A very room, comfortable apartment, minutes from the train station, yet quiet at night. Neighborhood is busy during the day, and we found great places to eat within less than 15 minutes walk. Very clean on check in, and the availability of extra towels, etc. was handy and easy to find. The tricky part is getting to the back building which is connected to a front building, one floor up, and a hallway back. A youtube or series of photos leading you through the maze to enter the first time could be helpful. Once you figure it out, it's easy to access, if a little contorted. We recommend this apartment!

Great location between the central station and the centre, spacious apartment, big sofa, modern and new, lockers to deposit luggage.

The apartment is nicely decorated. Easy and simple check-in procedures. Free lockers for luggage storage after check-out. A big supermarket right next to the apartment. Just a few minutes walk to the historical city centre and metro station. Bus stop right in front. It would be perfect if there is daily housekeeping.

Wife really loved the place. I like the in room laundry, so a nice stop on longer trips. Room we had was spacious and very comfortable. Good location and the underground Opera parkade was clean and secure. Did not cost as much as I was figuring I’d be hosed for.

Simple and easy to find only better signs to find your room . It fell like a maze. Love that it fell like a bit home from home. Traveling with kid and in group its realy handy with the kitchen. Breakfast was simple but ok.We got every morning a box deliverd to our door. Washingmachine was handy for those dirty clothes.

The breakfast box can almost feed you all day, there is so much stuff in there. The only hiccup is difficult communication. A bot answers inquiries but never got an agent to get back to us on questions about the apartment ( this is a self check in type place, no hotel management interaction).

Struttura moderna con arredi ed elettrodomestici nuovi. In appartamento c’è tutto il necessario per cucinare; presente anche la macchina per il caffè. Sistema di aria condizionata silenzioso. Nelle vicinanze due supermarket e numerosi bar, panetterie, ristoranti. A pochi metri c’è la metro è l’inizio della zona pedonale. Il parcheggio della struttura è caro: nei pressi ci sono altri parcheggi più economici.

It was clean, and the kitchen was well equipped. The staff was friendly. The location was good. It was very quiet at night.

Stains in towels, contacted customer service 4x but they didn’t manage to provide clean towels

Nettoyage à revoir (à notre arrivée une des 2 bouteille d’eau d’accueil était entamée et la table non nettoyée) climatisation chauffage très bruyant. Même si cela peu arriver, nous avons eu une nuit agitée à cause d'une alarme incendie qui s’est déclenchée à plusieurs reprises. Le point le plus négatif, il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude le matin au réveil. Rapport qualité prix extrêmement décevant!

Amazing place to stay if you are heading to Antwerp. Location is great near the central area and very close to the station. The apartment itself was spacious and spotlessly clean in a new and modern building. Access and check in is via an app but it all worked perfectly and there are even lockers you can use on the day to check out. Hard to find any negatives and would definitely choose to stay here when. I come back to Antwerp.

The location and apartment are great. They were recently acquired, and during my stay, the management was a hot mess. Never got a check-in link, and it took me four hours and many, many messages to get a PIN to enter my room. The local WhatsApp kept sending me a survey of how the conversation was without actually providing useful info. The apt had been hastily cleaned, and there were crumbs on the tables and greasy fingerprints everywhere. There is no onsite checkin, so if you need anything, or something doesn’t work, good luck.

Amazing location. Very clean. Gave more than just one sachet of salt and pepper and they provided proper English breakfast tea and milk. Would definitely stay again. Very comfy bed and spacious apartment. Close to amenities.

Mycket bra lägenhetshotell, perfekt som barnfamilj att ha möjlighet att laga egen mat, diska i diskmaskin och tvätta. Superbra läge bara några minuter från tågstationen och gångavstånd till allt möjligt att se i staden. Enda minuset var bäddsoffan som var den mest obekväma av de som vi testat under vår tågluff i Europa.

Très bel hotel/appartement assez grand pour quatre personnes, très bien situé à quelques minutes du zoo et de plopstation. Le canapé lit était un peu mou donc pas pour les personnes costaudes sous peine de rouler au milieu

Everything was fine - except the sofabed, which was very uncomfortable

Room was clean, staff were helpful, beds were comfortable. It was great to have some space to stretch out and laundry in unit.

Leuk appartement op loopafstand vh centrum. Zeer onhandig om de auto te parkeren voor de incheck. Aan de achterkant vh hotel een parkeergarage ( betaald) De bedden waren prima Bedbank kán écht niet, zo slecht dat we op de grond hebben gelegen. Voor de 2e nacht kregen we een extra kamer om te slapen. Top geregeld.

Das Schlafsofa ist für Erwachsene Alls Aufbettung ungeeignet, einlängerer Aufenthalt wäre sehr anstrengend. Zum Glück mussten wir nur eine Nach darin schlafen. Sonst war der Service in Ordnung.

Getting the room you have to access main door go through two elevators and walk to another building to access your room. The check in process was difficult and there was no staff to help facilitate check in. The room was extremely cramped with furniture in the room.

