La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Middletown-Goshen

The room was spotless. The staff was all welcoming and friendly. The pool and hot tub were nice extras.

Well. VERY limited amount of towels at the pool. In fact they ran out. Only two luggage carts....so none available in the morning as repulsive guests hoarded them. There should be more than two and you might want to have people sign them out and return. One was spotted the day before near the elevator on the second floor. Other just an slightly above average hotel. Super friendly staff though!

Staff was very very friendly, and the hotel was fairly new so everything was in great shape and clean and tidy. However the walls are paper thin so you can hear people very easily in nearby rooms or in the hall. Breakfast was serviceable. Also they were very busy when we were there so when we asked for a blanket for the pull out couch they didn't have one (??). It was nice to find an indoor pool in the area, but it's small so it fills up easily.

Hotel was clean and staff was helpful and courteous. We arrived late and left early so didn’t have an opportunity to explore the area. Room and hotel was clean which is my number one priority. My family was disappointed the fitness room was closed when we checked in (closed at 9:00). And the breakfast was just ok.

I was able to walk to the coffee shop, super market, take walks, very nice lobby, gym, pool, nearby restaurants and shopping.

Wonder and very helpful. Opened the pool earlier for me every day. Thank you.

Enjoyed my stay. VERY disappointed the pool and hot tub were out of order. The bare walls in the rooms could use a few more decorations. Otherwise, very clean and good service.

We stayed at LaQuinta when visiting LegoLand. It was only a 12 minute drive away. The property was very clean, quiet and the staff were very friendly. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and gym! We would definitely book again!!

Perfect for families. Indoor pool, outdoor patio area with gas fireplace. Management topnotch.

I love love love this place I’ve stayed here so many times. Each time is just like the last and the best way. They’re always consistent. It’s always clean. Check-in is always easy and smooth. There’s never any unpredicted stuff that happens. Baths are clean very spacious

The motel was clean enough, staff was pleasant, accept the housekeeping staff didn’t make up the room after we asked twice.

Everything about the property was impeccable, lobby, room, hallways, breakfast are, public restroom. The staff does an exceptional job in maintaining the property clean.

It was nice in Lobby. The desk clerk was quick to respond. Our room was not made up at 6:30pm on arrival. Gave us another room, the keys didn’t work- had to get new ones. The Bathroom floor was very dirty, tub very slippery - needed shower mat. There was very little food available for breakfast and coffee was cold!

Hotel is very new inside, bright and spacious. Large breakfast area. Staff was professional.

Beds and pillows not as comfortable but location was convenient so made it ok. Breakfast was ok, but some items were cold not hot. The building looks new so its ok as far as cleanliness. Plenty parking and near restaurants and supermarket which is great. They only thing I would say was annoying was this blinking bright light in room for some type of alarm. It was distracting when trying to sleep but overall stay ok for needs we needed.

Check in and room where fine. When getting onto the elevator it reeked of Pot. Sleeping was not quiet thin walls/door could see light all the way around. Breakfast serving area was unkempt with lots of waffle batter cups left around and other garbage. Returned to room via elevator comming out of it was run over by cleaning staff person. Cart left in the walkway and she pushed past me to get in to the elevator. If needing the door held could ask or stand to side with hand to stop door so to speak.

Very clean, quiet, and in good repair. I would prefer if there was a dresser, and the bedding was so-so, but I was very happy with the hotel considering the price.

I loved the spacious, modern, clean room. I also appreciated the very personable, helpful staff. The location was convenient to many restaurants and shops. I will definitely stay there again when I am in the area and would recommend this property most enthusiastically.

Moved from another Wyndham property to LaQuinta as an upgrade due to bad weather. Was looking for a nicer room since I would be spending the day indoors- the room was great but the cable channel selection was awful!!! No movie channels, no TBS, no AMC, no NatGeo, just local networks, cspan and espn. The crappy Hotel 8 next door had a much better channel selection. 2 Thumbs Down to the executives in charge of cable programming choices at LaQuinta. Note: there is also no kid friendly programming either (Disney, Nick, Cartoon Network) What makes a great hotel is the little things and LaQuinta is close but still lacking.

The property is very nice and clean. But there was noise continuously until midnight.

Property and design are really nice and clean. Didn’t realize though that hotel is pet friendly and there was barking dog across the hall. Also we could hear the people upstairs over our room walking around.

The property is relatively new and very modern. I have stayed here 2 times and always very clean. There is an outdoor seating area with picnic tables and a fire pit which we used frequently. The staff is very helpful, particularly Rachel at the front desk/Sales.

Just an overnight stop but this place was perfect! It was quiet, clean, Elora at the front desk was lovely and it was reasonably priced.

