Avoid this hotel nothing was right lights were broken fridge were leaking staff not friendly we were having breakfast been told hurry up or take in room. Not good breakfast. Its 20 min up hill walk to taksim square for 2 min drive they charged me fortune to transfer.

Der Service und die Freundlichkeit des Personal war sehr gut. Die Möglichkeiten wo das Hotel anbietet unter anderem der Spabereich ist top und sehr zu empfehlen. Das Frühstücksbüffet hatte eine große Auswahl an verschieden Speisen und war alles immer frisch. Also im Großen und Ganzen empfehlen wir das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter. Die Verbindungsmöglichkeiten mit Taxi und hauseigenem shuttel service sind einfach super. Und ein ganz großes Lob geht natürlich an das ganze Personal des Hauses, alle waren sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend.

Not very welcoming. Receptionist looked frustrated. On arrival one of the lights did not work and they said they would get a technician out in the morning which never happened. There was no hand wash a simple thing in the bathroom and when it was requested I was just given more body wash. It Was not a welcoming hotel at all and defo not a 5 star. Breakfast was ok ish - nothing amazing how eve rondos notice all the plates were dirty/chipped real Bad and the doors leading in to the street kept being left open which was bringing in a lot of wind. I saw guests touching all the bread rolls which put me off. Coffee/tea was horrible.

Die reinste Katastrophe!! Übler Gestankt, Schimmel, verrostete Möbel, dreckige Betwäsche und Flecken Schmutz auf den Handtüchern. Das Frühstück ist größte Reinfall. Überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen. Die Umgebung ist nicht gut, da das Hotel sich zwischen Autowerkstätten befindet. Man fühlt sich nicht sicher. Keineswegs zu empfehlen!

Photos on the website are very deceptive. Upon arrival not even greeted or welcomed but instead glared at by a miserable looking man. The hotel is run down poorly maintained and cleanliness of the rooms are not at its highest standards. Breakfast was literally the same every morning. We asked our room to be changed as the fan was making a loud racket every time it came on kept waking us up. But receptionist ( who was very rude btw) refused saying there is nothing wrong with it. The floor board has cracks and so did the furniture. The lighting in the room is diabolical! You cannot see what you’re doing as there’s no main light in the room. I was disgusted at the shower and how filthy it was.

Not conveniently located. Person next door was smoking all night, my husband was coughing for three days, it wasn't until the third day we got switched. Dirty room, with mold in the showers, towels were not changed, we had to ask them. Breakfast very basic with no fruits, and left overs, cold cake

The 6 floor open balcony door was broken opened all way causing danger to life reported to reception nothing was done. If i had slipped railing it below my knees it would have been a fatal outcome. Anyone with kids must avoid Incase of death injury. Also the promised to caulk ne a taxi to bus station and they never did and then refused ion the day of my travels

The staff was very friendly and helpful with whatever requests we had. Gave us a free upgrade to a suite which was really nice. The property could have been in a better state as I got myself locked in the bathroom as the lever on the inside to open is not there. Luckily there is a phone in the bathroom so the reception came to my rescue. That problem was not fixed during our stay and we switched the door handle from the outside to the inside every time we went in and out.

Jeg kunne ikke lide stedet fordi det lignede et 2 stjerne hotel. Deres service var ekstrem dårligt. Hvis der manglede noget skulle man fortælle medarbejderne det og de blev sure på os, at der manglede noget på vores værelse eller til morgenmaden. Så vi endte med at købe ting til os selv som f.eks. toiletruller, kopper te og kaffe og morgenmad til os selv og spiste på vores hotel værelse.
Jeg kunne ikke lide stedet fordi det lignede et 2 stjerne hotel. Deres service var ekstrem dårligt. Hvis der manglede noget skulle man fortælle medarbejderne det og de blev sure på os, at der manglede noget på vores værelse eller til morgenmaden. Så vi endte med at købe ting til os selv som f.eks. toiletruller, kopper te og kaffe og morgenmad til os selv og spiste på vores hotel værelse.

