada wirh our dog. Hotel was in a nice quiet area. Upon arrival we received a doggy treat bag for our furry companion. Staff also looked up Tyrell Museum hours for us Beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean. We liked having a door directly to the parking lot making loading and unloading the car quicker. Breakfast was good and other than pastries, they also had eggs, sausage and potatoes. Various juices available but no orange.

This was the best place we stayed at on our road trip. The room was clean and nice, but the highlight was the breakfast. They had the regular continental breakfast foods in addition to fresh taco ingredients. The coffee was also excellent and they had real cream.
