No water in the morning we had to leave next day they agreed to refund the rest with in a hour I called next day man claimed manager will take care of it soon so far nothing. 🚕 Taxis have to block traffic to load or baggage no parking available. Shower had mold. Controls 4 tv hard to function.

Desafortunadamente en las fotografías se ve otra calidad en acabados, amenidades. Humedad en la habitación y el aire acondicionado hacía demasiado ruido además de que goteaba hacia el interior. Ojalá que también pudieran apoyarte en recibir equipaje cuando vienes en auto. Simplemente me dijeron que me podía estacionar por unos minutos en zona de carga y descarga unos metros adelante. Pero no es muy recomendable. Creo que podrían fácilmente ofrecer ayuda en cuanto el huésped se está acercando a la propiedad.

La ubicación es excelente las habitaciones limpias amplias y con minisplit es un hotel muy bello que en la parte superior tiene balcones los cuales permiten observar el centro de la ciudad con vistas hermosas desgraciadamente no cuenta con estacionamiento ni con restaurante sin embargo existe un restaurante muy amigable en la esquina justamente que incluso tiene tapas y vino

Rooms are very clean and All staff is extremely polite and accommodating. Had the best night sleep in ten years, king size bed was very comfortable. This building is over 500 years old and well maintained. Felt very safe walking the streets at 11:00 at night. I would definitely return.

The hotels location was perfect in the historic city center. HOWEVER, there were major problems with the water! We never knew when the water would be on or off. The staff kept giving us different answers as to why the water was off, including that there was an issue with water in the city center. After talking with other tourists staying at other hotels, we realized this wasn’t true. The staff also changed the story for when the water would be turned on and for how long. The answers were never consistent. It was very upsetting. We never knew when we could take a shower, use the toilet, or brush our teeth. The WiFi showed full signal but it was impossible to connect. The in room safe did not work and the batteries were never replaced. Our holiday was not as relaxing as we wanted due to these inconveniences.

The first room I stayed at had a connecting door to the adjacent room. The issue was that there was a one inch gap between the bottom of the door and floor. Through this hap entered light but more impactfully, noise from the next room. I was unable to sleep for half the night as I listened to my neighbor’s television

El servicio y disponibilidad de los recepcionistas fue increible. Solicitamos amenidades de higiene personal a nuestra llegada y lo resolvieron de inmediato. El hotel está en el centro exactamente, así que todo lo turistico está a dos pasos! Hotel tranquilo, limpio y las camas super cómodas! Excellent location. A little noisy but expected that with location. Rooms ample & well appointed. We had a problem with water pressure in sink that was reported three times without resolution. There was also odor coming from under the wardrobe that could not be identified. Lobby staff not friendly or helpful. No one to assist with bags up stairs on arrival or departure.
