Fantastic location in central Brussel, easy to get to from the main stations, once there walking distance to most places, with sites, bars & restaurants close by. Staff were really friendly, check-in easy and luggage storage provided. It was quiet at night (inside), although became noisy from the street in the morning (we had to have the windows open for air flow). The premium double room was ok, with en-suite & TV, although quite small and a little tired for the price(although Brussels accommodation is pricy, so possibly aligned with the market?). There was no air conditioning, but a (poorly functioning) fan was provided which just about took the edge off the stuffiness. There was no fan in the bathroom which wasn't great as it was internal with no window or air flow. The shelf above the bed made it difficult to avoid bumping your head. Breakfast was nothing special but perfectly adequate, with cereals, fruits, salad, egg, cheese, salami and mini pastries. Milk could do with being in the fridge and better coffee would be nice.

브뤼셀이 상대적으로 숙소가 비싼 편이라 보름 간의 유럽 여행 중에 브뤼셀에서만 도미토리를 선택했어요. 살짝 걱정했는데, 기대 이상으로 너무 편하고 좋았어요. 직원분들 정말 하나 같이 전부 다 너무 친절하시고, 1층에 라운지 같이 되어 있어서 노트북 작업을 했어야 했는데 정말 편하게 썼어요. 그리고 아침 조식이 무료로 나오는 게 정말 최고였어요. 지하에 빨래할 수 있는 곳도 있는 것 같고, 1층에 개인 자물쇠만 있으면 짐 보관할 수 있는 큰 사물함과 자판기도 있어요. 지하철 역 가깝고, 미디 역까지도 마음만 먹으면 걸어갈 수 있다는 점이 좋습니다. 방마다 화장실이 있고, 밖에도 화장실이 있어서 좋아요. 따로 수건은 안 주는 것 같아서 그것만 빼고는 정말 다 좋았습니다. 같이 방 사용한 사람들과도 문제 없이 정말 편하게 잘 써서 1인실 느낌처럼 썼습니다. 좋은 여행이었어요.

It was an okay property and the staff were really friendly, but the cleaning could be kicked up a notch and the noise from the bar downstairs was so loud - although granted it didn't go on for that long. For a budget stay, it's pretty okay.

Extremely uncomfortable bed and pillow, we may have got an hour of sleep. Shower door didn't close and would just keep opening. Walls and floor were a bit dirty. Area was kind of sketchy around part of, my girlfriend did not feel safe at all. It but close enough to attractions and shopping. Staff were nice.

Very nice appartment style room (we had one of the family rooms). Comfy beds, very clean, nice staff. Shared balcony area. We arrived on a very hot day and although air con had been installed it wasn’t operational until the following week so the room was very hot.

ブリュッセル北駅から少し距離はありますが徒歩で行けます。繁華街のすぐ近くなので立地は良く、しかも通りから一本外れているので静かです。部屋も綺麗で快適、特に問題はありませんでした。万が一部屋のシャワーが混んでいても、どの階にも独立したシャワーがありそうです。無料の朝食が思いの外しっかり食べられて嬉しかったですが、早く行かないとクロワッサンなどはなくなりそうです。女性一人旅でしたが、セキュリティに不安を感じることもありませんでした。また機会があれば利用したいです。

Good location just inside the City centre ring road. Close to the main shopping area and less than10 minute walk to the Centre and the Grand Place. Staff friendly and breakfast exceeded expectations although dining area very busy / crowded. It is a hostel so be prepared to share a table with fellow travellers. Rooms not air conditioned so very hot making sleep difficult in July. Not possible to have window open during night as too much noise from multi storey car park across the road.

Que haya desayuno es lo mejor que tiene este hostel, además que queda cerca de la plaza, me gustó. No entendí porque de noche era tan ruidoso, se escuchaba la gente entrar y salir, cómo caminaban y las risas, los ruidos de la calle, etc. Por lo demás, estuvo muy bien, las personas de la recepción y el barman muy atentas. Staff were very friendly with good facilities overall. My room was satisfactory level clean. However, it was so unbearably hot and im someone that copes well in heat. No fan or AC and a very small window that opened a couple of inches. Moreover, the noise outside the windor and from people in the corridors did not make for a good night sleep. Good location to the city centre which is well within walking distance.

Great location, very centrally located. I had a single room, it was very comfortable and clean. It was a little loud in the night and early hours of the morning. Breakfast was a little limited. There was no fruit for 2 days. The carton milk was warm. Yuck! and not safe. I had originally signed up for a shared 6 person room. I was told upon arrival that I could not have the room that I booked months ago. I was too old apparently! I was not made aware of the issue until I checked in. I had to pay extra money per night to get a single room. Anyone over 35 please be aware of this.

Great customer service. The receptionist checking me in was very patient. I was having a rough trip and was very confused about the checking in process. This is very close to the city center and within walking distance. The area was also quiet.

Bunk beds are badly designed - headroom for lower bed is v low. I lost count of the number of times I banged my head. Also the size of in-room lockers are ridiculously small. The charger socket by my bed also didnt work, which was extremely inconvenient as I needed to charge my phone overnight. Most staff also v surly - one on reception just rudely waved me away when i was trying to check out as she had a text message to finish first...

La personne de l accueil qui m a fait le check in, c était mal parti. Il m explique que dans cette auberge, les lits de chambre en commun sont pour les gens en dessous de 35ans !! Jamais vu ça dans le monde, je suis 1 voyageur en auberge de jeunesse de 39ans. J y vois une discrimination mais au final, il me laisse pour mes 2 nuits sans supplément. Ce n est meme pas indiqué sur le site de hotels.com !!!

ブリュッセル北駅から歩いて15分弱。北駅まわりは軽快していたが、特に危ない雰囲気もなく歩いて来られた。ベッドの横幅が若干狭い（計っていないが体感としてはセミシングル）のがちょっと残念。真夏だと冷房がないのがきついかもしれないが、それはこの手のホステル共通の問題なので仕方がない。朝食はパンだけでなくハム・チーズ・野菜もあって文句なし。

Lots of people running round at night inside and outside making loud noises etc. also breakfast was very basic and it would have been nice to have some fruit. Didn’t help that there was a flood on the ground floor on the last day

The place was generally clean and well organised. The recpetionist (Lou) was very nice and hospitable and made me feel at home. The downside is this area tends to be quite noisy at night and the large windows open directly to the street. Also, the breakfast is really poorly made, with bland taste, limited options and ingredients that are well past fresh.
