A small, quiet, characterful hotel blending antique and contemporary styling. The rooms are quite spacious and there are a number of attractive, comfortable public spaces including a terrace and small garden. Excellent location near Trindade Metro station and local bars, bakery and restaurants literally at the end of the street. We appreciated the late check-in facility through the lock box. Natalia was very amiable, helpful and spoke excellent English. Room 4 has a delightful private terrace overlooking Porto

The self check in procedure was excellent, the members of staff were very friendly but not intrusive. I mistakenly thought the breakfast was included in the room price, but accepted when I was asked to pay for it. Plenty of food choice, and good quality.

Nice room,older home that "talks"with every step taken by anyone...so if that kind of thing is an issue for you.....Great staff, good breakfast,great location

Lovely breakfast, very convenient location for restaurants etc, first time in Porto , loved it, great place to meander around. Great fish restaurants out at matisinhos ( by metro) and Afurada, nice walk along Douro, rhen cross via local ferry and walk back through Giai

The young lady taking care of the property, Camila, was fantastic. She went out of the way to make us feel at home, and her breakfast was very good. In addition, the location of the facility is excellent, and we recommend it.
