The place was clean the air conditioner worked perfectly. The person at the desk was very helpful. We got there late, and I asked him if anyone in town would deliver food. He said no. It is a small town. A few minutes later, he knocked on our door to let us know the restaurants might close if we waited too long. Thankfully, he did we made it just before the store closed.

Stayed 1 night

Stayed here one night on a drive home from Death Valley National Park. The location was convenient to Hwy 395; reviews on Hotels.com were okay; and the price was good. The hotel looks to have been built 50 years ago or more, and never updated. Everything you need is in the room and works--window A/C, bed, desk, TV, mini-fridge, sink, tub and toilet. But the bed was uncomfortable and everything looks dingy and old. Having said that, arriving late in the evening, and being greeted by a friendly person at reception, I wasn't going to change hotels. I did manage to sleep through the night and was on my way early for home, glad for a place to rest.

Very basic room akin to a Motel 6 room. Clean and comfortable in a very quiet area. Good for a one night stay or if you are going to be out all day and just need a bed and a shower. Easy walk to a large market and restaurants.
