Hotel El Mirador

Nice clean room, amazing view, great service. The pool area is always quite loud but eventually quiets down around 11pm. We stayed for 11 nights, had daily cleaning, even the sheets were changed with cleanings. There was a small fridge, we bought a small coffee maker for our stay because there was no coffee maker and we had a hard time finding a good coffee anywhere.

The property was not very clean. The staff seemed new or not interested in working. Young lady at reception was sleeping and room had bugs. Water pressure was surprisingly good. Room was made up to look clean but was not tye cleanest. Toilet was dirty. Hotel staff made a huge deal of checking out not wanting to return id because they need me to go up to retrieve the towels. If this was a known thing for check out then we would have taken the towels down

Had to carry my luggage to second level on stairs no one to help, no staff available, very basic room, the pools looked dirty and I don’t think I got my money’s worth

It is not super luxurious but it is comfortable and quiet, Swimming pools could be improved though but they are good enough. I would definitely stay there again

They dont change the blanket and cockroaches in the bedrooms
