Great little find. Only problem is air conditioning did not fill whole room so even though set at 16 temp was 23 so still too hot. Bathroom great and free tea and coffee at all time of day. Use of fridge in kitchen to keep drinks cool.

This B&B is very convenient to the walled city. It was really easy to walk to any part of "Old Lucca." The staff was extra nice and helpful. I felt very comfortable. The room was also spacious. There is a grocery store a couple of blocks away. Access to the full kitchen was great! I would definitely stay here again.

Si presenta pulito e in ordine, il personale estremamente gentile e disponibile. La colazione, dolce e salata, macchinetta del caffè sempre a disposizione e un frigorifero rifornito di succhi, acqua fresca, yogurt e frutta. Es war alles sauber. Einrichtung ist gut. Jedoch sind die Wände dünn, sodass man fast jedes Wort aus dem Zimmer nebenan versteht. Außerdem mussten wir bei Ankunft ca 30 Minuten warten, bis wir empfangen wurden, da auf meine Anrufe niemand reagiert hat. Auswahl beim Frühstück war okay.

We stayed here one night in Lucca while visiting family. Very close to the walls of Lucca central. A little confusing to get to because it’s a an apartment complex on the second floor with other families living on other floors but somehow it works. Our room was very spacious the bed was very comfortable very clean good Wi-Fi simple and yummy breakfast very convenient. private bathroom located in the hallway near other guests rooms but again it works. Would recommend this place. Staff very responsive very friendly

Great location just outside walls and less than a 10 minute walk to the train station. Very happy with my room, which had an en suite bathroom and private balcony. Nice breakfast . Friendly staff

Great location! Great check-in via phone...we were walked through to our key pick-up and room! Room is basic for 2 people with on-suite bathroom (not all tooms have this but do have private hall baths.) Cute newly done bathroom, and continental breakfast included. Located less than 5 minute walk to one of Lucca's portas. Very convenient! And host is very friendly!!!!

Sehr nettes B&B. Wir haben den Eingang nicht gleich gefunden, aber wenn man die Haus Nummer sucht, ist es kein Problem. Unser Zimmer hatte einen Balkon und ein Badezimmer, dies war allerdings über den Flur zu erreichen -;das war OK für eine Nacht. Sehr freundlicher Empfang, Frühstück liebevoll bereit gestellt. Zentral gelegen, wir sind zu Fuß in die Altstadt gegangen.

Great location! Great check-in via phone...we were walked through to our key pick-up and room! Room is basic for 2 people with on-suite bathroom (not all tooms have this but do have private hall baths.) Cute newly done bathroom, and continental breakfast included. Located less than 5 minute walk to one of Lucca's portas. Very convenient! And host is very friendly!!!!

Estadia incrivel em Lucca! Muito perto de tudo: A pe, uns 5 minutos da entrada da muralha; tem ponto de onibus na esquina, e fica num ambiente muito tranquilo. O host é muito educado, atencioso e disposto a ajudar; tivemos um bom cafe da manhã incluso. Enfim, voltaria muito a esse b&b

Sehr nettes B&B. Wir haben den Eingang nicht gleich gefunden, aber wenn man die Haus Nummer sucht, ist es kein Problem. Unser Zimmer hatte einen Balkon und ein Badezimmer, dies war allerdings über den Flur zu erreichen -;das war OK für eine Nacht. Sehr freundlicher Empfang, Frühstück liebevoll bereit gestellt. Zentral gelegen, wir sind zu Fuß in die Altstadt gegangen.

This B&B is very convenient to the walled city. It was really easy to walk to any part of "Old Lucca." The staff was extra nice and helpful. I felt very comfortable. The room was also spacious. There is a grocery store a couple of blocks away. Access to the full kitchen was great! I would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly hosts. Lackluster breakfast selection. And unfortunately leaky and bathroom sink and broken plug. Was attempted to be fixed but the amenities should have been better quality for 3 star hotel.

Es war alles sauber. Einrichtung ist gut. Jedoch sind die Wände dünn, sodass man fast jedes Wort aus dem Zimmer nebenan versteht. Außerdem mussten wir bei Ankunft ca 30 Minuten warten, bis wir empfangen wurden, da auf meine Anrufe niemand reagiert hat. Auswahl beim Frühstück war okay.

The location was just outside the famous city wall in a quiet residential area and about a 10 minute walk from the railway station pulling a small case. It was a great b&b, clean, quiet and spacious and the communication about accessing the property was excellent. The breakfast was the usual continental buffet but fresh and varied with a great coffee machine. The room was lovely with a comfy king size bed, air con and an ensuite bathroom, good shower and good towels. We had a two night stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book if we ever go again.