Apart from the lumpy beginning due to a broken key pad to access the room. It was great. The team sorted out the problem quickly and efficiently, thank you. The room was fantastic v.comfortable and clean. We will be back 😀

The location is great. I stayed here before and it was great but the new management and removal of any on site staff has worsened the experience. Check-in was difficult and there was no-one to communicate with when we had no hot water, just a series of automated questions on WhatsApp

The only thing I had issues with was with the chat. I had 4 ppl registered to the room and only got 2 towels. They told me to get from first floor but almost everything was out of stock and had to wait almost 24 hrs for them to restock. Chat said they would get someone to refill but went by every few hours and even next morning. Nothing

住宿地點離車站很近,附近也有超市,很方便,房間備品看需求取用,有附洗衣洗碗清潔錠茶包等等 美中不足的是check out 後要拿寄放行李卻打不開密碼櫃, 公寓沒有櫃台,因為是上班日,所以可以在一樓辦公室(跟行李寄存同一層樓)找到員工,請他們幫忙開. 因此,若需要寄放行李,盡量選白天上班時間取行李,免得找不到人幫忙

An amazing hotel. The room is huge. Very clean, very modern, very new. There is no reception but the staff is available 24h on WhatsApp and they are incredible friendly and helpful. The check in system is very smooth and easy. Well located (near the central station). I will definitely come back

I wouldn’t stay there again stains on pillows and Communication was terrible and horrible. Customer service was rubbish and yeah, I wouldn’t stay there again.

The location is excellent, just a 5 mins walk to the central train station and shopping district. Staff are friendly and polite. However during our stay, our one bedroom apartment TV was spoilt on the 2nd day. Informed the staff and they cannot solve the problem, so left us with no entertainment at all throughout our stay for the next 4 days.

Das Schlafsofa war leider durchgelegen. Größter Beschwerdepunkt ist die eingesetzte KI / Avatar für den Check-In und alle fragen rund um das Thema "Logistik, Parken, Check-Out". Das ist m. E. weit weg von einem heutigen guten Standard. Die Anweisungen zum Zugang zur Parkgarage und die Check-Out-Erklärungen sind m.E. nicht ausreichend. Check-Out über einen Bar Code ? der im Zimmer nicht vorhanden ist?!! Einfache Fragen wie man aus der Parkgarage ausfahren kann werden von der KI nicht beantwortet! Für alle die dort buchen wollen und mit dem Auto anreisen, hier der Weg zum Zimmer. Einfahrt erfolgt nach Eingabe des Zimmer-Codes am Parkgarageneingang. der Zugang zum Fahrstuhl ist mit einem Eingabefeld versehen. Dieses Feld ist aber genauso inaktiv wie das Eingabefeld im Fahrstuhl. Zur Ausfahrt ? Das Tor öffnet automatisch. Am Ende hat uns ein Mitarbeiter in der Parkgarage "ausgescheckt!!" Das Frühstück würde ich nicht noch einmal bestellen, sondern in einem der Kaffeehäuser in der Nähe frühstücken. Die Brötchen etc. waren frisch. Es war einfach viel zu viel für eine Person. Bei drei Personen hätten uns wahrscheinlich ein oder zwei Frühstücksboxen völlig ausgereicht. Insgesamt ist aber der Preis der Unterkunft angemessen.

YAYS Antwerp Opera is in an ideal location--close to Antwerp Central Train station, close to the metro, and a short walk away from must-see attractions, such as the cathedral and Rubens House (and only a slightly longer walk to the Red Star Line Museum and the MAS). The apartment we stayed in was clean, bright, roomy and offered a wonderful home away from home while I was in Antwerp for a summer course. The staff onsite were incredibly helpful and friendly. My only critiques have to do with the new management and its decision to shift to an all digital hotel experience. Having to communicate through Whatsapp or contact the home office in Germany is inefficient and inhospitable. I am not a robot--as I continually have to remind websites while online--and want to interact with humans when I have questions or concerns. I was grateful for the wonderful people working onsite, though I expect they might not be there if I returned next year.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was easy checking in through the app. The hotel is in a great area. Close to the historic city center, lots of restaurants and a grocery store is next door.

Great central location, couple of minutes walk from nearest tram/metro stop. Central rail station only 5 - 10 minutes away on foot. The apartment was very spacious and really well equipped. Great communications from the team ahead of arrival, making access a breeze. I even got notified that my apartment was ready ahead of time which was welcome. Overall, everything about my stay was very positive on top of which the city is beautiful.

We stayed for two nights in this lovely place. We had a Comfort apartment. Beautiful, spacious apartment with high-quality fixtures and furniture. One of the best places we’ve ever stayed in, can highly recommend. Everything was there and everything worked. The girls at the front desk were super nice and very helpful. There is free coffee or lattes at the front desk, which were delicious and a really nice amenity. Everything was super clean and not cheaply done as in many other places, which we really appreciated. Very close to the train station and to downtown. Would definitely stay there again, thank you so much.❤️

Had a very nice stay in this comfortable, modern apartment with plenty of space, hot water and comfy bed. Convenient location near to Opera metro stop. A very good kitchen, although it could do with some new pans... two were unusable as all scratched..and maybe a small bottle of cooking oil so guests can cook without having to buy any. Overall would definitely recommend.
