Relaxing visit. Great place for pets.

The bed is pretty soft and it is a Queen. The couches are a little hard as they double as beds in the living room. A lounge chair or two would be great but overall the place is fantastic. The hosta re super friendly and the place is dog friendly which is great.

Cool cabins right across from the beach. Private and cosy with a great soaker sauna in the huge bathroom.

A great place to stay for exploring the Campbell River area. BBQs were a nice feature and a well stocked kitchen complete with paper towel, salt and pepper were a treat compared to other places we’ve stayed with full kitchens. Remember to check out the yard games - cornhole and horseshoes.

Wonderful double soaker tub . Very clean . Full size fridge . The only negative was the bench style seating for the couch area .

Eine außergewöhnliche Unterkunft mit allem was man benötigt. Wir haben nichts vermisst und waren sehr begeistert. Der Ausblick ist super. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage, Grill, Whirlpool, eine komplett ausgestattete Küche. Das Bett war sehr bequem.

Cute place. Would be unbearable on super hot days, no AC. Screens are needed on every window to be able to open them.We had one window with a screen. Bed was ok-hard. Super friendly new management. Hopefully they are able to take care of some of the little things. Not much choice of food around other than Chinese food. It is only about a 10 minute drive to Campbell River with many many choices. Beautiful views from room. Kitchenette was nice. Had everything but an oven which worked out perfect, had no intention of cooking!! Did see a few ants, but nothing too concerning. Great beach walks. Cool rocks, sand dollars, etc. Overall good place, although a bit on the expensive side.

Friendly and welcoming - they had the cabin heat on before we arrived and accommodated an early check in which was much appreciated. The cabin was clean, the weather was unfortunately foggy so we didn't get to see the oceanview but it was otherwise cozy and had everything we needed to stay for the weekend.

We had a great stay at Oyster Bay resort! The cabins are so cute and clean, and the jacuzzi tub was amazing! Staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Thanks!

The place was quite cute , however from the moment we stepped in I noticed an odd smell that was overpowering and very fragrant. Bothered my allergies so much I felt plugged up and congested. The couch was extremely uncomfortable. The bathtub was fabulous though. Bed were comfortable. It’s unfortunate about my allergies as it it such a great place.

The cabins are well maintained and clean, stocked with all you need. The property is well kept. Across the street is a beach on the ocean and a long view to spectacular mountains. We’re sitting in the living room, as it’s cool on the porch tonight, watching a ferry all lit up go by. Beautiful!

Ocean visibly from the room. Clean and well equipped. Comfortable beds and pillows. Amazing jacuzzi tub. Would stay again.

The cabins were very nicely appointed and clean. A nice relaxing stay.

Spacious for 2, well equipped kitchen , very nice bed and a good view. Unfortunately the semi constant road noise and lack of at least 1 comfortable seat lowered my rating. Should be 3.5

The cabin is lovely, the sunset was spectacular... My only caution... the highway can be extremely busy and noisy at times Not something the property can control. Nor was it an issue at night. Overall great stay.,

Was a bit disappointed when I first arrived as the property was not right on the beach (as indicated in photos) - it was across a busy highway, so the beach was not easily accessible. The rooms claim to be sound-proof, but you could still hear the traffic going by even with the door closed. However it was quiet enough to sleep easily and the cabin itself was beautiful and well maintained. And having a full kitchen was a big advantage! However it was a bit disappointing on our last day to be told there was no way we could extend our stay past 10AM - even for an hour. Apparently there was a wedding coming in and we had to be out quickly. This made it seem like our visit was somehow secondary, which may be true, but I fail to grasp how giving us an extra hour would have been impossible. At any rate for $300 per night it's a good deal for August and I would consider staying there again, as the 'real' on the beach resorts charge almost double that. Overall satisfied with a few complaints.

Our little cabin was lovely. The jetted 2 person tub is fantastic. The space is well laid out and had everything we needed for the weekend. One con though - the double bed... 2 adults in a double bed is definitely less than ideal. I don't think I slept a wink! We would like to stay again in the summer and utilize more of the ourdoor spaces on the property.

Nice property lovely little cabins! Wish the pull out was a true pull out or they had a two bed option but still a great place!

The back cabins don't have an unobstructed ocean views like the front ones do, and online booking was misleading. The Front desk lady was quite rude when we asked to switch cabins to a front row cabin as that's why we booked a cabin at the resort to begin with as it was our first and only time visiting Campbell River. She told us that they don't assign rooms upon booking, but assign them on arrival - then in the same sentence told us that our room had already been assigned to us ? The room we were given was a back row cabin. We were bummed and decided to ask for a front row cabin basically right away (not even five minutes after arrival) as several front row cabins appeared to be empty. She replied with we were already assigned a room at the back and even though we hadn't touched anything or even spent more than one minute inside the cabin she refused to put us in a front cabin. Don't get me wrong, the cabin was well kept and equipped with a large two person soaker tub and a kitchenette, however, we were looking for the ocean views for a truly memorable experience. We never did get the cabin change and several front row cabins remained empty for the entirety of our stay. I do recommend this resort but their customer service could use an upgrade/update!!

Our cabin was along the front of the property and we had an amazing ocean view! We love staying here. The husband and wife owners are very friendly and accommodating.

We had hoped to get there earlier in the day but couldn't. Owners were patient with us and we arrived at about 9 pm. Cabin heat was on. sleep was good but short d/t 5 am flight from Comox. Lovely place.

We love staying here! Cutest little cabins, most relaxing 2 person jacuzzi tub, beautiful unobstructed ocean view! The owners are lovely and have been very accommodating. One of our new favorite getaways! We will definitely be back!

Great friendly hosts!

The front desk hostess was so welcoming and kind. Our cabin was better than expected. It has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. My girls attended a grad party and the venue and grounds were excellent for a party. Highly recommend Oyster Bay Resorts and will definitely stay again in future.

The cabins and resort were beautiful and well managed. My only faults are out if their control. I should have done my research better. There is a very busy, very noisy road between them and the ocean. I saw before we went tge road, but didnt know it was basically a highway. As i went with the plan to sit on my porch and read books and listen to tge ocean....i was quite disappointed. Thats on me, not them.

Very unique cabins, very clean with complete kitchenette and only less than 5 minutes away a fabulous restaurant called Mattone great menu and food!!

Every place gets a bad review. This is an honest review of our stay.5 day stay. Check in was fast and friendly. Our cabin was clean , bed was comfy, and all appliances worked. Kitchen has a full size fridge, counter top 4 burner stove microwave and coffee maker. No oven. Only draw back was the bbq is showing its age but it worked well enough to cook a steak etc. the 2 lane hwy is about 150 ft away but not a big deal. Nice deck to sit out on and enjoy the beautiful view. There is a small beach just a 5 minute walk to the left and Miracle Beach ( provincial ) 8 minutes to the south. Buy you food at Costco in Courtney as the grocery store in Oyster Bay in outrageously expensive. Check out was fast and easy. No complaints. We will be back for another visit
