This hotel is majestic. Definitely recommend staying here, even for just 1 night. The Smoke House is a good addition

Our stay here was wonderful. The service of the staff was exceptional, and it was this that really made our visit memorable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, including a visit to the spa and afternoon tea.

The attention and assistance from all staff without exception was excellent. The room was very nice, spacious and comfortable bed and good linen. Shuttle bus great as not near any amenities. Highly recommended👍

Amazing staff, friendly and warm. Room was large and felt luxurious. The bug bath a real treat. Breakfast was quite poor, but dinner the night before was spectacular. The jazz singer and trumpeteer were exceptional and oozed decadence, and sohistication. As a younger guy, it was easy to appreciate what the hotel is trying to achieve. It really succeeded in making you feel special and welcome. Exceptional place.

The hotel was great and I've no complaints except the location was not too convenient. It takes about 15 minutes walk to and from a train station. The hotel offers complimentary pickup and drop off at the KL Sentral, but the last pickup from the KL Sentral was about 5:30pm.

Beautiful colonial/art deco building with so much on offer and appreciate that’s it’s hard to leave the hotel to explore KL. Position perfect to walk to key historic sites and short walk to station for go elsewhere. Outstanding service from all staff and a special mention to the Concierge Desk who couldn’t do enough for us to ensure our 4 night stay was the best. The Botanic Gardens were very close providing us with a nice focus for an early morning walk. Highly recommended for a KL stay and a taste of history, don’t forget to experience the hotels High Tea in one of the many gorgeous lounges or cafe.

良い点と気になった点　細かすぎますが スタッフのホスピタリティーは素晴らしい。 スパもフットバスから始まり、とても気持ち良かったです。朝食も美味しい。二日に一度メニューが変わります。プールも二つありますがスタッフがいないので、飲み物やスナックのサービスはありません。ジムにもスタッフがいません。 駐車場は宿泊者も有料。バスタブ付属シャワーはタプが固くて切り替わりません。 冷房温度を上げたくてもすぐに上がりません。テレビのチャンネル数が少ないです。周りにはコンビニ、スーパー、食堂は全くありません。

スタッフの皆さんのサービスが素晴らしかった。 バスルームと朝食が最高です。 クアラルンプールセントラルから往復無料ばすがあります

The location was pretty far from any amenities. No convenience stores, no LRT within reach. I guess it’s apt for those, who go full board with the hotel. Good thing we could use grab anywhere in KL for transport and food. Parking is not free.

Stayed for 2 nights - good value for money, but the pool area off the gym could be nicer and housekeeping didn’t make up our room on the second day. Overall a good property but not great.

Request for housekeeping but towels were not changed and no replacement of used shower cap. Housekeeper don’t even care to replace to a new toiletries. Too bad. Slow services.

Absolutely fantastic experience here, we had a junior suite which was excellent. The staff were all so polite, courteous, and helpful and nothing was too much trouble from the front desk staff to the house keepers. Some staff members remembered what coffee I liked every morning at breakfast which I found a very nice personal touch. The breakfast selection was superb with so many options. Every member of staff went above and beyond. The hotel was spotless both inside and out and we would highly recommend here. Will certainly return in the future.

Pillow has bad smell from scalp oil.

The room was large, spotless and the staff were extremely friendly and accomodating. The AC is good and the bed very comfy. Th location is also central. Just one small improvement can be made with regards to the slippers as they are of low quality compared to the luxury of the hotel.

One of the pillows had some yellow stain on it. Even in a four-star hotel, this is a hygiene oversight.

Immaculate hotel with everything you’d expect from a 5*. The room was huge with a great bathroom and views.

Everything was good apart from the breakfast ordered from room service. There are ants crawling around the serving tray. Suggest management to wash the trays more thoroughly before serving the n3Xt customer.

Très bel hôtel très agréable. Seul point négatif: des chambres mal insonorisés séparées les unes des autres par une porte ce qui fait qu’on entend tout ce qui se passe à côté. Dommage surtout si les voisins sont bruyants.

big spacious room , well prepared

This is the 3rd time we're staying in this hotel. The service remains as good as the previous. However, the range of tv channels has been decreasing with each stay (our first visit was in 2021).

