There was a lot of renovations going on so the amenities that are tagged to this hotel were not as we thought they would be. The rooftop bar was inside in a very small area where we couldn’t even get service. The 2 restaurants on site were not in business as well. The bathroom had several broken tiles and no hot water for a shower. The free breakfast was ransacked through by the time we got there and it was not properly maintained throughout the breakfast hours. The only convenience about this hotel is you can walk to citi field from there which takes about 15 minutes.

The location was within walking distance to Citi Field and local eateries. Parking limited plus fee. The room provided safe but was not bolted down in any way, not secure. Provided standard comp breakfast. Nice eclectic rooftop bar, good drinks. Everyone friendly.

this hotel is amazing. Super clean. Great, friendly staff. Close to train. We will stay everytime we are in New York. Our ONLY one small complaint is if you have a car, this may not be your best bet. The parking is a very small garage with only 8 spots, first come first serve for $30 per day. But that’s not the bad part. You can’t leave. No in and out privileges at all. So if you park there the night before, you can leave ONE TIME the next day. If you want to leave at 9am, once you come back, you CANNOT leave for the rest of the day. Otherwise, you’ll be charged an additional $30. Next time we probably won’t rent a car so it won’t be an issue.

Staff was amazing and friendly! Hotel rooms were small, but appointed with luxury items. The towels were plush and fancy. Such a friendly atmosphere! Totally unexpected gem, with a few parking spaces in the secure lower level. Loved the rooftop bar, and being so close to affordable meals.

The hotel itself is pretty well maintained, and the people at the desk are very helpful. Downsides were the limited amenities. For example, no microwave. There was a mini fridge, but not very helpful since there is no way to reheat leftovers. The skyline view is nice, and the rooftop bar is cozy, but severely overprice

Staff are quite rude. Rooms are filthy. They just wipe down the top of surfaces but you can see all the scum built up on the edges. Bathroom tiles need to be redone. The grout is dark yellow and have black mold spots. You can see at on point the grout in between the tiles was white and not yellow. Bathroom door handle came off while I was trying to get out of the bathroom. Lucky I got it back on and it never came off again. The front door to the room did not lock and latch correctly you had to push the door upwards while locking it. Also the front door had to be pushed hard to get in the room it kept getting stuck on the improperly Fitted carpet. Also there’s a $200 deposit at check in but is not mentioned on the listing or payment like other hotels do.

The room was clean (kudos to the cleaner) but still had a cigarette smell even though there is a 'no smoking ' sign. For a sensitive person, the smell was too much. Lobby couches are torn which is an eye sore considering this is not a cheap hotel.

Great stay for the price! Train to the city a block away, shopping right across the street, and food everywhere!! Room was HUGE! Only complaint was carpet was sticky dirty! Bring house shoes and put NOTHING on the floor!

This was the worst hotel I ever stayed at. It’s super dirty! The staff is rude & the pictures do NOT match the actual site. The first room they gave me had dents and scratches on the door like it was easy to break into or someone had just vandalized the property! I asked the staff to switch they then put me in a room that smells foul soon as you open the door! The TV didn’t work abd the bathroom was FILTHY dirty/mold in showers. Dirt on the counter top and floor! I mean you could tell that they don’t clean it just give it to the next guest. Felt like I was at motel 6

Great hotel as it’s close to almost everything! Skyview mall right next door and Tangram super close as well. The complimentary breakfast was great and the room was super nice. The negative side is the internet connection inside the rooms, I had to use my data most of the time. You kinda get what you paid for with this hotel. At night I could also hear other people talking when entering their rooms. Just be mindful of that as well.

The bed was the most comfortable bed of the 4 different hotels I had of my 10 days trip. I pay extra for the corner rooms for the tall windows but there was not really a view except the train track and it was noisy.

The views were spectacular from rooftop bar ,but must say on the whole a bit shaky. Our room was tiny the bathroom had a chipped basin and curtains were stained and need cleaning or replacing. Staff was hard to communicate with (oriental) they were polite . Overall 2 stars

The room is okay exactly as the pictures. However their tvs are old school. Only news and sports channels and only a few at that but they have a good range of Asian channels. Breakfast would be better to either sleep through or order out. The mattress has lost all support I had sciatic pain after the first night!

We needed a hotel walking distance from Citi field and Parc hotel was perfect. Very clean, quiet, nice staff, it was exactly what we needed! A/C was nice and cool because it was HOT! Bed was comfy, I highly recommend!

