Cute room with everything needed for a short stay. Nice breakfast but unfortunately was very cold this time of year and dining area is in a garden type gazebo with little heat. Sure it is fine other times of year. Great staff

Staff loud in the mornings, woke me up two days in a row at 07:00. Also they have a “spa” 1 hour for 40€, however the jacuzzi wasn’t working yet they charged full price, I complained but very little was done about it, I was charged full price anyways. Also restaurant recommendations from staff were awful.

We had a lovely room. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The manager arranged a couple of tours for us and we were picked up at the hotel. The breakfast was outstanding with many hot and cold choices. The hotel is located just a 5 minute walk from the Grand Bazaar.

I would like to commend Umit and Alaaddin for their professionalism and excellent service during my stay. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly,friendly , which immediately created a welcoming atmosphere. Umit and Alaadin are genuinely caring person's, they don’t do it as a profession, they care for there guests like a family Unit & Alaadin demonstrated outstanding communication skills, providing clear information about hotel facilities. They were attentive, approachable, and ensured that I felt well looked after throughout my stay. Overall, the high standard of service at reception by Umit & Alaadin truly enhanced my experience at the hotel.
