Excellent property!! Loved the coffee bar with juice, muffins, bagels, oatmeal all at no charge...open 24/7.

Lots of issues with accessing common TV channels. They dropped DirecTV to save money for Roko. So, if you don't have an account for TNT sports, you can't watch the NCAA Men's championship game. No refrigerator, but a microwave.

Hi, we booked this for a local event and were SO pleasantly surprised with how quaint the hotel is, the management and staff are extremely helpful and friendly, rooms were pristine. Once we parked, we never used our car again because there are literally a dozen places you can see right from the marina-based parking lot to shop and eat/drink. We will be back, thank you!

We stayed one night at the Harbor House Inn while traveling through. It was beautiful! Modern amenities and looked just like it was pictures.

The only negative is no elevator. Everything else is great!

It’s 2024, has no one noticed this sign in 2 or 3 years? I’m pretty sure that someone was living in our room for quite a while, there are a lot of personal items under the sink. Food, change in a cup, beard oil, 7 more items. I’m sure they moved right back in when we left. Robes in size men’s L and women’s small. Most women can’t fit into a small, but okay. Soaking tub was a nice touch, but it was filthy and full of dust and many dead gnats. Also, the cold water handle was missing. Two large dead spiders in the bathroom right in view. Like has anyone cleaned lately? Very dusty half wall shelf as you first walk in the room. Dust shot into my face as I turned the air conditioner on. Positives - walking distance to everything in town.

Love the easy check-in, the convenient coffee station on each floor was great.

Seriously one of my favorite hotels ever! So quaint. The rooms were very spacious and beautifully decorated. Self-service breakfast station on each floor was super convenient. And when our group wanted to play a board game, we were sad to find there was no lounge or lobby area but we were graciously provided a staff room that we could play in!

The rooms here are absolutely beautiful. They have been newly renovated and furnished perfectly. The room was spotless and very spacious. There are quite a few restaurants in the area with very little walking. Don’t miss out on this little gem by the water!

Cleaning and laundry services don't exist. We asked to have our trash emptied after the second day and it was never done. No one ever at the front desk. For the cost of the room, I was disappointed to see mold, torn wall paper, a bathroom light that goes off when the shower is on and no elevator.

Spotless, classy, comfortable and just perfect for a weekend getaway.

The Harbor House Inn is a great place to stay. It is an up to date Inn, clean and quiet.

Loved this place! The rooms are well furnished and spacious, and the hotel is situated walking distance from many shops, restaurants, and the war of 1812 battle grounds which are nice to walk around. Would recommend for anyone visiting Sackets Harbor or the Watertown area.

The TV was not connected to local stations. Inconvenient, but everything else was top notch.

The hotel has been tastefully renovated. Excellent bathroom. Comfortable bed. Very pleasant stay.

Our experience was just average… The air conditioner did not cool off the room hardly at all. There is a street light that is blurring in the window and you can’t pull the shade down because the air conditioner is there so you can’t turn over you have to face the wall and it lights up the room pretty good Overall not a very good experience. There were two robes in the room, but they were both size small so I got to wear one but not my friend. I’m not sure why there would ever be too small put in a room, but that is what we had lol the woman that barely had time to check us in because she was leaving Was more concerned about the time. The expensive room was definitely not worth it. Breakfast we were told was not served until 8 o’clock, so for all of us who had to get up and leave very early there was nothing

Beautiful hotel!!! Plenty of room and a table we could all sit around.

The room unbeknownst to us was in a state of renovation. Peeling wallpaper and water stained ceiling. We were not aware that this would be what the hotel was like. Pictures of the hotel showed pretty rooms and a walk through the hotel were the beautiful rooms. We were on a 3 floor no elevator. Called desk because a bunch of bugs got into the room and it was suggested they can though the window air conditioner. He offered to come up to vacuumed them. Asked why we were given this room and they said we made our reservation on Expedia and it should have been noted the room was being renovated he also complained that Expedia charges 17 percent to which I found off putting since it helped us find accommodations since we didn’t know the area . Feel like we were misled and once there had no recourse as it was late and we lugged our stuff up to 3 floor. During check in no one offered to assist us and the lady checking us in was not helpful or friendly with providing information. Overall meh

Greeted by Kimberly at the registration desk and was escorted to our room. She was extremely informative, helpful and welcoming. Excellent room and though the floors above the one we stayed in were being remodeled, that in no way interfered with or diminished our stay:

This was a terrible place to stay we had a family emergency and the hotel was locked down tight no staff whatsoever all outside doors were locked there was a number on the door when we finally contacted him he was at a party he sent us a code to get in it was the wrong code so we couldn't get in finally after an hour of try to make them understand it was an emergency the hotel finally got someone from next door to let us in this place was a total nightmare

The owner was very accommodating, made sure we were getting the suite we would like best, and had a very nice bottle of champagne and set up in our room so we could celebrate our 33rd wedding anniversary. The hotel was very quiet, right on the lake, and was an easy walk to the town. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

Loved this place! The rooms are well furnished and spacious, and the hotel is situated walking distance from many shops, restaurants, and the war of 1812 battle grounds which are nice to walk around. Would recommend for anyone visiting Sackets Harbor or the Watertown area.

We really like this area a lot. The only issue is everything closes at 5 o’clock as far as shopping wise and the restaurants close at 10 PM so if you were into drinking and having a good time, there is only one bar.

Beautiful Inn located in the heart of Sackets Harbor. Walking distance to all restaurants and shops, as well as historic sites. Every detail accounted for inside the rooms. Absolutely stunning.

Harbor House Inn was a splurge for us & definitely worth every penny! Top of the line, charming furniture, linens, shower, chandelier, 3 Monet prints. Very helpful kind desk attendant. Sacket’s Harbor such a beautiful historical village, best dinner ever at Good Fellos! (Only thing missing was a refrigerator)

Everything was good but it would have been nice to have coffee available.

The check-in process was smooth with a warm and friendly receptionist. The room was very clean. We were here only one night, but enjoyed dining at a restaurant within walking distance.

The staff was helpful and friendly, room, linens, bath very clean. Only negative was lack of cell reception (making, receiving calls) in room and “breakfast” was limited with everything pre-packaged.
