The staff made up for the age of the building. The building is cozy but small. However I would stay here again due to cost and staff helpfulness. They were great and helpful.

If you’re looking for a spot to stay in old town Fes (which I recommend for any tourist experience), this is the place to stay! The staff went above and beyond to make sure my friend and I had a comfortable stay. In addition, their restaurant got solid food so we ate there for dinner for our full stay. One of the guys there even offered the jacket off his back for me when it was down pouring right before the Fez Medina tour I book, which really spoke volumes about his hospitality. My friend and I felt safe and comfortable during our time with the staff in our corner! Just some information about the rooms - a little small but the room is clean. Bathroom has a curtain that serves as a door. The shower is open to the full bathroom where the floor is angled slightly so the water goes down the drain in the corner of the bathroom. This was not a concern for my friend and me but do take this into consideration if you are someone who needs extra space. Above all, I’m very satisfied with the service Palais Fes Yahya provided. 10/10 recommend

This place and room is so beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were really helpful finding parking, riad location and with the bags. Food is excellent in the restaurant and recommended eating there. Highly recommended!!! Thanks to all the staff!

The Fes medina is a sensory buffet of smells, beautiful craftwork, people and sounds. This homestay (Expedia should not really classify it as a hotel) was an authentic medina experience and made us feel like residents of the old town during our 3-night stay. The staff, which consisted of four teen boys, was very hospitable, walking us through the winding maze of alleys when we needed guiding. The room was cozy, and I mean cozy as in comfortable as well as small for a family of 4. The shower pressure was a dribble but it was still refreshing after a sweltering journey through the markets. The beds and bedding were comfortable. Crucially, the AC worked great. This is not a luxury hotel, but it’s great value if you are looking for something memorable.

Hello First of all, there's no pool at the property, there's a restaurant at the top where you can eat, we had tajine, rice and chicken. The food was delicious and tasty. Overall the service was good, the small thing I didn't like, I don't think if it's their fault or a FEZ thing, but we walk a lot to get there and the access is like a labyrinth. Once you get inside you forgot your pain lol. The Location is good and you can easily walk to the taxi and souk. Thanks