Avoid this hotel nothing was right lights were broken fridge were leaking staff not friendly we were having breakfast been told hurry up or take in room. Not good breakfast. Its 20 min up hill walk to taksim square for 2 min drive they charged me fortune to transfer.

goed geholpen, vriendelijke personeel. ligging is niet goed, geen openbaar vervoer in de buurt. voor 4 sterren hotel had ik meer verwacht. was niet echt schoon.

great hotel in a bad area. car repair garages to look at. wrecked cars close to hotel.pretty run down place.you have to walk in road because paths are either blocked with cars or none existent. just a base to sleep.nothing of interest in vicinity. 10 to 15 minute walk to Taksim Square.

Die reinste Katastrophe!! Übler Gestankt, Schimmel, verrostete Möbel, dreckige Betwäsche und Flecken Schmutz auf den Handtüchern. Das Frühstück ist größte Reinfall. Überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen. Die Umgebung ist nicht gut, da das Hotel sich zwischen Autowerkstätten befindet. Man fühlt sich nicht sicher. Keineswegs zu empfehlen!

Good thing I see 1- nice staff 2- helpful 3- good breakfast ( but repeated menu ) Thing I do not like it 1- noisy area ( auto maintenance garages and dogs) 2- difficult to go any where without taxi . 3- the air-condition switched off .( fir all rooms) 4- shuttle provided only to takseem area

Not conveniently located. Person next door was smoking all night, my husband was coughing for three days, it wasn't until the third day we got switched. Dirty room, with mold in the showers, towels were not changed, we had to ask them. Breakfast very basic with no fruits, and left overs, cold cake

Not very welcoming. Receptionist looked frustrated. On arrival one of the lights did not work and they said they would get a technician out in the morning which never happened. There was no hand wash a simple thing in the bathroom and when it was requested I was just given more body wash. It Was not a welcoming hotel at all and defo not a 5 star. Breakfast was ok ish - nothing amazing how eve rondos notice all the plates were dirty/chipped real Bad and the doors leading in to the street kept being left open which was bringing in a lot of wind. I saw guests touching all the bread rolls which put me off. Coffee/tea was horrible.

Der Service und die Freundlichkeit des Personal war sehr gut. Die Möglichkeiten wo das Hotel anbietet unter anderem der Spabereich ist top und sehr zu empfehlen. Das Frühstücksbüffet hatte eine große Auswahl an verschieden Speisen und war alles immer frisch. Also im Großen und Ganzen empfehlen wir das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter. Die Verbindungsmöglichkeiten mit Taxi und hauseigenem shuttel service sind einfach super. Und ein ganz großes Lob geht natürlich an das ganze Personal des Hauses, alle waren sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend.

Photos on the website are very deceptive. Upon arrival not even greeted or welcomed but instead glared at by a miserable looking man. The hotel is run down poorly maintained and cleanliness of the rooms are not at its highest standards. Breakfast was literally the same every morning. We asked our room to be changed as the fan was making a loud racket every time it came on kept waking us up. But receptionist ( who was very rude btw) refused saying there is nothing wrong with it. The floor board has cracks and so did the furniture. The lighting in the room is diabolical! You cannot see what you’re doing as there’s no main light in the room. I was disgusted at the shower and how filthy it was.

Jeg kunne ikke lide stedet fordi det lignede et 2 stjerne hotel. Deres service var ekstrem dårligt. Hvis der manglede noget skulle man fortælle medarbejderne det og de blev sure på os, at der manglede noget på vores værelse eller til morgenmaden. Så vi endte med at købe ting til os selv som f.eks. toiletruller, kopper te og kaffe og morgenmad til os selv og spiste på vores hotel værelse.

Dora Hotel is seriously one of the best I've ever stayed at. Everything's perfect like delicious breakfast, super kind staff, and the hotel and rooms are beautiful and spotless. The only tiny thing is the outside isn't great, but I don't mind it because it's so close to everything like Taksim, Nisantasi, and the Bosphorus, all just a 20-30 minute walk away

The 6 floor open balcony door was broken opened all way causing danger to life reported to reception nothing was done. If i had slipped railing it below my knees it would have been a fatal outcome. Anyone with kids must avoid Incase of death injury. Also the promised to caulk ne a taxi to bus station and they never did and then refused ion the day of my travels
