The staff were exceptionally professional and polite. The hotel itself is cute and a great location. I made the mistake of booking an interior room with no outside window. My room was spacious, clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. But there was a musty mildew smell that would not go away. I don’t know if it was because it’s an interior room and has very little ventilation or if it was coming from the AC vents, but it was there constantly. I would recommend the hotel - just avoid an interior room with no window.

Hotel is small with limited rooms but the hotel staff’s hospitality makes it for all. Small selection of buffet every morning but everything tasted amazing. It’s near old quarters to very easy to walk to the lake everyday. Would stay again when in Hanoi!