This property is average. We stayed there for work. I brought my Team to Montgomery for training and decided to stay in Middletown because of all the restaurants and shops. Everything was nice until the last morning. The clerk, who is extremely rude, accused my entire Team of doing something that just wasn’t true. Now, we are proud to live with the “Extreme Ownership” mentality. If we do something, WE WILL OWN IT! This woman apparently came into the hotel to work a 1/2 hour to hour prior to us returning to the hotel our final evening. Now, either she missed it, or it happened after she arrived, but someone got sick on the stairs by the side entrance. Well the next morning she accused a couple of my Teammates of doing this. She said she “had it all on video” well, that would have needed to be edited because it wasn’t us. You know, I could give half a damn about something so childish. Then she proceeded to throw one of my Team out of the hotel.(We were checking out anyway) But her attitude, along with the was she treated myself and the rest of my Team was unacceptable. The manager got involved. She seemed to have a much better head on her shoulders. I told her if she could show me anyone on my Team acting inappropriately in any way whatsoever I would pay a $500 fee to clean. (They said it was $150) But they didn’t have any proof. In the meantime it’s 6:30 am and there’s another guest stumbling around drunk carrying a 12 pack acting obnoxious right in front of everyone!

The best part about our stay was the staff. We were warmly greet by Anthony who took care of us immediately, provided information about the hotel's amenities, and local restaurants and shopping. The morning staff also eent above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay. Checking out with Rachel was prompt, friendly, and smooth. I have stayed at many high-end hotels with less than desirable staff. Your employees wowed us from beginning to end and made our experience extraordinary. Thank you and thank them.

Ladies at the front desk (two that I talked to on the phone)after we left concerning our stay and having to leave early for an emergency were very rude and disrespectful. We will not stay with this hotel anymore after being treated this way through no fault of our own. We couldn’t help that an emergency arose and we had to leave and otherwise we would have completed our stay.

Stayed for 7 nights. Everything was wonderful great service, great room very comfortable bed great breakfast. Everyone was pleasant and professional. Would definitely be back and would definitely recommend to others.

I had another wonderful stay! The front desk staff were absolutely amazing—friendly, helpful, and quick to accommodate all of our needs with no questions asked. The room was spotless and very comfortable, which I’ve come to expect from this hotel. I’ve stayed here more than ten times now, and each experience has been consistently excellent. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

It feels like a brand new property in a very convenient location. I stayed there for a night because I went to a concert at Bethel Woods and there isn't much for hotels in that area. I would definitely stay there for the next concert.

Our room smelled like fish. We saw homeless people walking in the hotel parking lot. Smell weed Everytime we stepped outside.

A wonderful stay at a safe, clean hotel. Adjacent to a Starbucks and plenty of parking. Hotel staff are very friendly. A good value.

My 11-year-old son and myself stayed at this hotel because of its close proximity to Legoland and access to a major route to 11 that has lots of shops, malls, restaurants, etc. however it’s right next to a super eight motel and a Starbucks so there was a lot of tractor trailers, loading, and unloading very very early morning hours. Our room was also across from the elevator so was extremely loud was extremely loud. When we arrived we had no towels or extra bedding for the pull out sofa. Trash was never changed and the continental breakfast had no bacon or maple syrup by 9am. Despite hours through 10am when asked for a refill on napkins and breakfast items we were told no. Another guest asked immediately after and was told the same thing. The second day we did breakfast at Maddys. Overall I would not stay there again.

From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome with their friendly and attentive service. The room was spotless, spacious, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The amenities were excellent—especially the indoor pool and fitness center, which added a nice touch of relaxation to my visit. Breakfast each morning was fresh and had good options to start the day off right. The hotel’s location was also convenient, with nearby restaurants and easy access to the highway.

Hotel was appointed very close to Legoland. In addition you could do a small shopping and dining. I got a better rate using Expedia than calling directly hotel. Overall it was very nice property. Agent who checked me in on Saturday around 6pm very friendly and hospitable. Great job!

Staff is always very friendly, greets me with a smile and feels genuine. The rooms are clean. I often travel alone and feel safe here due to the well lit parking lot. I appreciate the morning breakfast. Hotel is conveniently located and fair prices. Will absolutely stay here anytime I’m in the area.

Clean, friendly staff Only negative: Breakfast! Only a few items available. Most everything needed to be restocked. Coffee too weak...tasted like hot water.

Clean, modern, and quiet. Breakfast selection was minimal and the coffee was cold. But I don’t pick a hotel based on food, I would stay there again.

The breakfast is not good. The scramble egg tastes not good. And the soup was cold. We had to bring it back to the room to heat it with microwave.

We love staying at this hotel. It's close to all our family and since we've moved from the neighborhood, we know where everything is located. We come to this hotel about twice a year. However, this time around, the breakfast was always cold. Each morning (Thurs 7/10, Fri 7/11 and Sat 7/12) all the hot food, was cold. Even the hot water for a cup of tea !! We come down each morning by 7:20 so it should not be cold. It was disappointing

Hotel was quiet and clean. Breakfast had many options. Water pressure was good. Very convient location. Staff was friendly. Construction in the area at the time was not good. Omlets at breakfast were a little over done. Very nice stay.

Room was clean and comfortable. During our 4 night stay, breakfast was excellent the first morning but went downhill from there. Morning #2, out of peanut butter AND butter. Okay on the PB but no butter for the toast, bagels or waffles? Day 2-4, selection was dismal. But all in all, this was a great stay….clean and comfortable