Afternoon tea is very nice, including live Piano music. This part of the hotel is classic and well preserved. The breakfast service can be improved, while the offerings are many and with rich assortments, there are som basics missing, no bacon, no port/beef sausage, no ham, not much cold cuts - one can wonder for whom these decisions had been made? Probably towards staff, as the Chinese population of Malaysia loves pork. There are no tea pots, only small coffee cups to try to manage a tea bag into. Also there is som logistic issues in placing all guests in about half the available tables - gets crowded and somewhat loud. We loved our room in the old building and the pool outside the SPA - almost empty!

This is a very luxurious hotel. It has all the colonial charms of the past. Although the room was beautiful, the design of the bathroom was uncomfortable. It was hard to use the toilet with hitting your head on the small glass enclosure. The towels were located with the toilet rather than the shower and there was no soap dispenser with the second sink. The location was not near any eating establishments and the options at the hotel were pricey and limited.

Everything was great - but marked down one star due to terrible wifi in room, which I need for working remotely. Multiple times I asked and was promised a resolution. Which didn’t happen. Otherwise, everything else was great. But won’t return due to awful wifi service, unfortunately.

I was very impressed with my tower, deluxe room with King size four poster bed. Staff were polite informative and always helpful. I really enjoyed the food and room service was always very prompt. I would certainly recommend and would be more than happy to book again.

I’ll caveat that this was for a business trip. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are great. However, I would not recommend this hotel for business travel. The WiFi is terrible, making basic work functions difficult. The noise from traffic went all night and was so loud that even with earplugs I did not sleep much. And checking in took nearly 1 hour due to a change in my schedule and the need to add an extra night.

The overall experience staying in this property was horrible. The staff didnt put in any efforts to find my passport until the police investigation was initiated and it took them less than an hour. Miscommunication within their staff, poor ops handover inbetween DMs, incorrect credit card was tagged to my bill.

Very Nice hotel, however check in 7check out service very very slow, staff seems unexperienced

I recently stayed at The Majestic Hotel Kuala Lumpur and came away with mixed feelings. While there were several highlights, there were also areas for improvement. Check-In Experience The check-in process was not as smooth as I expected. Despite arriving at 4:20 PM, my Junior Suite was not ready. While I don’t hold the reception staff accountable, the recovery could have been handled better. On the upside, I requested complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience, which they kindly granted. I appreciated that gesture. Location The hotel’s location is a drawback. There’s nothing within walking distance, so you’ll need a vehicle to get anywhere. No malls, restaurants, or attractions are nearby, which might not suit travelers who prefer more accessible surroundings. Service The service, however, was excellent. The staff were incredibly attentive and responsive. They use WhatsApp for communication, which made it convenient to request assistance. For instance, when my Wi-Fi connection slowed down, a butler brought a portable Wi-Fi unit within 5 minutes—a level of efficiency that exceeded expectations. Overall While no hotel can deliver perfect service, I am grateful for the attentive staff and their quick response to my needs. The challenges with check-in and the less-than-ideal location were offset by the exceptional service. If convenience and immediate access to amenities aren’t priorities, The Majestic could still offer a memorable experience.

Everything was excellent from walking in to walking out . The Hotel was beautiful and very colonial style , the staff were attentive and always super polite , the room was top notch and the food was great . Only negative it was a little far from everything needed taxi but cheap .

With the Museum Negara Station walking distance very convenient to go around the city.

Excellent stay. Hotel is an old building that has kept it charn. It has been renovated and the rooms are modern and impeccable. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very varied and good. Location is within walking distance of the National Museum, the Museum of Islamic Arts as well as Chnatown.

The breakfast buffet was my favourite. The hotel room is big, clean and well decorated. However some parts of the hotel looks abit weathered. Love the colonial vibe. The orchid observatory for high teas is soo pretty.

Simply wonderful Hotel in every way. Updated, clean rooms and staff that were always available to serve any need. In terms of dining, do not miss enjoying the fantastic dinner buffet prepared by the extraordinary Chef Hossein. Marvelous regional dishes prepared with perfection. And if that's not enough, the breakfast buffet is unbelievably awesome. A mix of Western and regional SE Asia dishes that are fantastic. Arguably the best hotel and dining we've had in SE Asia.

Really enjoyed our stay at this iconic hotel. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Room was really nice and had a large bathroom. Only negatives they had very limited tv channels for a hotel of this nature we couldn’t find anything decent to watch and no way to link your Netflix or other streaming accounts to the tv. Room service menu was very limited. Otherwise great stay.
