Bottled water in room every day. Courtesy coffee/tea station in reception with little biscuits, plus fridges with bottled water, sliced fruit and small cakes - very welcome after a long day out in the heat exploring.

Always love my stay at Casa Nithra. Comfortable rooms at a reasonable price with a lovely rooftop pool and bar area. Close enough to KSR and Rambuttri area but far enough away to be quiet! Also close to Soi 4 and restaurants along the khlong. The only thing I would mention is the level of construction going on due to the new underground station they’re building, it’s a bit of a state and not ideal for anyone with mobility issues, but not much the hotel can do about that! Let’s hope it’s finished soon…

A jewel in Bangkok's crown. A great location forr many of the city's attractions, but more importantly, just a really really great team. Everyone at Casa Nithra was friendly, welcoming, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Great facilities from the on site breakfast to the rooftop pool. I was travelling alone and every memeber of staff couldn't have been more helpful with all my constant questions of how to get around and what to see. A big thank you to everyone - I'll definitely see you on my next trip to Bangkok.

Great pool, but it's not kept clean. Someone on staff needs to strap on a pair of swimming goggles and swim underwater in this pool in to see some of the disgusting stuff floating around in it. I saw structures that looked like giant dust bunnies comprised of human skin and hair floating well under the surface. Really disgusting, but I doubt anyone would ever see them from outside of the pool. The pool was not heavily used while I was there, so I'm guessing that detritus has been in it a long time and that whatever filtration system they're now using is insufficient by itself. I don't think this should be a tough problem to fix, but unfortunately, no one is checking up on whomever is in charge of keeping the pool clean.

Room was clean and fresh looking. Staff was very friendly. Location was good. As a fun addition they have fruits and pastries and water at the lobby for free. Was always nice to take some watermelon while going out or coming in.

The property itself was very clean and felt very safe to be in. The location was good in terms of tourist attractions to see nearby, however the location itself in general wasn’t very appealing. Hotel looked newer and clean but everything surrounding was very run down and older.

Wir haben hier vier Tage verbracht. Alles was man zum täglichen Leben braucht ist Fuß läufig. Ein paar Attraktionen kann man ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichen. Ansonsten ist unmittelbar ein Tuktuk Stand und auch für Taxen ist das Hotel gut zu erreichen. Das Personal ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer hatte eine gute Größe und wurde jeden Tag sauber gemacht. Der Pool ist ein großes plus - dort waren wir entweder alleine oder mit vereinzelnden Gästen. Es gab immer genug Platz und frische Badelaken für jeden. Die liegen sind für unseren Geschmack ein wenig unbequem aber auch darüber kann man hinwegsehen. Gegessen haben wir hier nicht - dazu können wir kein Feedback geben. Alles in allem, dieses Hotel kann man mit guten Gewissen empfehlen.

Good location for this part of Bangkok. Close to great restaurants and nice area to stay. Rooms were not cleaned very well. It was clean, toilet, sink etc. Except for the walls doors and mirrors, they were nog clean, lot of stains from sun lotions etc. Nice pool on the roof for hot day (so everyday) Would definitely recommend when staying in this part of Bangkok, not very cheap but also not very expensive.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Casa Nithra. The double room was a perfect size for me. It was clean and had a good selection of toiletries. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable making for a good nights sleep. However, as my room was on the 5th floor there were times I could hear the plumbing of the rooftop pool which woke me up as I’m a light sleeper. I also had a few minor issues with loose plug sockets and slow water draining in the bathroom. The balcony was small and looked over a construction site and some local houses. I loved the rooftop pool which was small but reasonably deep but it can get a bit noisy when there are many people out there. There is significant construction currently ongoing on the road in front of the hotel so there is a lot of dust in the air and it doesn’t look the most appealing outside. Transport wise, you’re best getting the ferry into town (approx. 15min walk to the pier from the hotel) or getting Grab taxis. There’s a bus stop less than 5mins from the hotel but I couldn’t figure out how to use the service. The staff are friendly, I felt very welcome when I checked in and they always make the effort to greet you when they see you. They were also very accommodating and were quick to respond to requests.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Only one person working at front desk upon check in. No one to bring bags inside or up to the room. Building is older so the air is musty. Both of us woke up with a runny nose. Room's are very small. Wasn't necessary for us, but TV only broadcasted a few fuzzy antenna channels. No bathrobes. Relative to other Thai hotels, the service was very underwhelming. The 9/10 star rating is definitely deceptive. Do not believe that guests would have rated this hotel so highly.