I mean for the price ... it was pretty good. I was able to check in early. The staff is very helpful.. I called the night before and asked about the deposit so i already knew it was a 200 dollar deposit.. got it back right away after my checkout. They even give you the option to do the deposit in cash. The room although a beautiful view did have some areas you can tell it was old but honestly thats most of new york hotels even sometimes the more expensive ones. You cant have it all in new york .. for me the service, transportation, area, staff, the view and space of my room was great and i picked that over super modern.. because of pricing. If you arent trying to spend the big dollars i say this place was ideal ... and you know what to get based off the reviews .

Overall, the experience was great. The room was clean and the staff were kind, but we did have to wait 40 minutes in the lobby for our room to be ready even though we were there at check-in time. Also, parking is not always guaranteed, so we had to park in the lot down the block. Otherwise, we had a great stay.

I didn't like the fact that it was a small room. They let you believe that parking was available but in fact I had to pay to park in the very limited space in the basement of the hotel. What was worse I checked in around 3:00 and I had an event to go to later in the afternoon. I was told by the front desk that if I leave my spot not only will I have to pay again when I get back but it wasn't even guaranteed I would get another spot. Unbelievable!!! Never again.

I loved staying at the Parc hotel. The staff were super friendly and it was one of the few hotels I found that had queen sized beds vs. full. We were able to walk to Citifield for a Mets game with our kids. (10-15 minute walk) and the subway is about a 10 minute walk. There’s lots of great stores/markets on the way to the subway to check out. It’s about an hour into Manhattan from the subway which is fun if taking the subway isn’t a part of your everyday life. The hotel did not have parking available but there’s a mall right next door that has 24H parking. We were a little concerned about how long we could park there but on the way out we saw a vehicle clearly covered in dust so that lessened the worry. Ultimately we had no issues with parking, it’s just a bit of a hike if you’re carrying a lot of stuff with you to the hotel. The airport is nearby so planes fly over the hotel constantly but inside the noise isn’t too bad and I slept like a baby each night. We would definitely stay here again.

Didn't get to visit the roof top bar, but the hotel was great! Comfortable bed, EXCELLENT location, great AC, and was awesome to have a frig, microwave, and stove top burners! The carpet and the cloth sofa needs a DEEP cleaning, but we also had a leather couch that was crazy Comfortable! Bathroom was clean! Tried the free continental breakfast, but was lacking. But not enough to say I won't visit again. The 7 train entrance to Manhattan was about a block away. A good distance to Manhattan, but great location to CitiField, Queens Main Street for amazing food and shops!

The hotel staff was very nice and friendly. It was in a good location regarding citi field. The hotel itself was clean, the surrounding area was awful. A junk yard behind the hotel, scrap yard beside it, parking decks two blocks away with limited onsite parking no in and out peiviledges. The area smelled horrible and there was construction everywhere so there was no where to even park to unload our bags. We drug them two blocks through town to check in.

Loved staying at the Parc hotel. It is right across from a very nice mall, and it’s a 6-10 minute walk to the train and expressway. The staff were super nice and helpful, and the view was also really pretty.

The location was great, walking distance to Citifield, Flushing Meadows and the subway. We were right across the street from a mall which had a Target, perfect for grabbing water and things we forgot. It was also close to a lot of Asian food options that were very economical. The rooms were simple but clean. We spent a lot of time out and about so it was just what we needed. We would stay there again.

The pictures on photographed don’t really match the site when you get there. It has good transportation and sure close to the LGA airport. would I stay here again maybe. it’s located in a Asian town where it’s run down and dirty outside and as travelers we didn’t know anything nor where to eat so we stayed in the manhattan for the majority of our stay for food and activities. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Rooms were not as clean as other reviewers led me to believe. The whole place is a bit ragged and my room had dirt around the edges and big greasy stains across the pull-down window shades. The bed felt clean enough though, which is by far the most important part. Mine was a corner room on the 5th floor which actually had nice views and I was worried about the subway trains going underneath my window but I could hardly hear them. Noise really wasn't an issue, thankfully. The breakfast is really threadbare. Just some breads, cereals, and a waffle machine. Oh also some Chinese buns and pickled vegetables but they seemed of mediocre quality to me and my native Chinese girlfriend agreed.

The overall stay was okay. The only thing that caught me off guard was the continental breakfast. It was more so Chinese cuisine and did not offer American continental breakfast. The roof top bar was nice. Overall the experience was still good.