Detta hotell ligger nära Khaosan road men så pass långt ifrån så man inte störs av ljudet. Andra sevärdheter ligger också nära. Däremot är hotellet väldigt lyhört och byggarbetsplatsen utanför pågår från tidig morgon till sent på kvällen. Området är sunkigt och gammalt, vissa gillar kanske det, inte vi märkte vi. Poolområdet har sett sina bästa dagar och frukosten var inte bra, lite urval och bacon och ägg var kallt, frukten som annars är grym i thailand var inte fräsch och kaffet var inte heller bra. Att ta sig med taxi till och från tar tid pga all trafik så var ute i god tid. Vi har tidigare bott på Sukhumvit när vi varit i Bangkok men ville testa detta område, det gör vi inte om. Hotellet är klassat som 4* men vi tycker det är en svag 3a.

Cleanliness and staff are super. Awesome service at the front desk. Rooms are ok, clean. Pool was nice with a little bar. The only 2 cons: 1) we stayed below the pool on the fifth floor and could hear a lot of pool noises at night. 2) construction in front of the hotel makes things really difficult, you can’t really walk to places, hardy for cabs to get to you. But I know it’s not the hotels fault so just keep in mind!

God service. Dejligt værelse og gode senge (selvom de var i den hårde ende). Der var noget renovering på hotellet, som gav lidt støj, men ellers ikke noget at sætte en finger på.

une mauvaise expèrience ,quand nous sommes partis la personne de la reception nous a presque agressé pour un verre de la salle de bain qui était felé .Je lui réponds que se verre nous l'avons pas utilisé et que c'est pas nous qui l'avons cassé,elle n'a rien voulue savoir et nous a demandé 3,50 euros c'est un scandale,fuyez cet hotel

A estação de metrô mais próxima fica há 30 minutos andando - inviável - e a estação de barcas fica há 15 minutos andando (o que é bem desagradável em pleno calor de Bangkok). Isso significa que você fica refém dos carros de aplicativo e, por tabela, do trânsito enorme da cidade. Estão construindo um metrô na porta e, se tiverem estações próximas no futuro, recomendaria o hotel. Mas enquanto isso não acontecer, procure por acomodações melhor localizadas.

We loved staying at Casa Nithra! There is construction around the hotel but we could not hear any of the construction from our room. Taxi’s and Tuk Tuk’s were able to pull in w/o issue. The breakfast was good! This hotel was in walking distance to everything- Khao San road, Grand Palace, Reclining Buddha, and Wat Arun pier.

The property itself was very clean and felt very safe to be in. The location was good in terms of tourist attractions to see nearby, however the location itself in general wasn’t very appealing. Hotel looked newer and clean but everything surrounding was very run down and older.

Nice and clean rooms. Super friendly staff and very helpful. Good variety for breakfast. Only issue we had was taxis sometimes charged us extra to get back to hotel since it was a little outside of the centre. Current construction going around the hotel, but not much noise and they have good walkways around the area. 10 minute walk from the pier which is convenient for travelling around. Enjoyed our stay.

Casa Nithra was a clean and relaxing oasis amidst the bustle of Bangkok. It was walkable to many historical sites. During my stay, there was major construction work right outside the hotel which made walking a bit more challenging, but the construction workers were friendly and helped visitors navigate.

Bottled water in room every day. We stayed at Casa Nithra in 2019 and again in January 2023. It’s in a great location, within walking distance of Khao San Road and many excellent restaurants. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. Great rooftop pool. What makes it extra special to us is the quality of food served in the restaurant. Our room rate included breakfast and it was delicious with good variety every day! Unfortunately, I think due to Covid and the fact so many businesses are still recovering, the restaurant was not open for dinner on this trip. Hopefully it will open again in future for dinner as the food here is superb.

Impeccably clean which is the best you can ask for in a hotel. Comfy bed which is hard to find in Thailand. Nice staff and great little amenities such as treats when you arrive and pool towels by the pool. Little things that are noticable. Great area for walking. Check out the Himalayan restaurant a few blocks away in Samsen. Great spot.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were very helpful and friendly and let us store our bags. The pool was also very nice and they even decorated our room for our honeymoon.
